Mildly annoying is mmm... I dislike when people expect you to completely carry the plot in a thread. This is a specific gripe but I've come across role-players who for lack of a better word do not add anything to the thread, leaving you to push the plot along where they come across as disinterested and give really short replies. I find that mildly annoying. It's like not an end of the world problem but I find I'm less likely to interact if I know the person will do the writing equivalent of nodding along and tuning you out.
