i was reading that article on th previous post and i know nobody cares about this but omg they really dont know shit about salmiakki
#if you dont know#salmiakki is ammonium chloride#its a white powdery substance#its used to flavor liquorice to make it a salmiakki candy#i suppose you COULD call it a type of salt🙄#but they make it seem like salmiakki is just liquorice covered in regular salt#and they also make it seem like the salmiakki is just speckled on top#like#its IN the liquorice too even if its not covered in whote powder it still tastes like salmiakki#i feel way too strongly about this sorry#i love salmiakki#but yea nobody cares thats why i put this in a separate post
