Getting irrationality angry over new SpongeBob again
#its the people who defend it without actually understanding what people hate about it#the people who keep saying its the SAME as it used to be#no offense but are you fucking stupid#reiterating that i am 100% being unreasonable#but#what the fuck#its ugly as balls and loud and irritating and oddly disturbing#but regardless of me hating it you cant deny its got an ENTIRELY different vibe in every way#how do people not see it#im very passionate about my spngeboy#“oh but the brighter colours are more inviting and fun!” it looks fucking CLINICAL. raw MS Paint-ass pallette#wheres the atmosphere#“the darker colours weren't appealing to kids” it was warm and inviting and kids WERE ALREADY WATCHING#im not even getting into what they did to the spong's character rn#im just on the Why Does It Look Like That#their poor weird punchable faces#listen spongebobs character design is inherently kinda ugly it requires a gentle touch#a fine line between it being cute and it being nasty#they seem to be tryna make it more cute?? but in doing so they made it gross?
