sigh one of my edits on pin is getting comments that get on my nerves SO FUCKING BAD istg.

this is just me ranting about it

first of all i actually explicitly state that I FORGOT ALISA in the description and in the highlighted comment because the audio was too short and i genuinely forgot her but even if i didnt i wouldn't have been able to fit her.

but i keep getting comments like. you forgot alisa??? emily? eve? (you seriously want an edit with those two in it) hannah? lyra? after i ACTUALLY SAY I FORGOT ALISA. like these are the comments im getting and it makes me want to throw at fit (pls ignore how shit my cropping was cause im not gonna go post their users)

like honestly sftu especially after i've said i forgot her and the fact that it was SO HARD making this edit for SEVEN PEOPLE. like i'm putting these edits out there afetr putting so much effort into it and idk it fucking annoys me so much that all they can see is the people i forgot.

i owuld also like to clarify that the edit was of the TEENAGE GIRLS THE ONES WHO THE SERIES IS MORE FOCUSED ON. why would i put someones dead mother in it? (respectfully ofc no hate to hannah at all) also you've got to be shitting me emily and eve??? YOU WANT THOSE TWO BITCHES IN AN EDIT??? and lyra wasnt in it cause tgg wasn't out yet so thats fine wtv, people dont know when i posted it. and the only reason gigi and sav are in it is because i had read tbh not cause of the grandest game.

like i love posting and making edits so much but when all people can see is the faults its sooo hard to continue. like okay then missy you try and pour HOURS of your time into making an edit only for people to go WHERES ALISA??? and basically imply that what you made wasn't good enough.

imagining this very funny totally amusing bit where dust (despite having a lot of pockets) makes horror carry a lighter for him (only because he can't be bothered to remember to bring one on him all the time) and horror keeps it in his head

but horror's a dick so everytime dust wants to smoke and he needs a light horror's always like "whats the password :3" (he actually said the emoticon i was the quotation marks) and dust has to guess. because horror changes it every time. and its never something predictable. and then he either just totally gives up on that cig or he has to forcefully dig into horror's head to get the lighter because horror's being a PRICK

my favorite management experience is conducting a phone interview where i outline the exact specifications of the job AND the pay rate and ask, "is this what you expected?" before moving forward toward an in-person interview.

and then conducting an in-person interview that is 45 minutes to an hour long where i am very upfront about the job and the pay AGAIN, and clarify that this is what they are looking for.

followed by an onboarding process in which they receive six weeks of training (or longer if they feel unprepared and want more training to work individually with people).

only for staff to turn around and tell me they don't want to do this job, and fight me tooth and nail to have a job that isn't client facing.

Daisuke's Notes on Venom's Concept and Design:

Like Millia, he was raised in the Assassin's Guild from an early age. He adores Zato.

He was set up to be a long-reach character and flier. I wondered what kind of character I should make. Originally, he had a cello. He actually had a fan for a weapon before Anji did. He also had a large cross, which I thought was the best concept, however, we were told that it was OK to have it as a part of his design, but not to hit anyone with it. When I was struggling, I went out to play games as a distraction. One time, as we were playing billiards, we talked about how interesting it would be to have a fighter who fights with a pool cue. But I thought the character would be too boring with just the cue alone, so I made it so that his hair also covered his face and added a mark on it with a bit of paint. Since the head had such a strong personality, I wanted to keep the body simple. However, I wanted to change the overall shape of the body to make it similar to Zato's, so that's why the legs are like that. As for the pants design, if I wanted to keep it simple, I would have made each leg the same color, but that would've made his figure appear more naked. To find a way around this, I made one leg light and the other dark to add more of a mysterious flair.
