i have to go back for more dry needling in a week cos she spent so much time poking me wrong with the needles today... le sigh
#she did manage to get a few big spots but it also feels like she somehow tweaked something and made it worse#i feel like i have a MASSIVE bruise#its probably just my muscles being sore and angry abt the whole thing but this is not the typixal outcome#usually after dry needling i feel like i can punch a bear#hopefully thats how i will walk out next week
