#bfrbs#dermatillomania#badger rants#ive been pick free for 2 weekish now but my body is growing aa fresh crop of blistered ingrown hairs#I KNOW if i leave them alone theyll eventually work their way out and ill be fine.#its not shaving related btw its just what my skin is like when new haairs grow in#they get stuck under my skin for a week first#its not painful just kinda itchy and annoying as hell#i exfoliate with a special scrubby in the shower but idk maybe i need orange soap with pumice#im trying to make sure anything i do is not focused and doesnt cause skin damage like picking does#i cant be bothered to see a dermatologist when the internet has the same answers
