im genuinely kept up at night about this one important man in film who I've heard from multiple sources is a creep to women and yet many of my favourite actors and creators adore him??? i truly believe these people to be feminists many of them are women, many have famous wives etc who would have encountered him, many are super liberal types who i truly believe would denounce this man if they knew BUT i also don't understand how they all don't know? Like I am the bottom of the gossip tree i don't understand how they could all not know?? Like i get the super famous people get sheltered so much they maybe wouldn't hear about the seedier stuff but like he's been around long enough surely they would've heard rumours when they were also starting out. Do none of them have female assistants, costume runners ever spoken to a female AD?? have none of them ever spoken to a female friend with less power??? how do all these feminist men and women keep working with this guy??? some of them are definitely powerful enough to call him out and survive and yet no one does. maybe the rumours aren't true but I've heard it from multiple sources and i trust women esp young female crew telling each other not to be caught alone in a room with someone??? Sometimes I tell myself like oh it's fine he'll be cancelled one day but like what about half of bloody media who's his bestest friends? i hate this stupid talentless man and I want an explanation in everyone on how they 'had no idea ' cos like??? maybe it's all not true??? But like????
