dude the funniest fucking thing happened and it sounds very much out of a tumblr story so im telling it.

so it was my works christmas in july party and we’re all gathered in the theatre foyer and someone decided to open with a traditional indigenous smoking ceremony which was a lovely gesture but highly impractical. the ceremony itself was beautiful but of course they bring out the snoke and we all are kinda like “ahhh” bc we are indoors and the smoke has very little places to go. the ceremony happens and we are all blessed but the booze comes out and then we’re like cool and the party actually starts and we get into trivia.

all goes without a hitch until round two and one of the questions is “we are gonna play a mashup of two songs, and you have to write what songs they are” and so everyone goes silent to hear these songs.

and of course of fucking course as soon as the mc says “im gonna play the song now, here it is” and its all silent we just hear:
