Ride The Cyclone x FNAF AU

now, i've been very hyperfixated on fnaf ever since it came out (but let's be real, its probably a special interest at this point), and you know, when you get a new interest, you can't help but merge it to your other ones and make a crazy au, so i've been thinking about assigning each animatronic with a ride the cyclone character, just for fun, but then i got to really think about it.

we all know that in five nights at freddy's we have the five missing children, and these children get killed by william afton, stuffed into the animatronic suits, and then they come and haunt the pizzeria because they're restless souls.

in ride the cyclone, we have six teenagers who die a tragic death, probably restless as well, as it seems like they haven't gone to the afterlife yet, at least not properly, as they've been "robbed of their individuality from a mass tragedy" as stated by karnak.

SO

of course, me being a noel gruber fanatic, i thought of who he'd be first, and well i was thinking, there's two parallel theories in these two medias that i like very much.

the deaths of them.

specifically, two kids dying at the same time, or well, with each other.

in fnaf, there's a well known theory/famous headcanon that freddy/gabriel and bonnie/jeremy were killed at about the same time and place, hence why there's a lot of imagery and stuff of the two together.

now, who else do we know have a certain theory in rtc that eludes to them dying with each other?

to be honest i just think freddy as misha is kinda funny..

but anyways, so we have two, how about the other four?

foxy as ricky.

idk, i just think it's neat. foxes are felines in a way. also him being a pirate (as stated by moni when i ws cooking this up) fits as well.

i also made a connection of foxy (animatronic) being out of order all the time because he keeps having malfunctions. with ricky having a degenerative disease.. you get it.

up next is chica.

well, this one's pretty obvious to me, constance!

ite the cupcakes, i swear. but also, chica's image has always been the bubbly one, this being more shown in security breach. she just fits

now, you might be wondering.. what about ocean? what about jane/penny?

this one is the one comparison i am MOST confident about.

cassidy as ocean.

a vengeful spirit, one that is most restless, most determined, most mad about the murders.

don't you think that'd be fitting for ocean?

she'd be ambitious, she wouldn't just let go of william just like that. she wants to bring him hell.

it would make sense, it makes the MOST sense, as equal of a sense as ocean being cassidy. GOD it fits so well.

15: No except yes. But also no. So like. I don't believe in jinxing. But also I sort of believe that if I say that something is/isn't going to happen (or even believe it), this will influence it to happen. Like if I say "I'm going to win this pvp fight in my shitty mobile game of the month" I will then lose the pvp fight in my shitty mobile game of the month. Unless I knock on wood (hit/tap it with my fist twice. And it CAN'T be three times because I don't like that number). If no wood is available I can also do the "touch red touch blue touch the bottom of your shoe" rhyme for jinxing from elementary school that I've almost certainly remembered wrong. I think I initially picked it up as like. A haha funnyquirky habit, but then NOT doing it made me genuinely anxious and I was like "oh maybe I should stop this now." I do still sort of do that tho. Like I'll think "I'm going to win this pvp fight in my shitty mobile game of the month" and then I'll go "no don't say/think that you don't know that for sure thinking/saying that is inviting the universe to sabotage you." And I know it's bullshit but that has yet to stop me. And that's my superstition.

28: Oh god. Tossup between Jon//elias and jon//sasha (I don't want this ask showing up in their tags so I'm censoring it lol. JE is what I'm currently hyperfixated on. My brain sunk its teeth into those two and Will Not let go. They're so fascinating and interesting but at the same time there's so much potential for Drama and above all else I Love Drama. It helps that I can project my Jon Obsession onto Elias because he IS straight up So Fucking Weird about Jon!!!!! And Jon is also sooooo fixated on him. They drive me crazy.

I don't (currently) have the same hyperfixation obsession on JS but I think they work so well like genuinely. Ok so there is a Sasha that exists in my head and I think she and Jon are soulmates in a "deeply similar" way and a "tied by the strings of fate" way and a "turning into the same monster" way. The idea of two people just slowly merging into one monster... like ok. They are the Same because they would both forget to drink their tea and then reheat it in the microwave. They are the Same because they are so curious and so driven to Know. They are the Same because they are both Perfect for the role of Archivist. Gonna be real I cannot take 90% of archivist Sasha AUs seriously for exactly this reason. It's literally always Sasha being boring and making all the "correct" decisions and also trying to set up J//mart because Of Course. You're telling me Sasha "I'm staying in my objectively dangerous job because I Need To Know" James, Sasha "seeks out other people's personal info for fun" James, Sasha "got two marks within thirty seconds of each other" James would save the world? No. Sasha would be just as "reckless" (read: desperate for info about the real terrifying and credible danger she is in) as Jon, maybe more so. She WOULD like being able to compel. She WOULD like getting invasive info about other people dumped in her brain. And she should have those things! She deserves them <3. Anyway I think the vibes of Jon and Sasha becoming the same monster (not them both becoming Archivists, but becoming THE Archivist), of them defending each other, covering up for each other, promising everyone else to do better, to keep the other in check, and then spiraling down the same path together, are IMMACULATE. There is also just a general appeal in someone who instantly Gets You. Who fully understands you. Actually this applies to both so New Paragraph <3.

Ok so my favorite shipping dynamic ever in general is "they know each other too well." It is having two (or more, but not many more) people who know each other on a deep, fundamental level. Who see the dark hidden crevices, the real face beneath every mask. Who understand each other better than they understand themselves. Who knows that their partner understands them just as well too. And it's messy, and sometimes unpleasant, and nobody else gets it. But when you observe them when it's only them, interacting when they think they're utterly alone, you learn things that crack your understanding of them apart. Seeing them interact and getting new insight into both of them, vulnerabilities they'd never reveal even in private. Which is probably why I'm so obsessed with outsider PoVs.

Giovanna is a Black Widow shapeshifter and a person of reason, but they have energy to them. They deal in computers and coding, but also drawing and baking. They can also pull webs from their wrist (using the biologically accurate place would've been weird) and can climb walls, although they have the very common affliction of faulty venom glands, so they are not venomous.

King is a Cobra Snake shapeshifter, and born party animal. They are a constant mess, and likely a liability to have around in serious situations, but they know how to have fun, and charm many peers with just their presence. Perhaps he'll be your friend too?

Beatrix is a Phoenix shapeshifter and arcade maniac. She's even trespassed into an arcade just to feed her hyperfixation, what a weekend it must've been for her parents. She gets along great with her friends, especially Max and King, and could probably challenge you to any game and win.

Bubbles is a Betta Fish shapeshifter and the daughter of two important historical figures. Her mothers were lovers when plant shapeshifters and animal shapeshifters were socially separated, writing letters to one another for years, eventually releasing them to the public once the two societies merged, giving a harrowing look into a person's emotional turmoil. Because of their legacy and the two owning a museum, Bubbles spends her time researching history, being isolate and studious as an unfortunate result.

Fun fact: I didn't add it to her ref sheet but her wheelchair has sea imagery on it :)

🌓 - opinions on watcher lore?

(warning for any onlookers I am a hater in this one. avert your eyes)

I think it’s fun in passing, like I have fun with it when I make an AU and have to incorporate it in a silly way but I feel as though watcher “KILL EACH OTHER WE MUST FEED” brand of interpretations undermine the entire narrative by tossing aside every character’s own agency and reducing their internal struggles to set-ups by immoral gods. There is only so much “I dont want to do this but I have to :( the watchers told me so” a story can take before it becomes the narrative happening *to* all of the characters, rather than the characters making their own bad decisions which takes away all the fun for me. similarly, watcher grian has always bothered me but I only ever put into words why a few days ago— If I was writing the life series, I would look take one look at Grian’s character and separate grian (watcher lore) and grian (the guy) into two different characters. I’ve never seen watcher grian incorporated in a way that compliments his character or says anything about who he is as a person. The Watchers are a punchline to me <\3

❄️ - be honest, which character do you care about the least?

I have thought extensively about every character at some point in my year long hyperfixation hellscape *except* for Etho and Impulse; through nature of being a scott megabuild mutual I care about Etho now like I get it but Impulse… im sorry man. I have still yet to get it I’ll keep trying though. I cant make myself write something without feeling that I have a grasp on how everyone involved thinks and acts I could not live with myself if I made every impulse fan point at me and go HE WOULD NOT FUCKING SAY THAT!!!! before rightfully banishing me to the beyond

🌌 - what happens when the players die?

Okay so. To me. The games are set in a dubious state of reality, like a simulation but theyre still made of flesh and blood and the trees are still breathing and the dirt is still dirt. I’m going to cite the infinity train car coding for how I sort of imagine this works… where its all living breathing thinking feeling but the organics of it are still attached to adjustable values behind the scenes. This is all to say that none of the players ever really sleep— the games existing in this dubious state of reality allows for adjustments to be made and this was one of them. So when they *die* die, the memories they gathered throughout the game are sort of flipped through and finalized in this window of time before the next game, creating a warped nonsensical dream sequence loosely based on the events of the game that they experience until the next one. I visualize this as a sort of psychedelic drug trip combination of all sorts of familiar places and people merging together but eerie nightmare purgatory dreams like being at an empty convenience store at night while echoes surround you is just as likely tbh.

TLDR what happens when the players die is whatever makes the coolest visuals for an animatic SORRY. Like if I’m being completely honest it’s whatever I need it to be to tell the story I made this up retroactively,

both of these individuals have been up to some nefarious deeds as of late, and it is sickening to see other people not stricking down these foul individuals despite their behavior.

i am here to bring the word of the Truth to all ye who witness, that these two beings have done suchs things as:

impersonation, blackmail, bribery, trasphobia, treason, threatening my good being, ruining the livelihood of hard working men, merging, stealing art or falsely claiming other people’s art as their own, threats, autistic, gross disregard for others hyperfixations, and not limited to these (etc)

i am certain that these two (or soon to be one) will quickly retailate against me and attempt to make it out that i am making false claims about their person(s) despite the fact that i have much evidence to prove that THEY have been doing these horrible things and thinking they are about the consequences. just because you have two minds within one body does not mean that you can’t be held accountable for your previous individual bodies’ actions.

moonchemistry gaslighting the entire rwby fandom when we were simply here to attempt to have some good fun and yet this is how we are treated? like chunks?

chem is trying to use their mental illnessi (plural of mental illness) as an excuse for their behavior and to coerce me into doing what they want (in this case not making them a soup because i care about them so much and want to be kind to them despite their repeated harassment of my person)

this event occurred roughly in the middle of Sucklet’s art theft accusation arc, where it tries to claim that the horny police (alter ego The Shining Diamond) stole its art when her signature is very clearly on the art piece in question. this is an attempt to undermine the talents of other artists in order to boost its own pathetic self view

cinder fall sex haver berating me in DMs and repeatedly convincing me that they do not care about me

and these is where sucklet tried to make a lovely delightful little fun RP that they and i had been having into an NSFW rp immediately without prior discussing with me and when i tried to redirect what was happening they just kept godmodding my character into having hot gay sex (it was relaly good but thats besides the point)

this is just one example of the first of many times they began attempting to dodge any and all consequences

sucklet out of NO WHERE fucking CAME AT ME in such a hideous manner when i was trying to sharem y super awesome gene editing program i’m partnered with

i tried to confront sucklet about its outrageous behavior and it denied that it had done any of these things in the first place, with no evidence to back up any sort of forgery or edited messages or going into discord on the website and using the inspector to change what the messages said or anything of that sort that i would never ever do in my life because i am a nice benevolent good person

moonchemistry (also known as their alter ego Cinder Fall Sex Haver, and their lesser known alter ego janiel) attemped to take my life today, when they had found out that i was drafting this callout post about them they came to me in DMs and assaulted and battered me. i was scarcely able to escape with my life, and they absconded with most of my evidence folder on them (hence most of the screenshots are about chingx1969 (also known as its alter ego sucky fucky wucky, aka king fucklet, aka sucklet))

as they are a hivemind, sucklet quickly (instantly) learned the same knowledge as chem and attempted to threaten me at the same time in a pincer attack known as the merger double wombo combo extraordinaire (ver. 2)

clearly the only thing there is to do about this dangerous individual is to put them down. they have gone too far and are beyond recovery or change. the merging process is nearly complete, and if we do not stop them now they will evolve beyond petty things like mortality.

ITS BEEN A WHILE SINCE I POSTED, GAMERS. SORRY FOR YELLING IM VERY EXCITED ABOUT SHARING THIS. So, my homestuck hyperfixation has definitely died down, but it will always hold a place in my heart even if i try very hard to kick it out.

my new hyperfixation is Stray (2022). anyone heard of that? everyone who wasnt born yesterday mustve heard of it at least once.

well, im thinking of merging those two today. Thats right, YOUR CAT GAME, TURNED HOMESTUCK. enough of the rambles though. lets get into it.

So people may ask, soda what the fuck, how will you do that. well. buddy. im not gonna make robot versions of the trolls, it would be fun but... no. neither will i go the other way around, though that would also be fun. I only assigned the outsiders some classpects. i've never done that before except for simple friendly inside jokes, but here i go.

First off, i gave them extended zodiac signs, because it definetely helps with classpecting in my opinion and also its fun to analyze. for Clementine, i got Arist.

Sign of the headstrong. Rust, prospit, time-bound.

anyways, the way i classpect is usually reading about the different aspects, and then make class the second thing i decide.

I used the elimination method for the classes; do they steal (aspect)? do they destroy it?

I also go with the secondary things, for example princes lacking their aspect.

Adding onto that, Clementine, arguably, lacks of time, because she is on the run from Sentinels.

I also don't care about genders assigned to classes, mostly because I'm not a huge fan of it, but also because They're robots.

Conclusion; Clementine is the prince of time.

Okay? okay. thats one obligatory aspect out of the way. next we have Momo.

For Momo, figuring out the sign was a bit hard, but thats not very important. He'd be a Piga.

This one was a bit difficult, and i ended up giving him a not so well known class, which means most of this is from speculation.

Heir.

I went off the definition 'one who receives (aspect)' and you might know where I'm going with this.

Clem and Zbalt leave to midtown and ant village respectively. Doc goes out to test the defluxor. Momo is given lots and lots of space, despite never asking for any.

Need i say more?

Conclusion; Momo is the heir of space.

Next is a character, that I don't really know that much about. So this one is a bit tricky and not as good and thought out.

Zbaltazar. He'd be a Sagira.

Sign of the tenable. Indigo, prospit, mind-bound.

I was absolutely obsessed with making zbalt mind-bound, you dont even know.

I don't really have much to say. He'd be a page, i think. Creator of mind. Because his whole thing in the game is meditating, it seems. feel free to prove me wrong?

Conclusion; Zbaltazar is the page of mind.

anyways, on to Doc. the one i had the most fun classpecting :-)

He'd be a Virpia. Jade mostly because of the caretaking tendencies, don't judge me for that okay...

Sign of the perfectionist. Jade, derse, light-bound.

I'm proud of myself for this one. Light fits Doc both in the aspect sense, because of knowledge, and because he made the Defluxor.

On that note, he'd definitely be a knight. Serves through light. He used his knowledge to make a weapon against the zurks, which was super important for him to come back home and also for the kitty to safely make it through the sewers.

It also occurred to me that, if we take the speculations as a fact, and knights serve what there is little of in their session, it fits as well. The walled city is full of neons, but no natural light. as for knowledge, im not sure if it also fits that rule, but it could. Also when i say session generally its BEFORE the session there wouldn't be a lotta light, (meteors would kinda destroy the fucking walls and shit) but either way.

conclusion; Doc is the knight of light
