Marinette would impulsively apply to an additional university concentration bc she fell in love with a student in that department at first sight and then get to the first day of class to discover her love interest switched majors

#its been a longtime hc of mine that’s what gets her to apply to engineering #she meets a girl who excitedly promotes the engineering dept at her university and Marinette winds up filling in the application before she #can think it through to spend more time with her and later she’s like ‘’what the heck have i done’’ and she gets accepted so now #she’s technically attending two universities at the same time for completely unrelated majors and her schedule is a mess #but its fine cuz she’s doing it for love only for the girl to tell her she switched to a different dept last second #ml
