Lucanis & Davrin banter, because it was great seeing how they started as not trusting each other because of their differences (blight in veins / demon inside), but then over time finding that common ground and basically becoming drinking buddies and encouraging each other to fight better was very sweet.

spoilers for the end of the game ahead! (at least my particular playthrough of the final arc)

post weisshaupt when both of them were angry/disappointed at themselves from that fight, so they argued with each other more. (until rook had to talk some sense into them):
