So, if Star(ling) City, which has been established to be a coastal place in Arrowverse, is 600 miles or so from Central City, MO, that makes the options the Great Lakes generally. Chicago’s only 400~ miles away. Green Bay is about 500. Duluth, MN is about 550~. But! Toledo, Ohio is just about 600 miles from Kansas City.
