Hello! If you're still taking requests,

would you headcanon Punch Out characters on who they would main in Honkai: Star Rail. If you already haven't done it yet, of course! ^_^

I definitely think some of the boxers are indecisive af when it comes to picking a singular main, so ive given some of then multiple characters!!

Feel free to disagree with some of these, there are so many more characters than what I thought ANYWAY APOLOGIES FOR ANY SPELLING MISTAKES-

Punch out wii characters and their Honkai: star rail mains!! ☆☆

Argenti gif cus he was my fave when I was DEEP in this fandom♡

Glass Joe:

he is stuck during the first quest at Herta space station so he just sticks with with the trailblazer

Then pulls Luka, and mains him (ironic because Luka is the boxing champ of belabog and well Joe... He can only dream of being the champion of something)

Von kaiser:

Die hard Gepard main, he doesnt really level up his team though so his gepard is kinda weak af

He is so dedicated, he has no one else in his party just Gepard. He thinks he can just spam his ult and shield and survive

(also another hc: also secretly mains dr. Ratio but doesnt say because no one else takes his name seriously)

Disco kid:

As soon as he got Robin he mained her. At first he said he only mained her because of her singing in game, but then when he found out her and Sunday's backstory he said he mained her because "she was pretty inspirational" 😭

His Robin is strong af tho, he used up all his materials to ascend her and gives her only the best of his lightcones and relics

King hippo:

He only played once on Disco's phone, played as trailblazer (preservation)

Was really confused when he accidentally hit the ult and stuff started exploding-

Piston Hondo:

I think he would either main Jingliu or dan heng because he likes their play styles, I think Piston likes sword/spear users but HATES bow users-

Wasted all his money trying to get dan heng's imbibitor Lunae form he had to take a break from the game because his banner ended before he could get him💔

Bear hugger:

Mains Tompaz and Numby, when he saw Numby bro locked in and completley forgot Topaz came with the cute lil warp trotter

However, he plays for the in game sights and ambiance and only levels then up when he absolutely has too (which is all the time since he gets stuck during story quests and boss fights also the equilibrium-)

Great Tiger:

Enjoys all the lore and stories the game has, he get's annoyed when people skip dialouge and all of the readable collectibles (macho...)

Suprisingly, keeps all his characters at around the same level. However his favourite is Jing Yuan, he is always at least a couple levels above the rest

Don flamenco:

Is ass at video games but at least he is doing better than whatever Kaiser is doing-

Mains Argenti. Both fabulous, dramatic and romantic af, he looves Argenti's while aesthetic (he doesnt know his backstory though...)

Aran Ryan:

Sampo or boothill main. YOU CANNOT tell me he isnt the most rabid Honkai player ever, he has somehow managed to bs his way through the game with his weak af Sampo

Also has a really strong Sparkle but he doesnt really play her because he cant take her name seriously and giggles whenever he says it-

(he thinks of twilight sparkle and it sets him off...)

Soda popinski:

Mained Gallagher, then switched Sampo so now him and Aran argue about who's Sampo is better

Was so hyped when he got Gallagher because of his attack animation, then the whole penacony quest happened.

Bald bull:

Rage quit. Like he bit his phone in half-

But before he rage quit, he mained march 7th (I think its a funny idea that he would main someone completely opposite to him)

Super macho man:

Mained Adventurine because he thought it was so funny how his whole kit was based around gambling and money

Then found out about his backstory and bro said womp womp, he gave 0 fucks about it all and ended up dropping him for boothill😭😭😭

Sandman:

Mained Luka, but he was kind of forgettable so he switched to Yukong

Then from Yukong he kept changing mains and now currently mains Blade. Because he kept switching up, his whole roster is really strong.

He often gets asked by the others to help them grind daily materials (and by others I mean Disco, Piston, Soda and Joe because they are the only ones who take it seriously)

talking about past me playing hsr cause. idk i like talking.

since im not sure if im going to be doing much with her so brr

(ive seen full quantum teams and now i get how they work but idk if id ever do so since i prefer playing my favs ngl, and any weaknesses i dont have on my main team i can switch in with a support [as in someone else's] so. any story bosses without imaginary weakness im kind of fucked though LOL.)

in all honesty

there is a period in my playing hsr history where i quit the game. i came back obviously (for aventurine lOl) but so (i played the game cause hoyo. also honkai. but i quit so i could focus on genshin entirely. then genshin took too much space so i switched back to hsr haha. i remember playing honkai impact a LONG time ago on mobile but at one point i stopped. i dont know why.)

anything before that period i honestly dont remember that well but

i have silver wolf (i recently found out she can implant weaknesses on enemies lOl. apparently past me did not read what characters did)

i also had 5 star dan heng and clara (i remember because i was so confused on how clara was played. idk what i did with 5 star dan heng i dont even remember getting him 😭)

like like listen i still have what all my teams back then were cause when i changed them i went to the next number

(it was either destruction trailblazer or preservation trailblazer. no idea where i was in the story at that point)

so this is likely how long i was playing? keeping in mind i probably logged in very infrequently

its. kind of interesting to try to think 'wtf was i doing a year ago'

also its been long enough since i came back that i cant remember exactly where i stopped in the story. all i know is that i hadnt done phantylia yet, and it was either i stopped somewhere where we're in the the water area (??) deciphering the the the vidyadhara thingys on the stone wall (im i cant remember this shito k)

or i stopped before that i just remember doing that part more because i was kind of confused

i have no idea. (also idk why i pulled for silver wolf or dan heng. i think i just pulled because i could. i know this because silver wolf isnt a favorite of mine [and i pulled based on favorites instead of if theyre a good unit or not..]. idk about dan heng tho. i like dan heng now but idk if past me liked him or not. i have like vague memories of pulling sw but none for dan heng.)

oh yeah also i remember my favorite being jingliu at the time

unsure if it was still when i was playing or if i was watchin someone else but i loved her blindfold and ahidawhsudi

especially cause when i went back to hsr (i didnt keep up with it at all LMFAO i just got spoiled avens backstory and was like 'holy shit really? thats cool!' ...and then i came back to play penacony for him. haha.)

i came back DURING avens banner but that meant i didnt have anything saved so i unfortunately missed out

but i think jingliu was running with his banner and i remember thinking 'do i pull for jingliu or aven' and i wasnt sure

but now nahh its aven for the win
