how to survive without a car!
• use a rideshare service! they're available everywhere, anytime of day
• ride a bike! its practical regardless of weather because obviously you live in a city with mild winters
• just walk! it might take slightly longer but a brisk walk down a few blocks will energize you for your work day
#forward slash sarcasm#yeah if its not clear i live in the woods near a small town#its a 10 minute drive into town and no restaurants or shops deliever to us#plus we live in new england so even if i lived only a short walk away that'd only be practical for part of the year#im just trying to find out ways to get out and socialize more but i don't have a driver's license#and i don't want to bum rides off my parents forever#but every article i find about 'how to survive without a car' is clearly written by someone in a big city with public transportation#like its not bad advice but its totally useless to me#i just don't want to spend my twenties cooped up in my parents house!! its not good for me!!!#mickey.txt
