Spent the last 4 hours alternating throwing up and laying either in bed or on the bathroom floor because I'm too dizzy and lightheaded to walk more than from my room to the bathroom but I'm too nauseous and headachey to sleep 👍

#i think i'm sick #i've probbaly been sick the last couple days too but ignored it #me & my mini trashcan and box of mini trashbags next to my bed against the world 👍#its 1:45am and i think my zofran is finslly kicking in so im gonna drink some water very slowly and go to bed #i work at 3pm and cant call out unless i have a doctors note #so lets hope i either feel significantly better or slightly worse before then 👍#tw emetophobia
