Ritsu: I won't deny your acting skill, but in Kazuki's case, you’re not particularly good at acting, and it's more accurate to say that you don’t have anything else you're good at beside acting.

Kazuki: Uh, well, um...

Souta: Umm.. sometimes you don't even know what you're good at or what you like!

The Detective Is Already Dead, il nuovo trailer anticipa la sigla cantata dalla vtuber Kagura Nana

L’anime debutterà con un primo episodio della durata di quasi un’ora!

Pubblicato un secondo trailer di “Tantei wa Mou Shindeiru” (The Detective is Already Dead o TanMoshi), svelando che la serie animata andrà in onda dal 4 luglio, iniziando con un primo episodio della durata speciale di quasi un’ora.

Tratto dall’omonima light novel di Nigojuu, l’anime è attualmente in lavorazione presso lo studio ENGI (Kemono Michi: Rise Up, Uzaki-chan wa Asobitai!) e adatterà l’arco narrativo Tsuioku-hen, raccontato nei primi tre volumi dell’opera.

Il video anticipa brevemente la sigla di coda “Kodou”, cantata dalla VTuber conosciuta come Kagura Nana. Testo, composizione e arrangiamento sono ad opera di 40mP.

Per quanto riguarda lo staff al lavoro sull’adattamento, invece, alla regia troviamo Manabu Kurihara (designer e direttore d’animazione in Uzaki-chan wa Asobitai!), mentre la sceneggiatura sta venendo curata da Deko Akao (CHOYOYU: High School Prodigies Have It Easy Even in Another World!, Amanchu!). Il design dei personaggi è ad opera di Yousuke Itou (Hensuki, Holmes of Kyoto).

Per un caso fortuito, Kimitsuka Kimihiko si è ritrovato per tre anni ad essere l’assistente di una bella e capace detective di nome Siesta. Le loro avventure, tuttavia, si sono concluse ormai da circa un anno, a causa della morte della ragazza. Un giorno, però, si presenta da Kimitsuka una ragazza che assomiglia in modo sconcertante a Siesta.

La light novel viene pubblicato in Giappone, corredata delle illustrazioni ad opera di Umibouzu, dal novembre del 2019 e, ad ora, conta cinque volumi.

Dallo scorso maggio ne viene serializzata anche una versione manga, illustrata da Mugiko, giunta per ora al secondo volumetto.

New photo of Ozawa Ren as Sawamura for the 4th season of the Daiya no A stage play that will run in April. It will also feature the side stories of Kuramochi and the Kominato brothers along with the main story line with Sensen and Inashiro.

The Detective Is Already Dead, la light novel ispirerà una serie animata

Svelati prime immagini, cast e staff dell’adattamento animato.

Annunciata da Kadokawa la produzione di una serie animata tratta dalla light novel “Tantei wa Mou Shindeiru” (The Detective is Already Dead o TanMoshi) di Nigojuu. 

L’anime, che per il momento non ha un periodo di debutto, è attualmente in lavorazione presso lo studio ENGI (Kemono Michi: Rise Up, Uzaki-chan wa Asobitai!) e adatterà l’arco narrativo Tsuioku-hen, raccontato nei primi tre volumi dell’opera.

BLCD Review: Change World

Okay.

So the cast is basically Kitahala Lyee’s semes.

Just imagine it man,

Yeah, like, no one deserved to see this, but it is what it is. 

On the topic of the plot, they were really in line from the manga from start to finish, but they did kinda skip on a few minor things from time to time. I would have appreciated it if they included all of Masato’s monologue so that it’d give me hope that they’d adapt Love Nest into a CD too 😭 . Also, they left out that scene where Iku tells his parents that he has someone he loves and that he’d tell them when the time is right - that was a very important scene for me, so I’m still confused as to why they cut it out. Anyway, I guess my only major gripe with the CD was that everything was too fast paced and it felt like they were just rushing it to get things over with. 😂 

The voice acting was never an issue with me (albeit I couldn’t help but laugh out loud at times because my two of my ultimate semes and ukes are reversed and I’ve just re-listened to some BLCDs where they play their respective fortes) because they executed their roles well - I guess they’re even now since Okitsu tops in Change World and Sayonara Game while Furukawa tops in Sasakure Memorial and Mayonaka Love Alliance. 🤷😂 I’m not well acquainted with Furukawa Makoto’s uke voice since there aren’t many opportunities that I’ve come across a BLCD that he bottoms in except for Sayonara Game and Kazoku ni Narouyo, (which I can’t remember if he executed his role there well) but so far he does great (I’d argue that his Yousuke’s better than a lot of his seme roles). 🙊

So we’ve got good plot execution, great voice work and chemistry (their mattress mambos were 🔥). It is indeed possible to listen to this while reading the manga, but please be warned that it’s a little fast, so you may have to jump from chapter to chapter. 👍
