#it's stuff like that that gets on my nerves regarding her

Note
Regarding the pet-names ask (not me who asked), I lowkey like to think that Horror would give Motti cute food nicknames
Stuff like "muffin" or "cupcake" (maybe "strawberry SHORTcake" go get a rise out of her every now and then) and stuff like that. That is, once they're comfortable enough around each other for Horror to actually give himself such freedom. And it would be on very rare occasions too. (Maybe I'm just too used to a softer version of Horror)
As with Dust, it does kinda fit him to not call her any petnames, but her actual name. It would be more special to him because he doesn't need to "compare" her to anything because her appreciates her for who she is đ„č
Horror would call Motti "Cottage Cheese" if he ever gave her a petname. It wouldn't be cute, he would only do it to fuck with her or make fun of Killer for giving Motti petnames. My interpretation of Horror is a jaded, cynical asshole; and he knows that Motti isn't this cute innocent gal. He would fuck with her to get her to show the other sides of her that isn't all nice and sweet. Horror always trying to get Motti to be unapologetically herself. The good, the bad and the ugly even if he has to be the jerk.
This Horror has been betrayed, starved and left with tremendous trust issues. People not being their real self grates on his nerves something fierce because to him it means they're being shady and untrustworthy.
Motti is generally a sweet person, but is not afraid to show annoyance or say something for the sake of peace. Ever since Motti has displayed those sides, Horror was hooked. He sees a person who isn't faking it. Motti tells him what's what to his face and he respects that.
#mothie talks#but dust is pretty spot on teehee#sorry for ramble the dynamic i have horror x motti is something im so excited talking about hehe

àȘâ⎠one look give 'em whiplash ~ na jaemin smau
chapter 4: creepy cafe guy is quite handsome
after you read yunjin's last message you set your phone down and go back to working on what you were before. but your nerves start to act up, feeling anxious for how this interaction is going to go with jaemin present. you figured he wasn't that weird since yunjin was friends with him right? you knew yunjin wasn't ever the type to be friends with those kind of guys in college, at least you'd hope..
"hi, yn!" yunjin waves at you as she approaches your table, the notes in hand, and na jaemin.
"oh, hi yunjin!" you give her a shy smile, feeling awkward because of the company she brought. not knowing where to look, you accidentally look at jaemin for a moment, and of course he was already looking at you.
awkward silence fills the space for a few seconds until yunjin takes a deep breath to speak, "this is jaemin, obviously you two know of each other already," she lets out an awkward laugh, her face becomes full with immediate regret for even introducing jaemin.
"hi" jaemin almost whispers.
you give another shy smile, considering whether you should say hi back, or just thank yunjin for the notes and leave it at that. but your mouth moves faster than your brain, and you find yourself blurting out a "hi, nice to meet you." before you can stop yourself.
a few more seconds of silence pass until yunjin finally speaks. "we'll get going, if you need anything else regarding the notes lmk!"
"okay! thank you again. i'll see you tomorrow, bye!" you give a small wave as yunjun and her friend walk away.
note ÊÉ this chapter might be a little rushed but i just wanna get to the juicy stuff so BADD đ« i'm used to only reading smaus and having the entire thing accessible in like 5 minutes but making my own is so like... I LOVE IT BUT I JUST WANNA GET TO THE GOOD PART NOW

Tbf to Dorothea's hypocrisy on CF, couldn't that be blamed more on the fact that the vast majority of the optional recruits in that route are written heavily out-of-character so they can side with Edelgard, including Dorothea herself?
It doesn't fix 3H not realizing that she's much more priviliged than an average commoner, but i feel like Dorothea being hypocritical on CF is is more an example of that route's generally clownish character writing than something specifically wrong with her imo.
character hate under the cut it goes
If it weren't for Ferdinand I'd say sure, but that specific aspect of her hypocrisy stays with her no matter the route. She's never angry at Edelgard. Ever. She's only ever regretful that they have to fight each other, and never shows off that she feels betrayed by Edelgard's actions. She can stay pissed at Ferdinand for what he did as a fuckin' NINE YEAR OLD CHILD put into AN INSANELY FLUSTERING SITUATION for a child to be randomly put into out of nowhere - and stay mad at him FOR OVER A DECADE - because it hurt her feelings, but she had a chill year with Edelgard (that gets revealed to her to be built on a foundation of lies and blood) so that means she's chill with Edelgard's
ATTEMPTED
MURDER
and will NEVER bring that event up, and will NEVER get pissed at her for doing it. Even though HER LIFE WAS NEARLY ENDED because of it.
And also, she still does explicitly hate nobility on all routes - she will lambast them for crawling back to the player's army once Edelgard is defeated out of self-interest. She'll praise and cry for Bergliez for giving up his life to spare his men, and that and hating nobles would all be just fine... except she does all this without ever acknowledging who exactly it was that caused Bergliez's sacrifice to be a necessity in the first place. You know, the one who threw everyone into war? For her own benefit? That thing Dorothea literally just got finished showing off she didn't like nobles doing? But it's fine if her bestie does it!
So, not really - while CF certainly does exacerbate these issues in Dorothea, they are always there to some degree regardless of where she's at
#ask#anon#character hate#like i get that a lot of this is likely a side effect of Everyone Needing To Make EdeIgard Look Good#and that D/orothea was just hit EXTERMELY hard with this#but it doesn't really help her any given how the rest of her character tends to act anyway#because like. she still can't support any commoners save for one (when not counting the player character)#CF didn't do that to her that was all her#it's stuff like that that gets on my nerves regarding her#hope that clears things up! and if i seem snappy nonnie i swear it's not towards you specifically lmao

terror in threes.
yandere!rollo flamme, fellow honest, & skully j. graves x (female) reader cw: yandere, unhealthy behaviors/relationship, nsfw, slight flavoring of religion (father rollo flamme strikes again), murder, death, brief descriptions of blood/gore, age gap for reader (19) and fellow (26), physical abuse (beating), unplanned pregnancy, slut-shaming, kidnapping, coercion, obsession, delusion, stepcest, non-consensual kisses, all three characters written as 18+ note - three short horrors featuring the halloween trio in: MERCY, the terrifying tale of a vindictive priest; ON A DARK, STORMY NIGHT, the chilling caution against getting into a silver-tongued stranger's vehicle; MERRY, the shocking story of a twisted stepbrother led by a one-sided love that is not meant to be. // inspired by this brilliant artwork. thank you to the bestie @heyyy11 for discussing these thoughts with me. :D
MERCY.
Bent over the sink, you watch yourself in the mirror while your boyfriend pounds into you from behind. His fingertips dig into the soft flesh of your hips; your dress is bunched up in messy wrinkles and ruffles.
âSomeâoohâsomeone might come in,â you grunt, attempting to lift yourself onto your arms and failing miserably when he all but pushes you against the counter with a particularly rough thrust.
âDonât worry about it, baby,â he says, gazing at your blissed-out reflection. âEveryoneâs gone home. Candlelight serviceâs over.â
âYes, butââ you tamp down a bawdy moanâ âI just worry.â
About someone catching us. About getting locked in.Â
âArenât we in Godâs house? Itâs supposed to be safe twenty-four seven.â
âIf you say soâŠâ
âSo donât worry.â He leans over to kiss the top of your head. You collapse against the sink. âThere you go. Just relax. I gotcha.â
You shrug off your inhibitions and surrender to the pleasure. One hand slides away from your ass to reach between your thighs. You mewl like youâre in heat, arching your back the moment his fingers brush your clit. Now you feel like youâre floating, every frazzled nerve smoothed out once you feel the waves of encroaching orgasm lapping at your insides. But just before you can unravel, his hand covers your mouth.
Confused, you meet his stare in the mirror.
âShh.â He holds a finger to his lips. âI heard someone outside.â
You roll your eyes. Either itâs his attempt to scare you or make the situation seem sexier. You think itâs the latter when he tears his eyes away from the door and resumes his thrusting. His hand falls from from your mouth, and soon your voices are mixing together, echoing off the tiled walls of the bathroom.
âIâm close,â you gasp, clenching tightly. âSo close. Oh, Iâmââ
The door creaks open then. You almost donât hear it until someone loudly clears their throat. Like well-oiled clockwork, you and your boyfriend turn to look at him. For a moment, you forget heâs Father Flamme. Without his black cassock and holy accompaniments, he looks like a normal person.
âAhem.â
Immediately, youâre pulling away from your boyfriend and pushing your dress down. âF-Father Flamme, weâre so sorry!â
Stern greens flick quietly from your bare legs to your face. His arms are folded behind his back.
âDamn,â your boyfriend mutters, visibly agitated. Youâd feel the same if it wasnât for the scalding embarrassment rushing through your blood.
He regards the both of you coldly, a disapproving frown etched on his face. âWhy are you apologizing on his behalf? He has a mouth of his own.â
Taken aback, you open your own mouth to apologize once again and then shut it. Your boyfriend hurries to stuff himself into his slacks and then stands protectively in front of you.
âThink you should apologize first for looking at my girlfriend,â he sneers.
Father Flamme is silent for a moment. âOf course,â he finally concedes. âI should apologize.â
âThen do itââ
âI should apologize,â he continues, sardonic, âfor providing her with a love far superior than the foul, impure lust youâve shown her.â
âYou take that back!â
Your boyfriend surges forward, determined to beat a proper apology out of the priest, and you, rather helplessly, grab at his shirt. He stops rigidly in his tracks when a pistol is pulled from Father Flammeâs back and aimed directly at him. Your gasp hitches at the back of your throat. Suddenly, the world is encased in a jar of molasses. You donât see the bullet, but you hear it go off. The bang pierces the tranquility of the bathroom, lodging itself in your ears until theyâre ringing. You drop to your knees and press your palms into your ears, squeezing your eyes shut. You hear your boyfriend collapse in a heap, but you donât see the brain matter splatter against the wall.
Itâs a clean shot, but just to be perfectly precise Rollo fires once more into his chest. Right at his heart. Chancing a glance at the wall behind you, you scream when you see the blood. Some of it has even managed to get on you, staining your skin and your white dress. Instinctively, you scramble away from the body, pressing yourself into the corner.
âMay God have mercy on his soul,â he murmurs, ensuring the safety lock is flicked on before placing the gun on the counter. âAnd may He forgive these hands that have been soiled in the name of justice.â
You wrap your arms around yourself in a self-soothing hug and stare blankly ahead.
ThatâŠjust happened. He killed your boyfriend. Father Rollo Flamme killed your boyfriend.
Water rushes into the basin next. He rolls his sleeves up. You listen to him as he washes his hands of sin, scrubbing it from his skin with scentless, antibacterial soap. Your stare falls upon the gun, but the idea is promptly burned away when you meet his frigid stare in the glass. Heâs watching you, his lips pursed in a thin line. Not quite a frown, but not quite a smile either.
âIt baffles me that you would allow a sinner to defile you like this. You, who are so good and pure, a noble heart⊠Ah, but you arenât at fault. That despicable pest has been exterminated, so thereâs no need to point fingers. The blame shall die with him.â
You sniffle, tears clouding your eyes.
âI apologize you had to see that.â He dries his hands and then, wetting a fresh towel with soap and warm water, kneels before you. âTo have tainted you in that sinnerâs blood⊠I implore your forgiveness.â
Gently, he dabs at the mess. You canât back up any further, but you certainly try with this startling proximity, squirming uncomfortably when he drags his knuckle along your cheek.
âWhy?â you whisper, utterly, indescribably haunted.
âDid you not hear me earlier?â He offers you a warm smile, but it only makes you feel cold. âI intend to love you chastely. His âloveâ is worthlessânothing but lust disguised as pure adoration. He failed to appreciate you in life, and thus it is a failure he shall die, his ugly sin exposed for the world to behold.â
Father Flamme presses the cloth to your cheek next. Not to clean blood, but to wipe the tear streaks and the nonexistent mark of where his fingertips once lingered.
âI have saved you from that monster. It may not seem so at this moment, for you are a lost lamb blinded by devilish temptations, but you will realize later this was for the best.â
You canât form the words. You canât even form thoughts. Itâs all static.Â
âDo you understand, (Name)?â
You nod, but you really donât.
ON A DARK, STORMY NIGHT.
You pace to and fro on the side of the road, clutching your stomach every fifteen seconds. Rain pelts your sweater, soaking through that and the little backpack hanging off of your shoulder with its single strap. There isnât much inside. You could hardly pack it when your mother was in your ear, shouting a nasty set of lines: âYou whorish, two-bit cunt! What do you think youâre doing, throwing away your life like this?! Whoâs going to afford that parasite? Not me! Definitely not you! Not when you ought to be in school, not hopping on some manâs dick! Where is your shame?!â
Her slipper came down upon your arm, the back of your head, your neck, unrelenting in its whacks. You scrambled about in your room like a headless chicken, shielding your face and stomach when you could. She continued to berate you in that harsh, shrill tone of hers. Whenever your vision became blurred with tears, you had to hurry to blink them away so that they wouldnât obscure your view of the path to the front door.
On your way out of your room, you managed to snatch an old sweater. She pursued in a furious flurry and this time you were sure, should she get a firm grasp on your arm, sheâd kill you.
âOut! Out of my house!â she squawked when you stumbled down the steps in a blind panic. Rain wet your face, or maybe it was the tears. âYouâre no child of mine. Donât think about coming back here.â
The door was slammed so hard it shook in its frame.
So you gathered yourself, lifted your shirt to check the rounded dome of your stomach, and then pulled the sweater on over your head.
You walked. Past houses and storefronts, crossing busy streets, peering into the windows of a bar.
You walked. Under flickering lamp posts, through chilly rain, towards the edge of your broken world.
You walked. Until civilization gave way to sprawling darkness and trees. Until the path was muddied and slick. Until you were wading through thick, tall grass.
Now you walk up and down this strip of road, far from home and freezing-cold. Youâre hungry, too. Itâs been hours since the last car sped past, blissfully ignorant to your flailing arms and desperate shouts: âWait! Please stop! Wait!â
Youâre beginning to think you might die out here, alone and poor, a worthless nobody.
âFuck,â you spit, wiping the tears/rain from your eyes. âFuck!â
You kick a clump of grass onto the road and scream at the sky.
And then headlights roll over the hill, cutting through the gloom. Headlights that are attached to a car. A car!
Hope restored, you scurry onto the slick pavement and wave your arms about. When it seems like the car isnât going to stop, you skitter onto the dirt path.
âWait! Please wait!â you cry out, still gesturing wildly.
To your surprise and relief, the car eases to a stop just ahead and a window lowers slowly. It squeaks noisily, and you can hear the broken parts of the mechanism rattling inside the door. Happiness surges through you, and you approach the vehicle slowly. A figure comes into view, most of his face hidden in the shadows of his hood. He looks thoroughly soaked, as does the little boy snoozing in the passenger seat. Heâs hugging a shovel in his sleep, a satisfied smile on his face. Both of them are clad in grimy, oversized raincoats. You think itâs dirt when you peer closely, but youâre not certain.
The man lifts his hand in greeting and you realize heâs wearing gloves.
âWell, hello there, little miss!â He flashes his teeth at you in a sharp, close-eyed smile. âBit late to be out and about, donâtcha think?â
âI⊠Iâm so sorry, but I desperately need a ride.â
A pair of brilliant orange eyes open to view you. He assesses you with a subtle once-over.
âA ride, you say? HmmâŠâ He strokes his chin with his hand, feigning deep thought. âAwfully unsafe for a lady to be wandering around in the dark.â
He could drive off any minute and you might never get a ride. Youâre not sure how much longer you can last in this rain.
âI donât have much money on me⊠I just⊠I really need to get out of this rain.â You cup the small bump hidden beneath your sweater and then flounder for the necklace around your throat. âI can give you this! A-And everything else in my bag. Itâs not a lot, but maybe you can do something with itâŠâ
The man raises a prominent eyebrow. The window is cracked just enough so he can look out at you, but you canât reach in if you wanted to. Not that you would. Something about the filthy appearance of this man and his charismatic aura unsettles you. But heâs the second car youâve seen tonight. The first car to have stopped for you. You canât let this opportunity slip through your fingers no matter how suspicious he seems.
âWhatâs your name, little miss?â
âItâs (Name), sir. My mother kicked me out. I donât have anywhere to go, but if you can just get me to the nearest shelterâŠâ
He gazes through you rather than at you, his attention pinned on your stomach. A shadow passes over his face, but itâs quickly dispelled when he smiles.
âThat doesnât sound too difficult now, does it? I couldnât possibly leave a little lady stranded in these elements. Why, anyone who would is simply heartless!â You hear the click of a lock. âHop in. Iâll take you there.â
âOh, thank you! Thank you so much!â
âNot at all. Thank you for stopping me. Otherwise I mightâve just passed you up.â
âIâm so grateful. I canât thank you enough,â you confess, choking on your joy. You pull the door open and climb into the backseat. Itâs veryâŠmessy, and it smells like smoke and wet earth and overall unpleasant things. Your nose wrinkles, but you remind yourself not to judge too scathingly. After all, you donât look very neat yourself in your shabby sweater.
âYou from around here?â the man asks once youâve buckled in.
âYes. Well, no. Um⊠Iâm not sure how far from home I am.â You rub at your sore arms, teeth chattering. âIâve j-just been walking all over, sir. U-Um⊠If I may, whatâs your name?â
He scoffs lightheartedly, almost like it isnât important. âIâm just an honest fellow trying to get home in this nasty weather.â This honest fellow indicates the boy beside him next. âItâs a bit of a drive and my little brother canât quite stay up for the entirety of it. Kids, am I right? They think theyâre stronger than the world with all of their confidence, but no oneâs stronger than the inescapable call of sleep!â
You laugh into your hand, careful not to wake the boy. âI see. You must be coming back from a road trip then?â
âPrecisely so, little miss. Youâve keen intuition.â
A comforting quiet blankets the inside of the car. You watch the trees pass while he drives. Eventually, they fall away to reveal a neighborhood youâve never seen before. The houses are in disrepair, and everything looks grey. This isnât where the shelter is, you realize, and your horror only multiplies when he turns down another road and parks in front of a decrepit-looking apartment complex.
âTime to wake up now.â He shakes the boy, who comes to with a few sleepy blinks. He notices you and smiles, waving with a flappy sleeve.
âSir? Mr. Fellowâwas it?âwhat is this place?â You shrink back into the car when he opens the door for you and offers his gloved hand.
âWhy, this is the shelter!â He beams proudly. âDo you not see the windows? The roof? The shape of this lovely building? Clearly it is the shelter youâve mentioned.â
âBut this isâŠâ Not that. Not the home Iâm looking for. You hold your bag close to your chest and allow the honest fellow to help you out. The rain is but a soft pitter-patter now.
His hands fall upon your shoulders, trapping you in place. âWhat do you think, Gidel? Iâd say this is better than any old shelter. Why, this is a glorious haven! As they say, a treasure is not yet treasure until itâs polished to a shine. Every gem is rough around the edges, wouldnât you say so?â
The boyâGidelânods enthusiastically. You donât trust him or the shovel he holds behind his back.
âThank you for the ride. It was nice to meet both of you, but I can walk the rest of the way.â
âNonsense! A lady should never walk alone at night. Itâs much too dangerous.â He holds his hand over his heart and gasps dramatically. âMy chest aches at the thought of it! What horrid beasts might lurk out there⊠You must allow us to show you just a pinch more of our hospitality. At least until this pesky rain abates.â
He smiles at you in a way that doesnât give you a chance to get a word in. The car is shut and locked, and he twirls the key ring on his finger as he guides you towards the dingy building. Gidel hurries along after you, nodding in time with the honest fellowâs cheery humming.
MERRY.
Christmas music floods your brain, a loud, constant thrum of whimsical bells and chimes. The headphones are pulled from your person next, and suddenly a voice invades your pleasant dreams. Over and over, calling out to youâŠ
âSisterâŠâ A slight nudge. âDearest sister of mine, please wake upâŠâ A cold finger prods at your cheek.
Groaning, you shift in your sleep. The muscles in your face twitch with every persistent poke.
â(Name)?â
Your eyes peel open slowly, searching through the lamplight to find a pale face. âHuh⊠Mmh⊠Whatâs going on? Oh, itâs you, Skully. Whatâs wrong?â
He fidgets awkwardly where he stands. He almost looks like a real younger brother when heâs so restless, but his looming height is a reminder that heâs grown up just like you. With his gangly limbs, circular frames that sit crooked on his face, and unkempt bedhead with those troublesome strands that fluff up no matter how many times he smooths them down, he looks more like a deer caught in an oncoming carâs headlights.
You sit up in bed and rub the sleep from your eyes. âItâs way too early. The sunâs not even up yet! Whyâre you awake?â
âI couldnât possibly sleep,â he confesses, the words just spilling out, and he sounds ecstatically happy. âNot when Christmas is finally here. Arenât you excited, Sister? Donât you wish to see what Sandy Claws has brought us?â
Arenât we a little old to believe in him still? you almost ask, but the question sticks in your throat when you notice the crimson speckled on Skullyâs sweater vest. It stands out starkly against the white of his collared undershirt. Now youâre fully awake and worried. Very worried.
âSkullyââ
âCome, come!â
He tugs at your arm, pulling the limp you from your bed. You allow yourself to be dragged like a ragdoll, led from the bedroom into the hall. The lights strung around the tree shine so brightly you can see their glow against the wall from the top of the stairs. His hand, cold and clammy, slides into yours. Heâs always had a habit of clinging to you, of reaching for your hand, ever since the both of you were little. At your age now, it feelsâŠweird. But his fingers are twining around yours and itâs impossible to pull away.
You descend the stairs with him and approach the sitting room. Dread pools in your stomach. You sniff at the air and choke on the acrid stench of iron.
âWhat is that?!â You pull your shirt up to your nose and attempt to yank away from him. âSkully, it smells gross.â
âNo, itâs okay!â he assures, taking hold of your arm. A wobbly smile pulls his chapped lips apart. Thereâs a giddy mania spiraling in his orange eyes, and his voice lifts in pitch. His next words are spoken in a breathless ramble. âJust trust me. Itâs a good gift. A great gift, really. Youâll see.â
You donât want to see. Not when you spy a splash of liquid red staining the floor, peeking out at you from around the corner.
âOh! Close your eyes. Itâll be a surprise!â
âSkully, I donât want to. I⊠I donât like surprises.â
âOh, but this is a good one! I promise.â He squeezes your arm. âPlease? Youâll like it.â
You doubt that, but his expression is so full of expectation that you give in with a sigh. Your eyes fall shut and Skully squeals in excitement.
âWonderful! Allow me to escort you.â He sidles closer, his hands at your waist. âThere⊠Just around this corner here. Oh, careful now. Watch your step.â
Your nostrils prickle at the intense smell. The path he leads you through is deliberate. Youâre about to open your eyes, but then his large hands fall over them.
âNot yet! I havenât done the count.â He inhales a steadying breath. It rattles in his throat. âO-Okay. One. Two⊠Three.â His fingers part and then the veil lifts. âMerry Christmas, Sister.â
Nothing could have prepared you for what you find lying in front of you. Amidst presents wrapped in glittering foils are the brutalized corpses of your parents. Theyâre sprawled in a smattering of blood. In fact, blood is everywhereâflecked on the curtains, on the few ornaments hanging from the lowest boughs of the tree, on the wallpaper. Youâre not sure if you can even call such slaughter a simple murder. This was a slaying. An execution. You spy the deep gash carved into your motherâs throat and your hands fly to your own neck. A ghastly shriek pierces the air, practically torn from your lungs.
Skully flinches, panic twisting his kind, youthful features. âOh! Oh, no, no! Donât cry.â He takes hold of your head, sandwiching it between both of his handsâhands that so cruelly cut down your mother and his father. âPlease donât cryâŠâ
âOh, my⊠My God⊠You⊠Y-You killed them!â
You peek at your stepfather out of some stupid instinct to hope for the best, and another sob bubbles up when you realize he and your mother are truly dead. Unable to look upon such a grisly scene any longer, you stagger away and turn sharply on your heel. Bile tinges your tongue, but you quickly slap a hand over your mouth and swallow it down. Skully braces you before you can fall over, wrapping his long arms around you from behind.
âFor you!â he insists. âI did it for youâfor us, dearest sister! They⊠They were going to send me away. I couldnât allow that! If we were to be separated⊠It would tear my heart apart.â He clutches you tighter as if youâre a teddy bear. âI tried to explain it to themâtruly, I didâbut they couldnât understand. They wouldnât understand. So I had to do it, (Name). I couldnât allow them to send me away. You understand, donât you?â
Gingerly, he wipes your tears away and then leans in to press a kiss to your cheek. When that doesnât change anything, he frowns.
Seemingly inconsolable, you continue to bawl even though your throat is dry and your head is aching and your heart is hurting. He releases his hold on you enough for you to stumble away.
Ever the adamant one, Skully tries again. He takes your hand in his and brings it to his lips. You slide down the wall and he follows you, caging you in the corner.
âDearest sister of mine, donât cryâŠâ
His hand cups your cheek next, and his thumb swipes at a stray tear.
âIâm here for you. Always.â
Your shadows are splayed against wallpaper striped with blood. His looms over yours, almost swallowing it whole. In green and red lights, your reflections caught in glass ornaments, Skully seals that promise with a press of his mouth to yours.

Fight or flight (Logan Howlett x Reader)
Summary: Your sister invited you and your husband Logan to her wedding! Too bad that the wedding was held in your hometown, which was days away from america if you drove by car. There was no other option than to use a plane - Logan wasn't exactly thrilled about it.
Warnings: implied sexual themes (Blowjobs, anal fingering), flight anxiety, possible spelling mistakes bc english Isn't my first language, overall just comforting fluff
Wordcount: 1.1k
Authors note: Does anyone want to peg Logan? Or have some sub!Logan stuff in general? I would write something like that because I have seen so little fics of it, but that makes me wonder if thatâs even something people want :/ #JusticeForSubLogan
__________________________________
Logan hated this, he was only doing it for you. Your sister was getting married tomorrow and invited you and Logan to take part at the ceremony. Very nice of her, that also wasn't the issue. The problem was - she was getting married in your hometown, which was days away from america if you drove by car.
So that's why Logan found himself in a plane that was just about to take off.
You had booked a three-seat row to be a bit more comfortable on the eight-hour flight. You could store your bags on the empty middle seat between you and Logan to have free range of motion for your feet and legs. While you sat at the window, he was the furthest away from it. He couldn't bear to see the ground thousands of feets below you, it made his skin crawl.
He had fastened the seatbelt to the point where it was noticeably too tight against his abdomen, but it gave himself a sense of security. That and his right hand clawing at the arm rest while his left hand was crushing squeezing yours as if he was pushing out a baby. He certainly breathed like that was happening right now.
"Relax, the plane hasn't even started to move yet" you giggled softly, wincing at his strong grip. It definitely was a sight to see your husband all tense and stiff next to you, his chest heaving like he had run a marathon. It was amusing and pitiful at the same time.
He gritted his teeth and huffed, trying to calm himself. "We're gonna crash" he pressed out, looking down to his feet. "We are not gonna crash" you told him, squeezing his hand in reassurance. You knew about his past regarding planes and flying in general, that it was traumatic for him. Not to mention his fear of hights that made him feel anxious like nothing else. He felt sick to the stomach, like he was about to throw up. His chest was thight and he couldn't help the laboured breaths escaping him. You weren't doing this to see him suffer, but you weren't about to travel for a week by car and boat just to be at your sisters wedding for a day and traveling back for a week to america.
You lifted his hand up to your lips, kissing his knuckles soothingly. "Nothing will happen to you, nothing will happen to me. I promise"
He scoffed. "I hate you for putting me through this"
You nodded your head and leaned over to kiss his cheek. "I know" you cooed. "Don't think I am doing this for fun. But at least she is my only sister to get married, so when we are back in america, you won't have to set foot in a plane for a long while, okay?"
Your words only did a little to sooth his nerves, but he nodded his head anyway. It was one, sharp nod followed by a thick swallow. Logan jumped as the plane started moving suddenly, getting out of his parking spot and heading to the departure zone. He pressed his eyes shut and held his breath, mumbling something to himself you couldn't make out.
You rubbed your hand up and down his arm, softly shushing him. You felt a bit useless in this situation. You wanted to help him, but there was no way you could. Nothing you would say would take his fear and anxiety away, but you were determinded to make it better.
The closer the plane got to the departure zone, the faster was Logans breathing. A few flight attendents passing through had been worried about him, asking if he needed something. But he was so scared he couldn't even answer nor look at them.
"First time flying" you lied awkwardly and asked for a pair of earplugs for him. They were brought to you shortly before the plane was starting to become faster, speeding down the lane and picking up the pace. Logan was busy doing some breathing excercises so he wouldnât completely pass out. That would have been a better option though, because the second the plane took off and gained more and more distance from the ground, his ears ached like a dagger had been rammed into one ear and went out the other. He hissed deeply at the change of pressure, his grip on the armrest nearly cracking the plastic. For others, the pressure gave them a mild headache, but with his heightened sense of hearing, this was torture, like his skull was slowly ripping apart at the seams.
You shoved your bags on the middle seat under your feet and put the armrests up between the seats so you could pull Logans head closer to you. You twisted the earplugs into his ears and held his head against your chest, one arm looped back over his shoulder and covering his eyes, the other on his chest, feeling the strong and erratic thumpthumpthump of his heart. You kissed the crown of his head, your hand moving from his heart to his arm, softly rubbing and squeezing. He whined softly in your grip at the pain the change of pressure brought him. It was still there, but not as bad.
"Shh, I know. It's gonna be over soon. I won't ever take you on a plane again, I'm so sorry" you whispered to him. "Once that wedding is over and we get to the hotel room, I'm gonna make you re-live our own honeymoon. Gonna make you feel good, I'm gonna make you cum so much to make you forget this experience. I want to make it up to you, baby" you cooed into his ear, your quiet voice only muffled, but he heard you anyway. The image of you handling his cock flashed across his mind. When you were really into pleasuring him, nothing could pull your mouth off his dick. You would be busy devouring him, a few fingers loosening up his tight hole while your tounge circled the throbbing, angry red tip of his cock, making him cum his brains out by just pressing the pads of your fingers against that delicious sweet spot inside him. And you wouldn't stop until he only remembered your name.
He shuddered in your grasp and only a small smile pulled at his lips. Well, at least there was something to look forward to. And he was sure you'd pamper him for fighting through this.
As the plane was at it's desired height, his headache lessened and you were able to let him go to sit up straight again, but not before he gave you a soft, thankful kiss. He was a bit calmer now, not as rigid anymore. All thanks to you. He could do this...but only if you continued to hold his hand and smile at him as if there was not a single thing to worry about in this world.

SHAKESPEAREAN ROSE
Spencer Reid x psychiatrist!reader
Synopsis: Spencer Reid silently admires the new psychiatrist on the floor. Word Count: 1600+ WARNING: nothing, just fluff! A/N: Remember when I said I wrote more than what I posted for Doctors Across The Hall? This is itđ€ (I forgot to post it on aug 1, oops) I've decided to make Spencer Reid x psychiatrist!reader a series! It'll just be a bunch of fluff/angst/rare spicy stuff with psychiatrist!reader that happens in the same timeline but it's not in order. So, not exactly a story just tangents ??? Also I'm open to requests/prompts to keep this going hehe <3 Tell me what you think!
â âGuys, youâre so sweet! This is adorable!â
â Spencerâs ears perk up at the commotion. Curiosity thrums in his veins as he watches Derek hand you a rose. A small stuffed toy is clutched in your other hand. A wide smile adorns your face. A gorgeous sight on a late Wednesday morning.Â
â Derek laughs, âCanât take the credit.â He takes Penelope into his right arm. âBaby girl, right here strongly encouraged me.â
â Penelope gives you a bone-crushing hug, âHappy National Girlfriends Day, my favorite psychiatrist! Get ready for our sleepover! I have so many plans!â She squeals in excitement, inviting JJ in, whoâd just discovered the similar objects on her desk.
â Your heart swells. Only two months into the bureau, and youâve already found yourself a great group of friends. As the newly mandated psychiatrist in the building, it was nerve-wracking to enter the floor that seemed to reak of evil and know-it-alls. And although the BAU team is filled with know-it-alls, despite their constant denial, you managed to squeeze into their group as easily as befriending Penelope Garcia. Considering your office happens to be next to her lair.
â âIsnât that day for couples only? For a girlfriend? Not a girl that's a friend?â You chuckle, taking in the aroma from the single rose.
â âNah-uh,â Penelope wiggles her index finger. âAll those boys are just piggybacking on girl powerââ She turns to Derek, whoâs about to object, ââYouâre not included. You have been graciously influenced by moi. Iâm just saying that I have my girlfriends, so I will celebrate the day the way I see fit, and that is with my gorgeous, gorgeous babes!âÂ
â As JJ begins to add her piece to the excitement parade, Spencer turns to Emily, who comes back from the kitchen, her stuffed toy in hand.
â âNational Girlfriends Day?â He asks lowly.
â âWhat?â Emily furrows her brows for a moment before it flattens on her forehead. âOh, that. Just a day some people celebrate to appreciate their girlfriends. Garciaâs excited about itââ
â Her voice quiets into the background in an instant. Spencer sits in his mind as he processes the information. National Girlfriends Day. The words echo in his head. A day to appreciate girlfriendsâŠ
â âż â âż âż â âż âż âż
â Lunch is usually your highlight of the day. Not because of the time you eat but because of the time you spend listening to all the sizzling drama Penelope has to offer. Itâs an interesting experience to have when youâre also the same person who listens to her cries every time the BAU team flies to yet another case in a different state.
â Today, though. Itâs quite different.
â As soon as you enter the bullpen to check in with another agentâs inquiry regarding your services on the floor, a delivery man approaches you and hands you a huge bouquet of roses. Your newly found friends immediately hover around like shameless busybodies. Though, you never mind at all.
â âOooh, yet another gift from your secret loverâŠâ Emily teases, perching on Derekâs desk as she sips coffee.
â Derek joins in, eyebrows raised. âWhat is thatââ He picks up a small note from one of the roses, rolling it open, ââLove looks not with eyes, but with the mind, and therefore is winged Cupid painted blindâŠâ He waves the note with a mischievous grin. âWe donât know this guy, but he sure is cheesy.â
â Emily flashes a sheepish smile, âThereâs one on each rose! How many roses are there?â She starts counting by eye.
â âItâs like Shakespearean roses.â Penelope quips after reading another note from a different rose, passing you the small poem that immediately makes your lips curl.
â âShakespearean roses..? That's a thing?â You curiously inquire, looking over the vast red petals close to your chest.Â
Penelope shrugs, âNot really, but it could be!â She beams at you.
â JJ smiles, joining in after a small detour to her office. âOh, wow!â Her eyes widen, and her brows lift. âAnother one of the noble Sir Rumple?â She coaxes.
â âWho is this Sir Rumple, anyway? Iâm very curious.â Emily snorts, wiggling her brows at you. She doesnât push past your clear boundaries but never fails to strike all her attempts to get a name out of you. Sheâs a profiler, after all.
â âMost importantly, when is she going to introduce us to her secret lover?â Derek teases, nudging you playfully.
â Just as you look up, Spencer Reid stands behind everyone, clutching the strap of his bag like usual.Â
â His hair is short and untamed. Big hazel brown eyes spark under the fluorescent light. A thin, shy smile. And a familiar red cardigan.Â
â You reckon it was the priciest clothing youâve ever bought as a small thank you present. But Spencer doesnât need to know, really.
â Time moves slowly at the brewing desire to have Spencer close. His shy smile and adorable averting eyes bring you the thought of domesticity. You imagine him coming home just like that. Messy hair. Giddy, tight-lipped smile. Exhausted features and yet the most handsome man in your books. A spatula in your hand, music in the kitchen, and the hem of his collared shirt swaying over your thighs. It's poetically a dream. Something you wish to have, to do for as long as you're breathing.
â âMaybe next time?â You say with blushing cheeks. The utter embarrassment of talking about a secret lover in front of your crush had your mind blown into overdrive.
â The group exchanges looks. But they donât push further, indulging in the rare moment of your silent, sunny smile and hoping that youâre happy with whoever's been showering you with affection.
â âOkay, maybe not fully Shakespearean roses,â Penelope interjects, reading a corny joke that had the entire group cringe and you laughing.
â The joy in your laughter is like Clair de Lune playing through sunset. Spencer imagines warm tea in his hand, a book on his lap, and your little giggles across as you flip a page of yet another cheesy romance novel. Sunlight along your most beautiful features, which he insists is all of you. The cozy oversized shirt he owns covers the softness of your skin. A simple thought and yet has his heart racing in sheer bliss.
â Spencer smiles into his action report. âShakespearean rosesâŠâ He whispers in a chuckle, shaking his head at the idea.
â âż â âż âż â âż âż âż
â The day comes to a close with excitement and heartwarming joy.Â
â âSee you later at 9! Don't be late.â Penelope waves at you as the doors slide closed.
â You chuckle at her antics but quickly find yourself in a small predicament, struggling to carry all the tokens of love youâd received from everyone.
â âHere, let me help.âÂ
â Your eyes meet his. And you think you're having a heart attack. But you make sure to smile kindly with a not-so-eager nod.
â âThanks, Reid.â
â He flashes his signature smile, taking the tall bouquet from your hands.Â
â You fight yourself from biting the lower of your lips at the sight of his hand clutching the stem without difficulty. So, you breathe gently and indulge in his warmth next to you.
â âLooks like you had a nice day,â Spencer starts tentatively, swaying on the balls of his feet as he hoists your favorite thing of the day.
â You turn to him with a hum and a gentle bounce of your shoulders. âI did. I feel loved.â You confess.
â Spencer hides his blushing ears. Is it so wrong to wish you always smiled at him like that? Does a lifetime sound too much to ask?Â
â âThat's great,â He nods casually, letting the other patrons jump in and out of the lift.
â The doors open on the last floor. Both of you walk side by side as you trickle out of the lift into the parking lot. It's not a rule. But somehow, you and he always parked in the lowest lot despite the vast parking spaces above.
â He continues the conversation on smaller tangents that make you giggle. How did your sessions today go? How was the new lunch place you went to?Â
â And you throw back the same curiosity with an enthusiasm he admires. Did you finish all your reports? Did you enjoy your lunch stroll?Â
â Spencer hands you the bouquet back as soon as you settle your things in the passenger seat of your car. âSee you tomorrow?â
â You beam at him, and his eyes soften, âSee you tomorrow, Sir Rumple.â You giggle, stealing a quick peck on his cheek.
â Before you can turn around, Spencer stills your hips and steals a similar kiss, albeit on the softness of your lips.
â The two of you giggle at the silence. Butterflies flutter with tickling speed in both of your stomachs. Maybe keeping your relationship private isnât as bad as youâd imagine.Â
â He opens the door for you and waits until you're comfortable in your seat. âI think I prefer Shakespearean Rose now.â You announce as he leans on your window.
â He playfully pouts, âBut I love Sir Rumple betterâŠâ He twists his brows. The telltale sign of his gears turning. âMaybe I can be both?â He comprises.
â âYou can be whatever pseudonym you want,â You smile at him. âYouâre the only Spencer Reid I want.âÂ
â Spencerâs cheeks tint a shade of soft red. He leans and kisses your forehead.
â âShakespearean Rose it is.â

Pairing: platonic!Antinous x fem!reader/ Telemachus x fem!reader
Note: a chapter of this series will come out each day because Iâve already pre written this stuff PRE ITHACA SAGA so the future chapters regarding that may or may not be changed. Also I will go through readers and Antinousâs backstory as siblings soon.
THIS IS PART 3
Hereâs where you can find part 2â> https://www.tumblr.com/antinousletmehit/771422711234887681/paring-telemachus-x-femreader-notes-first
N/N= nickname
ââââàšà§ââââ ââââàšà§ââââ âââ
Y/n strolled out of the hall, her smirk lingering from the sheer delight of watching Telemachus squirm. The cool, quiet halls of the palace gave way to the raucous noise of the main hall. Laughter, shouting, and the occasional clatter of a goblet hitting the floor filled the space.
The Suitors were sprawled around the room, gambling with dice, boasting of how Penelope looked their way and didnât frown, and play-fighting as if they were on a battlefield. Plates of half-eaten food littered the tables, and amphorae of wine were passed around with careless abandon.
Y/n weaved through the chaos, dodging an overly enthusiastic shove between two men sparring with wooden swords. She reached for a cup of water from a passing servantâs tray, taking a sip before a familiar voice cut through the din.
âWell, if it ainât little N/N!â
Y/n turned to see her brother, Antinous, standing near one of the tables, arms wide in mock celebration. He was surrounded by a few of the rowdier Suitors, his grin as sharp and confident as ever.
âDonât call me that,â she said, though her tone lacked any real annoyance.
âWhy not? It suits you,â Antinous replied, leaning on the edge of the table. âLittle N/N, always poking her nose where it doesnât belong. Tell me, who have you been tormenting now?â
âWho says Iâve been tormenting anyone?â she asked innocently, taking another sip of water.
Antinous laughed, throwing his head back. âOh, come now. You have that look about you. The same one I get after outsmarting some poor fool.â He narrowed his eyes at her playfully. âLet me guess⊠Telemachus?â
Y/n smirked, leaning against a nearby pillar. âWho else? Heâs so easy, Antinous. All I have to do is say a few words, and heâs blushing like a maiden on her wedding day.â
The Suitors around Antinous erupted in laughter, one of them slapping the table so hard the dice scattered. âThe prince of Ithaca, reduced to a stammering fool by a girl!â one of them crowed.
Antinous grinned, raising his goblet in a mock toast. âWell done, sister. Youâre learning from the best.â
Y/n rolled her eyes but couldnât help smiling. âIf Iâm learning from you, then maybe I should start charging him for the privilege of my company.â
âThatâs the spirit!â Antinous said, gesturing for her to sit at the table with him. âWhy waste your talents on free entertainment when you could profit from them? You could even outdo me one day.â
âOutdo you?â she repeated with a laugh, setting her cup down. âIs that even possible?â
The two of them shared a laugh, their sibling bond clear in the way they teased each other. Around them, the Suitors continued their games and boasts. But in the back of Y/Nâs mind, an image lingeredâTelemachus, standing defiant despite her taunts.
Y/n leaned back in her chair, her smirk lingering as Antinous poured himself a goblet of wine. Around her, the Suitorsâ voices ebbed and flowed in waves of laughter and drunken arguments, but Y/ns focus was on her brother.
He was always the center of attention, effortlessly commanding the room. He had a knack for it, a charisma that even she had to admire. Still, as much as she enjoyed their games, Antinousâs antics sometimes grated on her nerves.
âDo you ever get tired of playing king?â Y/n asked, swirling the water in her goblet.
Antinous arched an eyebrow, his grin unwavering. âKing? No, sister. Iâm merely trying to keep the throne warm for the day Odysseus never returns. Someone has to take charge, after all. And that old relic is too busy mourning a dead man than to choose the man whoâll have her to wife.â
âIs that what you call drinking, gambling, and pretending youâre invincible?â she quipped. Her smirk sharper than the edge of Antinousâs blade.
Antinous laughed, unbothered by her jab. âCareful, Y/n. Envy doesnât suit you.â
âEnvious? Of you?â She scoffed, though her smile betrayed her amusement. âIâd rather be the serpent hiding in the shadows than the lion roaring in the open. You should know better than anyone how that story ends.â
Antinous paused, his grin faltering just slightly. It was fleeting, but Y/n noticed. She always did. He recovered quickly, leaning back in his chair with an air of practiced ease.
âAnd yet, here you are, mingling with the lions,â he said, gesturing to the raucous crowd around them. âPerhaps youâre not so different from me after all.â
Y/n didnât answer immediately. Instead, she let her gaze drift over the room. The Suitors were a sorry lot, drunken fools more concerned with games and glory than anything of substance. Telemachus wasnât wrong to hate them. She hated them too, in her own weird way.
Her mind wandered back to the interaction with Telemachus, to the flash of anger in Telemachusâs eyes as she goaded him. It wasnât the first time sheâd pushed him, and it wouldnât be the last. There was something about him, something raw and untapped, like a blade waiting to be sharpened.
âYouâre quiet,â Antinous said, breaking her thoughts. He tilted his head, studying her. âWhat are you thinking about now?â
Y/n smirked, meeting his gaze. âNothing you need to worry about, brother. Just thinking about how boring this lot is.â She gestured to the rowdy group around them. âDonât you ever wish for something⊠more challenging?â
Antinous chuckled, leaning closer. âChallenges are for those who have something to prove. I donât have anything to prove, I know who I am and I prefer to enjoy myself.â
âOf course you do,â she said dryly, taking another sip of her water.
Antinous didnât press further, turning his attention back to the game at hand. Y/n, however, let her thoughts drift again, this time to Telemachus.
Y/n smiled to herself, setting her goblet down. The lions could keep roaring. She would remain the serpent, coiled and patient, waiting for the right moment to strike.

Caitvi Prompt: Caitlyn is head Park Ranger and deals with an unruly deputy Ranger Vi who has recently become unruly and animalistic. Caitlyn doesnât understand the change in attitude until Vi turns up naked and injured on her cabins doorstep.
Title: Shoot to Kill
Ship: Werewolf!Vi x Park Ranger!Caitlyn
Wordcount: 5019
Summary: It's been months since a brutal attack took both Cassandra Kiramman and Powder Lane from the world. Caitlyn and Vi handle their grief differently, but something just isn't right with Vi, and things can't be ignored forever.
Warnings: Typical werewolf gore, blood, bullets, canon-typical violence, animal attack, shooting, self-sacrifice, almost nsfw but not quite there yet, horrible spelling, I don't beta read we know this.
[A/n: I went overboard here. I love arcane, I love werewolves, what were we expecting when someone sent me this prompt? Anyway. You know I bad I wanted to make this full smut? SO fucking bad but it didn't seem like the time for them to fuck. So they didn't. Do people even like my Arcane stuff? Fuck no, but this is for me.]

Blood filled Viâs mouth with a metallic density that was not unfamiliar but was entirely unwelcome. A low tide of a headache was pulling at her temples, her mouth a cottony type of dry that she couldnât swallow away.
She was running late. Even in the darkness of her cabin, she knew that she was pushing it by the way the daylight filtered through the slatted blinds. Caitlyn was going to have her hide. Sheâd been warned twice already, pulled into the office that smelled too much like lavender and wood polish.
Vi shoved her feet unceremoniously into her boots. She swished a shot of peppermint schnapps around her mouth until it was warm and frothy before swallowing and dashing out the door. Vi didnâtâ bother to tuck her shirt in and do up her laces.
Showing up was enough. It had to be enough. There was dirt and blood under her nails and her skin was taut with sweat. She probably smelled rank with the outdoors and her body ached something fierce from the night before. Vi didnâtâ feel comfortable looking in the mirror before she hauled herself to the main cabin.
The state of her was not normal. It was not human. But she was present and that was all Ranger Kiramman was going to get on this balmy Wednesday morning.
Doubt, mixed with a decidedly solid amount of dread, swirled with a fullness in Viâs stomach. She was full, a feeling that she did not enjoy being. She had eaten last night, something big that left a horrible nausea clinging to the inside of her stomach. A heat in the back of her throat and slicking the inside of her stomach.
She crashed unceremoniously through the door of the main cabin. The annoying brass bell gave her tardiness away as it deposited her into the gift shop. Caitlynâs deadly oxford stare leveled her with precision, but she never faltered in her delivery.
Loris steadied her with his hulking size, taking up just as much space as the bookshelf that he stood near. He regarded her with his quiet amusement and low huff as she attempted to shove her shirt past her belt without drawing more eyes to herself.
âAs I was saying.â Caitlynâs voice was cutting, slicing through whatever resolve Vi had left. âThe rest of the week and into next is a fire ban. There will be push back. In zoneâs seven and eight, especially. Overton and Dunne, I want you positioned there around the clock. Do not hesitate to hand out red notices. One spark and the whole forest could go up. Am I clear?â
A murmured chorus of agreements rung out. A burn notice would draw attention away from Vi, at least for now. It worked Caitlynâs nerves like a string instrument. Anger still simmered in the stare that moved her way.
âAs for the rest of you, you know your posts, and you have your assignments. Keep your walkies on channel seven and signal if you need anything. Remember that laws are not suggestions and safety is key.â She scanned the lot of Rangers, brows furrowed and nose wrinkled in the way that Vi found oddly endearing. âDismissed.â
Loris shoved her shoulder with enough force to shove a burp into her mouth, one that was not pleasant. She nearly vomited up whatever she had torn through last night, but luckily swallowed it back down. He wandered over to the busted coffee maker where he would linger long enough for Vi to take her verbal lashing.
If it were up to her, sheâd slip into the woods and take her usual post at the North end of the park, checking permits until her fingers bled. It would be an easy day as long as she could nurse her headache. She and Loris could squeeze into the same box and answer the same questions from the same brand of tourists until it was time to go back to her cabin.
The pinching floral scent that often invaded Viâs lungs seemed to surround her in an instant. It used to be something she enjoyed, but as of late, it was something she couldnâtâ control. It was overwhelming in a way that was too much. It made her stomach roll and her throat tighten. If she were to vomit, it would be blood and bones and bile.
âViolet, I want you to take a walk with me.â
Caitlynâs voice was unbelievably tender for the situation at hand. She was expecting a verbal scrouge. Even her features were worked into something calm. Vi was too exhausted to fight back. After her little side quest last night, she wanted to curl into a ball under her blankets and sleep for an eternity.
âI uh, have to assist Loris with the morning rush of tourists, donât I?â
She shook her head. âIâve stationed Steb. You donât look like you feel well. Follow me.â
âGod, youâre taking me out back to shoot me like old yeller.â
Caitlyn snorted and held the screen door open. Vi walked through it first, taking in another lungful of Caitlynâs floral scent. She wish it were comforting. She wished her friend, the woman she used to trust with anything in the world, brought her some degree of relief.
She hadnât in months, and they both felt it. Bone deep.
They walked for a few minutes. Until the commotion of the other rangers dispersing faded into nothing. The forest offered nothing to Vi lately. She hadnât noticed it at first; the lack of sound. Crickets and morning birds and small animals that created a cacophony of noise that she had always taken for granted before.
Caitlynâs breathing had stuttered, a nervous tick she developed at a young age that Vi picked up months ago when her hearing had risen to a deafening level. She shoved her hands into her pockets and softened her gaze, dipping her head. Attempting to show submission. Â Sheâd never meant to make Caitlyn nervous.
She removed her green nightcap, working her fingers around the wide brimmed edge. Another nervous habit. Vi could smell the sweetness of her sweat, something she hadnât been privy to since the funeral when her nose was pressed so close to the girls pulse point that the smell had coated every inch of her.
Vi was so close that she could hear the rush of her blood and the pounding of her heart. Her mouth filled with saliva so rapidly that she couldnât keep up with swallowing. Sheâd nearly drooled at the thought of opening her maw and tearing Caitlynâs jugular out with one clamp of her jaw.
Shoving her away and storming from the procession was attributed to grief. Anger at nature for having the audacity of taking them in the first place. Caitlyn and Vi must have been hurting so much that any action they committed was acceptable for a time.
Six months later and people still asked how they were doing. Caitlyn would tell them that she was fine. Vi would tell them that she felt like shit. Both would smile sadly. Caitlyn threw herself into her inherited role of Head Ranger and Vi drank on nights that she couldnât forget and leaned into nights that she didnât remember.
âThey expect me to strip you of your title.â Caitlyn sighed out in one hot breath that splayed against Viâs cheeks. âThose rangers in there⊠know I have a soft spot for you, Vi. Anyone else and I would have done far worse. Theyâd be out of a job.â
Caitlyn frowned and plopped down onto the pebbled shore next to a stream. Run-off from one of the glaciers at the top of the peak. The water was crisp and clear. Vi would dip her fingers into it sometimes, trying to disturb the flow and shock some sense into herself. She lowered herself carefully next to her friend. The only girl who had ever made her ache this viciously.
âI didnât mean to put you in that position, Cupcake.â
âYouâre hurting.â
âSo are you.â
Vi swallowed something thick in her throat, picked up a smooth stone and dug her fingers into it as if she could shave off decades of shaping. Trout colored eyes traced the curve of Caitlynâs side profile as she clenched and unclenched her jaw. She drew in careful breathes. The sound of the stream drowned out the silence around them.
Cassandra Kirammanâs entrails had been gnawed into paste after her stomach was torn open unceremoniously. Vi remembers the squelch of flesh and the snap of her sternum. Her screams had turned into a drowned gurgle before there was nothing.
The creature, after having gotten the taste for the richness of Kiramman blood, had gone for the throat and mercifully took Cassandra out of her misery. Vi watched the light leave her eyes. Something sheâd seen slowly dim in Caitlynâs over the months.
Now, she clenched her own eyes shut. âI canât leave these woods, Cait. Theyâre all I know. Iâll try harder.â
âI know you will. I didnât come out here to, what did you say? Shoot you like old yeller. I might be in charge of you, Violet, but Iâm also your friend.â Her voice wavered on the word, stuck in her throat as much as she allowed. âI want you to talk to me.â
She gave her a sad grin âI talk to you all the time, Cupcake.â
âYou know what I mean.â Caitâs eyebrow twitched. She hesitated, something she never did. Not in all the years that Vi had known her. But it was only for a moment. Her hand slipped into Viâs, dislodging the stone she had wanted to thread into putty. âYou can talk to me.â
Vi felt her throat tighten and a dampness come to her eyes that she quickly blinked away. Whatever she ate last night threatened to make a third return. She nodded, afraid to speak, but it seemed to be enough to Caitlyn. She gave her hand another reassuring squeeze. It was warm and solid.
Greif weighed heavily between them both. But the lead that welded Viâs jaw shut was more than subconscious. If she could help it, and she could, Caitlyn would never find out about the animal that shredded her mother.
It had been closed casket for a reason.
They buried an empty one for Jinx. Vi had been in and out of consciousness through her own blinding pain. Sheâd gasped. It was caught in her throat along with the scent of Cassandras viscera. Long teeth had crunched through Viâs left lumbar, the soft brawn of her giving away like it was tillable earth. Â
Sheâd looked into the creatureâs eyes. They were glowing red, feral. It was frothing at the mouth, saliva mixing so deliciously with what could only be Viâs own blood. There was nothing but hunger behind itâs actions. And for a moment, Vi could understand that want.
Only for a moment.
Jinx- Powder- she had a loud whistle that could catch the attention of a hound within a ten-mile radius. This snapping animal was no different. It whipped itâs maw up fast enough to drip saliva against Viâs festering wounds.
âDonât!â Vi had screamed because she was so desperate to save her little sister. But the look in her eyes was resolute. Even in the light of the full moon. It showed more than the hunger, the viciousness. Jinx was on a mission. A martyr that would die for her charge.
She had the audacity to nod at Vi that night, to grin at her in a wolfish manner before her boots kicked up gravel. Evidently, the animal enjoyed the chase more than the prey it had pinned under itâs large paws. Claws dug sharply into Viâs chest and stomach, tearing like soft butter into her stomach and chest.
Vi remembers screaming. She remembers the warmth of her own blood and the pale light of the moon overhead. She thinks she remembers her sisters maniacal howl combined with that of her own.
No⊠She would spare Caitlyn Kiramman the pain that her mother had endured. Some things are better left unlearned.
The smell of gunpowder, sulfurous and smokey, brought up a helping of vomit that Vi couldnât swallow down. She thought it was vomit but couldnât quite tell. It could have been nothing more than blood surfacing from the wound that had torn through the wound in her sternum.
The head ranger herself had fired off what was supposed to be a warning shot, but even with her immense fear clouding her aim, she had managed to land a slug in Violet. Silver. It burned viciously, sizzled like acid. Maybe it had been bile that splattered onto the forest floor in a stringy mess.
Viâs vision was blurry with tears, cheek pressed to the earth as she watched Caitlyn on the front porch of her cabin, clutching her rifle. She released vapor with each breath, eyes methodically scanning the tree line.
Her bones were morphing into something human, something much more becoming. The bullet lodged within her was making it nearly impossible. Her nails were long, her ears tipped with red fur akin to her own hair. Her pointed teeth digging so painfully into her bottom lip to stifle her pained growls.
She was far from wolf, but far from mortal.
When the moon rose this high, she lost herself in the pain and the hunger that had led to her original demise. Vi preferred it this way. She separated the beast that tore through her once a month from the human that kept it at bay the rest of the time. She didnât know what the wolf did. Did not want to.
Anger surged through her now.
The National Park was endless, and yet⊠yet⊠she was at Caitlyn Kirammanâs doorstep. There was a sinking feeling within her that the creature sheâd buried deep had been stalking the woman. The disease that had transferred through bite, through blood, couldnât get enough. Wouldnât unclamp itâs greedy jaws.
Violet craved Caitlynâs touch. Preened under her approval. The creature must do the same. Had to, if it had gotten close enough for a shot to be fired. For a bullet to hit.
She rolled over onto her back and started clawing desperately with her sharpened nails at the shot. She clipped down on her tongue to swallow her scream, digging around the wound. She couldnât grasp it, only pushed it further down. She swore she would drown in her own blood. It threatened to heal around her fingers, causing nothing but undeniable agony.
Cait had lowered the muzzle of her gun, squinting directly where she lay, as if she could see directly into Viâs soul. Frosty eyes watched her, and sheâd be damned if they didnât send a chill down her spine, regardless of the thin line of blood that dripped down the corner of her mouth.
This was about more than swallowing her pride. Caitlyn was her only lifeline here. She wouldnât blame the girl for taking one look at her and firing a second shot that wasnât a warning right between her eyebrows.
Another tweak of horrible pain and her decision was made. Vi dug her slowly receding nails into the soft soil and dragged herself to the edge of the head rangers property. She was trembling, weak. The pale moonlight hitting her tattooed marred skin. She stiffened, feeling an odd rush counter her pain.
Caitlyn sucked in a sharp breath and repositioned her weapon, steeling her stance. Vi lazily dug her chin into the earth and stared at the woman with stars in her eyes. She used to lounge on Caitâs bed with the same disposition. Albeit in less throbbing pain.
âViolet?â
The safety was switched off and the rifle was propped up against the door. Caitlyn was dashing across the lawn, barefoot despite the many times she had warned her own rangers against the dangers of doing so. Goosebumps prickled against her skin and undeniable worry etched onto her beautiful features.
She dropped to her knees, despite the dampness of the grass. Vi Stiffened, attempted to press her face into the grass but Caitlynâs hands were quicker to cup her face. She could see the reflection of the golden glow in the blue of the womanâs gaze.
Vi stifled a whimper at the hold. She was naked and could feel her muscles stiffening. It was getting harder to move, to breathe without feeling the burn in her lungs. They crackled uncomfortably. The hands that cradled her face were warm. If she were to die at this moment, this would be enough.
âDarling, did IâŠâ her voice was choked âIâve shot you.â
âYou never miss, Cupcake.â Â
âI thought you were an animal.â She swiped both thumbs across Viâs cheeks, wiping away tears and dirt and sweat, and maybe a little bit of blood.
âI think I might be.â
âOh.â
The conversation was far too casual, Vi decided. She wavered in the cold, coughed up another mouthful of mucus and blood. This changed the worry in Caitlynâs eyes to something harder that resembled the training that both of them had.
She scooped Vi up with strength that lingered fruitfully under her soft cotton t-shirt sleep clothes. The smaller woman opened her mouth to protest but the words died as her vision fluttered at the edges and her head slotted so easily into the small of Caitlynâs throat.
It would be so easy her wolf howled to taste her.
Vi whined to drown out the thought, clutched the fabric that she clung to like a life raft. If Loris or Steb or even the orange-haired receptionist that glowered at her with contempt from behind the gift shop desk saw her now she would blanch. Never admit had content she felt in Caitlyn Kirammanâs arms.
And, God, was she content.
Caitlyn kicked the door to her cabin open and Vi breathed in a mix of spices from an earlier dinner untouched. She knew the layout of the cabin well, could hear the low crackle of a fire and could feel the heat of it as she was set down on the sofa that mirrored the hearth.
âI donât understand it. Iâve nailed you with a shot right in the chest. You should be dead, or at the very least on itâs doorstep, not mine. Youâre regarding me with discontent like I tasered you, or stunned you. Not like I took a Winchester and fired off a round. I rightly should take the stat phone and call the proper authority to get you to the emergency room and me to the psych ward.â
Caitlyn rambled in an adorably infuriating way when she was flustered. Even if Vi could get past the dryness in her throat she wouldnât stop her. She enjoyed the way her cheeks would grow pink and sheâd work the impassable problems out by her own accord.
She was flitting around, grabbing antiseptic, and medical kits that she had stashed, because she knew exactly what to do. Vi hadnât realized she opened her eyes, or that she was watching her with a lazy content, but thatâs exactly what she was doing, hand resting above her wound to subconsciously protect herself, breathing stuttered.
Her nails had retracted and so had her ears, thankfully. But her teeth still felt crowded in her mouth and she couldnât calm her heart. She didnât know, couldnât know, if her eyes still shown a dangerous golden yellow. Caitlyn, her Caitlyn, had seen them either way. She balked at the fact.
âCait,â Vi eventually stuttered out, clinging onto that floral scent that surrounded her so diligently. The Ranger was at her side in just a moment, crouching next to the sofa, grasping at her flexed and unflexed bicep. It was coated in a sheen of cold sweat. âI need you to get the bullet out. Please.â
That flicker of doubt was there again. It was brief but startling all the same. The Kirammanâs did not falter. She stared openly at Viâs bare chest. At the pierced, pert nipples and the marred flesh in between them. In any other situation she would make a crude comment to cover her embarrassment, but this was not any other situation and Vi needed this bullet out now.
She gently grabbed the side of Caitlynâs face, directing her attention, leading that deadly Cambridge stare to her own. âI understand that I am the last⊠I am the last⊠I didnâtâŠâ
Vi was going about this wrong. She didnât know how to get the words out. She didnât know how to say that the same monster that had torn Caitlynâs mother to shreds had taken up residence in her bones. Had changed her. They werenât the same teeth, the same claws, but they had the same intention, could shed the same blood.
A sob tore through her, one that reminded Vi much of ones last. A death rattle. Caitlynâs hot hand was holding her down in a moment, splayed against taut muscle. She was digging through an open first aide kit and searching for titanium prongs, a crease formed between her eyebrows.
âHold this.â
Caitlyn barked the demand, and a wad of gauze was suddenly shoved into Viâs mouth, catching on her chapped lips. She bit down so she wouldnât choke on it. Caitlyn didnât give a count down. It wasnât her style. She didnât coddle, or nurse you through pain that was known to be excruciating.
Instead, she dug the pointed prongs into the wound that was desperate to heal. Vi moaned around the gag, nails slashing even lines into the nearest throw pillow. Her claws were quick to come out, spilling stuffing as tears clouded her vision. Her back arched from the sofa as drool frothed from the corners of her mouth.
Caitlyn had the audacity to shush her like a petulant child. She plowed through the recesses of her injury, the layers of tissue and tendons. The gauze became damp and sticky with pink saliva. The heel of Caitlynâs free hand was digging painfully into Viâs shoulder to pin her down.
If Vi hadnât been blinded by pain, she would relish in the way Caitlynâs body was slotted against her own, having shifted. A sure knee in between her legs, pressed against her center. They were in a compromising position. Caitlynâs breath was warm as it splayed across her chest. Viâs rapid and building.
After a few agonizing moments, the prongs were pulled away and the bullet dropped to the floor with a clatter. Nothing could be heard but the punctuated panting of both women and the crackling of fire eating through logs. They were still. Viâs teeth clenched and Caitâs hands still splayed near the wound that slowly began to seal itself in front of her disbelieving eyes.
Vi was filled with unrest. Dissatisfaction. Her hands were pinned and her throat was slick with blood. Her skin was buzzing and clarify had hit her like a truck now that the damned bullet had been pulled out. She was naked, vulnerable. And Caitlyn fucking Kiramman was on top of her.
Vi was saying something. Her stupid mouth was saying something, but it was muffled by the gauze, and Caitlyn lifted a shaky hand, pulling it from her lips with blood-soaked hands. âwhat?â
âCan you get off of me?â her words cracked. âIâm naked, cupcake.â
Caitlyn drew in a sharp breath, flicking her gaze down for an agonizing moment before shifting her weight off Vi. The sensation was immediately missed. A whimper quelled, swallowed along with the metallic taste that lingered on her tongue. Vi scrambled herself, pulling the throw blanket on the back of the sofa around her shoulders and making her hulking frame as small as she possibly could as she curled under the scratchy material.
She reveled in the scent of Caitlyn. Something that had been so oppressing the month before when they spoke in the woods. Now she swam in it. Hell, she wanted to drown in it. The Ranger busied herself with grabbing alcohol wipes from the first aide kit.
When she settled, she did so next to Vi. Their knees touching, as if any type of distance would make her perish. The gesture made her heart pound. It still ached, still fought to heal, but she didnâtâ mind. Caitlyn wordlessly asked for her hand and used her teeth to tear away the paper of the antiseptic wipe.
Vi always had larger hands than Caitlyn. But Caitlyn was nimble and methodic where Vi was clunky and impulsive. Despite the blood that had dried around her nailbeds, Caitlyn started the heavy task of cleaning the dirt and muck away from Viâs knuckles. Neither of them speaking for a good, long while. She was waiting for Vi to speak, and she would wait for however long it took. She would always wait.
âI black out a lot.â
Caitlynâs movementâs stilled for a moment. She had cleared most of the blood away from Viâs left hand and moved on the right. There was a tiny mountain of wipes on the coffee table and the chemical scent was burning both of their lungs. She resumed her work with a committal hum.
âI think itâs a small mercy, really. I donât want to remember. After that night, I knew something was different about me, but I wanted to attribute it to the grief, to the drinking. To anything other than what I knew was sitting in front of me all along.â
Caitlyn was scrubbing particularly hard at a spot of blood that refused to release itself from Viâs skin at the base of her palm. Vi gently took the womanâs hands, giving them a squeeze, drawing her attention from the task. Her eyes were red around the edges from exhaustion. From emotion. She sniffed, glowered dangerously at Vi.
âThe thing that⊠took your mother and Powder away from us itâ Viâs voice shattered. She grimaced and looked towards the fire. Tried to clear the emotion from her chest, but couldnât quick staunch it. Never really could when it came to Caitlyn, so she embraced it instead, stared directly into the eye of the storm as it swirled. âWhen it bit me, it changed me. I donât think it had a choice in what it was and I donât think I have a choice in what I am now.
âThis forest needs something to harbor itâs pain, and it breaks my heart more and more every single day that we crossed itâs path that night.â Viâs head dropped, tears falling into her lap. Her shoulders convulsed. She was shaking, she knew. Too tired to fight them off. âYou can hate me, Cait. Iâm begging you to hate me. I would hate me.â
Hands were quick to find her cheeks and franticly wipe away at heated tears before patting at her collarbone until she looked up with confusion in her stare. Vi met an expression that was nothing more than stark tenderness, a flat line of a mouth. Caitlyn was calculating. She was exasperated. The look she often carried for Vi.
âHate you? Why on earth would I hate you Vi?â
âI⊠I couldnât stop it. I became it.â
âDarling,â
It was the subtle shake of her head, the gentleness of the single word, the quiet acceptance in her eyes. Everything combined. Vi crumbled. She fell forward and into Caitlynâs arms. The Ranger let out a huff of air but accepted her all the same. She did not hesitate to pull her close, Viâs ear pressed against Caitlynâs stomach as she buried her head into the womanâs lap.
âNone of this is your fault.â Caitlyn soothed, working her fingers through the mess of pink hair. âYou hear me?â
Vi continued to sob, tightening her grip around Caitlynâs center. She cried until her throat was sore. Breathing the woman in, relishing in the way her fingers felt as they gently pressed against her scalp. She whispered soothing words to her. Held her tightly, ran a hand over her bare spine and the scar of a bite that had never quite healed.
When the fire had turned into nothing but a dull flicker of orange, Caitlyn still harboring all the warmth either of them would ever need, Vi turned and stared up at her. There was a fondness in the womanâs stare. A curiosity there that she knew sheâd have to atone for when she wouldnât need to grip so hard to keep herself grounded.
âI need you to promise me something.â
Caitlyn knit her brows, swallowing hard. She brushed a strand of hair from Viâs red-rimmed eyes. Her hand was trembling. Vi never wanted to move from this spot, from the warm comfort of the rangers lap, her nose pushed into her stomach where she could make sure she was breathing with ease.
âIf you ever see me with a certain look in my eyes Cait, I need you to fire more than a warning shot. I need you to shoot to kill. I know you can.â
She opened and closed her mouth, teeth clanging together in a noise that should have been painful. Her hand curled into a fist against Viâs bare abdomen, nails scratching lightly on marred skin. She huffed, but didnâtâ say a word. She didnât trust herself to. It wasnât the time to ramble, and both of them knew it.
âYouâll know it when you see it.â Vi clenched her eyes shut, burying her face deeper into Caitâs embrace. âYouâre an okay shot.â
Caitlyn leaned her head back, letting out an unsteady sigh, her gaze lingering on the cold hearth, the fire long-dead and the Winchesterâs silhouette looming as it sat propped in itâs usual place. âIâm an excellent shot.â

tainted angel đȘœ (pt.2)
PART 1 // PART 3 // PART 4
à· DABI X HAWKSâ LITTLE SISTER
à· cw: Dabi being a flirt and a pervert, corruption kink, smut and dubcon incoming
âSo.. Dabiâ
A red feather quickly finds itself on my neck, its sharp point pressing against my pulse.
âLetâs start by telling me what the hell youâre doing here. And being friendly with my sister, out of all peopleâ Hawks asks sternly and I canât help the grin on my face. He is fuming and Iâm living for it.
âHey now, youâre being rudeâ I rasp out, faking a hurt expression. âIs this how you treat your friend?â
âEnough with games. Weâre no friends and you know it. How did you find this place? I swear if you hurt any of the-â
âChill birdie..â I interrupt him, rolling my eyes. âIâd appreciate first if you got this feather off me. Before I burn it down, that wonât be fun for ya, will it? The little angel inside told me how sensitive feathers can be, even when theyâre off your back. Really interesting.. â
Hawks swallows and removes the feather, letting out a deep breath and trying to calm himself down. Probably mentally cursing his dumb little sister for spilling so much information to a man like me.
âTo cut things short I tried to find some information on my own, cause see, I donât really trust ya, hero. Iâm sure youâve been doing the same behind our backs, searching information regarding any villain in our squadâ
Hawks chuckles, clearly a forced one. Iâm one second away from blasting flames on his face.
âCome on Dabi.. youâre way too paranoid. After Iâve proven myself loyal to the cause multiple times? Itâs kinda unfair donât you think? Other members of the liberation havenât gone through such intense stuff so you could trust them. But you still think Iâm suspicious.â
âWeâll see about that when the time comes.â The smug smile fades off my face, seriousness replacing it. He needs to know he canât fool anyone, not me at least.
âIt wasnât hard to find out information about you. But of course finding out that you got an angelic sister was the cherry on top of it all! All sweet and nice to savour~â
Now Hawks was the serious one here.
Ouch, struck a nerve there?
âListen here, and listen well. Iâm all in to help you guys achieve this cause and join forces, but I want you to stay out of my life. Away from my family, youâre going too far Dabiâ he growls, approaching closer, while I stand there looking down on him. He really is shorter than me, such disadvantage.
âTch, you really think Iâm gonna hurt em?â
âWho knows, will you?â he replies, golden irises focused on my teal ones.
âI wonât hero, thatâs all about itâ I smirk, stuffing my hands in the pockets of my jacket. âIf youâre fully loyal to us and to the cause, then why so paranoid? Why so scared? I would never harm someone who is loyal, or their family for that matter. Iâm not that fucking stupidâ
I let my words sink in and the hero stays silent for a while. This is all a game and I know exactly how itâs gonna go. Especially now that I got myself a little gem, Hawks is going to think twice before doing anything funny.
âAlright, all Iâm saying is, do not involve her or anyone else in this. She is neither a hero nor a villain, let her live her normal life and donât mess it up. She doesnât know who you are, nor my association with the League. Iâd rather kept this all hidden for both of our sakes, wonât be beneficial if the word gets outâ
âYâgot itâ I click my tongue, fully aware that I will do the opposite. I didnât have time to have further conversations with my angel. Besides from being a sight for sore eyes, I want to know all the thoughts in that brain of hers. What goes through her mind, her opinions on different topics, what does she think of hero society? Does she have her own ideologies and beliefs? For sure she is not just a brainless doll who does nothing but sit pretty all day.
Still, even if thatâs the case, I will use her whoever I see fit. Been a long time since I had some real fun, and having a brainless little doll sitting nicely on my cock sounds just about right.
Fuck, thinking such nasty thoughts when her brother is right in front of me.
Little does he know that I got her number.
*2 days later*
As I head back to ReDestroâs mansion, familiar voices of my comrades fill my ears the moment I step inside.
âHey Dabi, where have you been dude? You canât keep ignoring your duties as a lieutenant!â Twice says.
âDonât worry about that Twiceâ I sigh, ignoring his gaze and heading upstairs to my room.
Though itâs not that easy to escape their interrogation the moment that psycho sticks her nose in my business. Fuckinâ great.
âMmmm, do you smell this?â Toga asks Twice as she comes closer to me. âSuch a sweet pleasant scent~ canât believe itâs coming from you out of all people, Dabiâ
Ouch.
âAnd what do you mean by that?â I raise an eyebrow, annoyance clear on my face. âCareful with your words psycho.â
âAhh no didnât mean it in a bad way! Usually you just smell like cigarettes.â she giggles, then her eyes widen in realisation. âWait, donât tell me you are seeing someone?â
âDabi seeing someone?â Spinner says from the other side of the room, Compress turning his head as well.
Yep, thatâs my cue to leave.
âHey Dabi donât ignore me!!â Toga pouts. âTell me is it a girl? Who is she? She smells so sweet!â
Damn it angel, the trouble you already got me in.
âNone of your goddamn business.â I say sternly, though I canât help the small grin on my face. Thatâs all it takes for the little psycho to blush and squirm in excitement. God knows what kind of romantic crap sheâll be daydreaming from now on.
Laying down on my bed, I let out a sigh and grab my burner phone. Itâs strange though, how Iâve always been chasing my goals and dreaming of revenge, my mind focused nowhere but only on the hatred burning deep inside of my core.
My only goal was to bring down this society built on false heroes, but as my eyes laid on her, it was like a ray of sunshine swept through the dark clouds in my life. I never gave a fuck about having fun around with women, Iâve been focused on more important things to let distractions take over me.
But when it comes to her, I am a depraved man.
I dial her number, and patiently wait for her to pick it up.
âHello?â she answers with a sweet voice that has me biting my lip already.
âHey angel~â
She paused, her breathing changed. Bet sheâs blushing the moment she recognises my voice and the nickname I gave her that day.
âDabi?â she replies, her voice a tone higher, clearly filled with excitement.
âThatâs rightâ I grin. âKinda missed your pretty ass you know?â
âMissed me?â she giggles. âWe literally met just two days ago, how could you miss someone you met for the first time?â
âGot no idea, you sure you donât have some kind of seducing quirk? That scent of yours been lingering on me for too long. Anyway, I hope Hawks didnât make a big fuss that day, angelâ
I remove my jacket and shirt off, feeling hot and bothered already.
âHe is very overprotective sometimes, itâs annoyingâ she replies. I can already imagine her cute pouty face.
âThatâs how big brothers are, way too overprotective of their little sisters. Canât really blame âemâ
My mind suddenly goes to Fuyumi. Was I overprotective of her too? Canât remember.
âPrincess.. you got any plans tonight?â I whisper.
âMm not reallyâ she mumbles. âWhy? You wanna visit me again?â
âWhy not?â I smirk. âSeems like you enjoyed my presence that dayâ
âDonât get ahead of yourself. I just want to make sure guests feel comfortable thatâs allâ she snaps back, but I know too well thatâs a lie.
Before I can say something back, I notice the bulge in my jeans growing.
Shit. All it took was her voice.
Lazily I unzip my pants, while I let her talk.
âTell me angel, you already got a man in your life? Didnât get the chance to ask earlier..â
âIf I had a man, I wouldnât be talking to you right nowâ she says, I can hear the teasing smile in her voice.
âIs that so? You that loyal huh? Such good girlâ I say as my hand lazily strokes my cock.
A soft gasp leaves her mouth at the praise and I squeeze myself slightly, precum already leaking down my shaft.
âW-Well, thatâs how everyone should beâ she continues. âBut to answer your question no, I donât have anyoneâ
Even if you had, they wouldnât live to see the next day.
âAnd in the past? For sure a gorgeous thing like you has both men and women salivatingâ
My mind goes on her swollen tits and soft thighs, my breathing gets harder. That plump lower lip of hers..
âN-None of the sort. I donât have much experience in relationshipsâ she says shyly. This grabs my attention, little angel is inexperienced. My cock throbs in my hand, I swear if I keep edging myself like this-
âNgh- Yâgotta elaborate on that sweetheartâ I manage to reply. âYânever kissed someone, been intimate and stuff like that?â
âIâve had my first kiss but- whenever I tried to go further I just couldnât..â I can feel her breathing get irregular again.
My chest gets heavier as I edge myself at her voice, my hands moving faster, the tip of my head red and swollen, begging to be stuffed inside that sweet cunt of hers. Just the mere thought of it has me salivating, abusing her pretty hole until her voice goes sore from screaming and her eyes puffy from crying. The metallic piercings decorating my shaft heat up, making the feeling more tense as I reach my high. Like a drug, her voice is sending me over the edge
âUmm Dabi, you still there? You alright? W-whatâs going on?â
âMmhm yeah. Mâstill here-fuckâ I let out a grunt, trying my best to keep quiet as I bust on my hand. Hot thick cum coating all my fingers, and I canât help but think what a waste this all was. I couldâve filled her up to the brim with this.
She swallows nervously. âAnyway I think itâs time for me to sleep. Itâs getting late. We can meet another timeâ
âYeah sure thingâ I say, trying to catch my breath after that orgasm. âSweet dreams, dollâ
After she hangs up, I look at the mess on my hand. So filthy. And for some reason I do not feel ashamed of this behaviour. Probably for the fact Iâve made my mind up that she is mine, so I can do whatever the fuck I please.
And with that being said, I decide to pay the sleeping beauty a little visit tonight.

SUMMARY: boring classes, boring classmates, boring assignmentsâŠto seungmin, everyone is boring even if heâs used to pretend otherwise, but you seem to get on his nerves. you, your stupid poem, and his stupid letter.
WC: 10.6k (OH MY FUCKING GOD)
CW: itâs like fluffy comfort because I say so, kim seungmin supremacy (YES), use of spanglish (just on the text messages bc yes, itâs not relevant to the plot, dw), use of text format for plot convenience (and a whole bunch of emojis and colors), the reader is stupidly short (which i know all about), use of clichĂ© valentine and enemies2lovers tropes (BECAUSE THEY ARE FUN AND THEY WORK), academic rivals (we love to see it), bad student reader x good student seungmin (like bad/mean girl x good boy ish), mentions of the unability to deal with complicated feelings, mentions of masking feelings, slight hint of bullying?, mentions of being followed, use of (pet)names because I donât like using ây/nâ: little one, shortie, shortcake, smallable, pretty, (yes iâm just petty like that, sue me), hyunjin as a walking therapist, and the ending is almost a reference to a show i'm obsessed with (not gonna say it so i don't spoil it for you guys hehehe)

{PROLOGUE: THE GROUPCHAT}
At first, you didnât really know him.
To think for a second that there was a time where you didnât know who he was made you sigh. Oh, how you wish you had never, ever encountered him.
âŠKim Seungmin.
Some may say that ârivalsâ or âenemiesâ is a term that could seem too intense regarding a simple statement: that you two didnât get along.
But no. Because those kind of words were exactly how youâd define your relationship.
And it had all started the first day of your last year before graduating. When you made the class groupchat.
> you created âYear 13-A đŒđŒâ
> you added âlucasđ€șâ âateneađâ ânoađ«¶â and 16 more.
> you: guys help, am I missing people?
> you: @ ateneađ told me to create this group for homework n stuff but idk if I have everyoneâs numbers đ”âđ«đ”âđ«
< noađ«¶: tĂa youâre missing two people no?
< larađ: hala, new people?? đ
< noađ«¶: pero- theyâre literally from the other group, girl
< abrilđ»: you even know them lara
< abrilđ»: se te va la pinza JAJSJA
< miguelđ: sĂ, there should be 22 people (creo)
> you: oh right, Lix told me!
> you: yeah iâll add them now, brb đââïž
Well.
Rookie mistake.
> you added âkim seungminâąïžâ, âhyunjinđšâ
> you: omg i even added everyone
< lucasđ€ș: omg omg
< kim seungminâąïž: omg omg so crazyy
You rolled your eyes, smiling slightly as you texted. But that was just because you hadnât talked to him before.
Now was a different story, of course. You wouldnât smile, not for Kim Seungmin.
> you: @ kim seungminâąïž what was crazy is how difficult it was finding someone who had your phone number, lol
< han(gry)đżïžđïž: fr fr omg
< lucasđ€ș: que es omg
< lucasđ€ș: âoh me gustasâ ? omg?
< larađ: youâre such an idiot, asshole
< lucasđ€ș: ohhh you love me so bad đđđ
< isabelđž: she knows better lol
< lucasđ€ș: dude, youâre my sister
< lucasđ€ș: shouldnât you be backing me?
< isabelđž: thereâs a fee for that, dude.
You giggled at the stupid teasing, used to your matesâ shenanigans that never ceased to make you laugh.
But then, he replied.
< kim seungminâąïž: @ you the only difficult thing here is you reaching graduation
âŠ
Your smile faded.
You read that once more. Then again. And another time.
You chuckled dryly.
What was this guy on about?
> you: ah? wdym?
You remember thinking that maybe he was joking. That maybe he was someone who talked to people with a lot of harsh remarks without really meaning them. That maybe he was trying to be funny, or something.
Other texts showed up, but Kim Seungmin ânamed like so in the contact Felix had shared to youâ wasnât replying.
< minhođ: guys wtf itâs 00:12
< lucasđ€ș: oh he uses the other clock
< lucasđ€ș: so its am-pm for us but not for you
< lucasđ€ș: think youâre special? wanna fight?
< noađ«¶: lucas just shut up and go to bed
< han(gry)đżïžđïž: damn right đđđ
< miguelđ: guys, stop texting đ
> you: yeah guys lol
< minhođ: no u started this
< minhođ: u shush
You snickered softly, used to Minhoâs humour, quickly playing along.
> you: ?! unfair âïžđ€
< kim seungminâąïž: no, minhoâs right for once
< kim seungminâąïž: you should shush
< kim seungminâąïž: youâre less annoying when youâre quiet
You frowned at your phone, your face contorted in angry confussion.
Who did this guys think he was?
With a huff, you typed a rapid âgtg guys!â, ignoring Seungminâs texts, and quickly settled your phone back on your pocket, getting off the bus and finally arriving home.
You groaned, the text that that Seungmin idiot had sent still rolling in your head even after you laid in bed. You passed your hands through your hair.
âDifficult to reach graduation?â You mumbled, eyes fixated ln the chatroom the sentence feeling like acid in your mouth.
Kim Seungmin wasnât ready for how difficult his last year was going to be, solely for his stupid text message.

{ACT 1: NOT A LOVEFOOL⊠YET}
To be in the same class group than him was slightly tolerable.
Is what youâd like to say if you were in a good mood. But it wasnât the case.
You were mad. As fuck.
âI just need you to give it a chance,â Miss FernĂĄndez stated once more, and you had to hold back to not roll your eyes at her.
âBut Miss. I know that this subject is difficult and that he could, uh, help me out with the project,â you muttered reluctantly, because on normal circumstances, you wouldnât go as far as to let Kim Seungmin help you with chemistry. Not ever.
You werenât in need of help that desperatly.
And that was a fact, not a matter of ifs, buts, or maybes. That was an absolute. Something that lovely-yet-not-so-much teacher LucĂa FernĂĄndez, spanish accent and all, was not getting.
âListen. We both know that your grade is the best I can offer considering your behaviour in my class, despite of your average knowledge of the subject. And in this case, I am offering to set that aside if you work on these following assignments with your classmate Seungmin.â
Her harsh tone was also an absolute, and that made you clench your jaw. You blamed Lucas for her attitude towards you âafter all, that one accident with a Bunsen Burner had been mostly his faultâ, but you breathed in, trying to offer your most pity-inducing grin.
Judging by her glare, it wasnât working.
âMiss, Iââ
âIâm sorry.â She didnât look like she was. âItâs my last word. And I think that after coming three days to my office on each of your free periods, this is getting a bit tiring.â She sighed, adjusting her glasses by a soft push of her finger.
Nope. She definetely wasnât sorry.
Witholding a groan you left her office, and huffed as the door closed behind you, swiftly heading to meet your group of friends when they got out of their Biology lesson in other building within the school grounds.
It was a chilly evening, maybe not too much from what one could expect for the first week of February, still one that made you hide your face in your scarf and you hands in your jacket pockets.
You settled your headphones where they belonged, humming to the music to hold back the need to rant and rave against your chemistry teacher, when your phone dinged.
< henry liđ«§: everything ok? saw you in luciferâs office rn
< henry liđ«§: did you do smth again? you cheekyyy đ
You gingerly laughed, and started typing out your answer, when, out of nowhere, you bumped against someone, making all of the books that they were carrying fall down of their grasp.
You pursed your lips, then pressed them in a thin line. Staring at theirâ his back, you saw that his backpack was almost empty. Why the fuck would he carry all of his books on his hands then?
The guy had quickly bent down to get his books back, and you followed too, taking your headphones off and quickly trying to prevent the papers from getting wet because of the floor, that was damp from the rain before, when your hands softly brushed against each other, still, you forced yourself to ignore it.
âIâm soâŠâ the word dissapeared in your mouth.
âItâs ok, donât⊠oh.â He blinked, his face showing nothing. For fuckâs sake.
Why did it always have to be him?
He swiftly took all of the things from you, as if your touch could be worse than the wet floor. You frowned, feeling a cold shiver trail up your spine, and you crossed your arms in front of you, struggling to seek some warmth.
âWatch it, little one.â He mocked with a light smirk. âI might accidentally step on you one day.â
You looked at him through your eyelashes. What. An. Idiot. You passed a hand through your hair, chuckling dryly.
âI-,â you sighed, shaking your head sideways. âNah, you know what? I donât have time for this crap.â You smiled at him widely, full of sarcasm.
But just when you were about to leave, you felt a tug at your sleeve, the fabric of your shirt not thick enough to hide the warmth of Seungminâs grasp on your forearm. You frowned, confused at the lack of any uncomfortable feelings because of it. There was none, but rather a need to cover yourself with it and wear it like a jacket.
âDid you fix it?â
You blinked, trying to get your brain to focus on his words.
âHuh?â
He rolled his eyes, but his hand didnât move an inch. âYou said you were going to talk to Miss FernĂĄndez so we wouldnât be partners, which is, well, so mature, congratulations,â he tsked, but then continued. âBut did it work?â
You licked your lips and swallowed, your throat feeling dry. What was going on? You needed to focus.
In a harsh motion, you moved your arm away from his grasp. You forced yourself to ignore how your skin missed it.
âI⊠no. She settled. You- I mean⊠weâŠâ the word felt awkward when it rolled off your tongue.
We? There was no such thing in between Seungmin and you. No we, no us, no nothing. And it was like that for a reason. One that you had almost forgotten with how softly his slender and warm hand had been holding your forearm. Ugh.
As you struggled to say those infamous words, your phone dinged again, and you mumbled a short âoh, wait,â and unlocked it.
< henry liđ«§: leaving me on read, shortcake?
Seungmin stared at your phone, shoving his hands on his pockets when he saw you smile at the bright screen. He bit his lower lip. He hadn't taken all of his stuff out of his backpack just for this.
âSo,â he licked his lips, and it almost shocked you the sudden roughness on his tone and demeanour. âChemistry is easy. We can meet up on Friday in the public library. An hour or two should be enough, even for someone with a fun-sized brain like yours.â He chuckled meanly, the motherfucker.
Ever since that stupid text from him, you had made it your mission to surpass him, or at least reach his level, and to be honest, you were even succeding in some cases, like philosophy, art history, spanish, technical drawing and business studies. But Chemistry?
Chemistry would always kick you in the ass.
Before you were able to come up with a comeback for his stupid snicker, the bell rang, and you felt an arm laying its weight on your shoulders.
âSmallable!â Lucas laughed, then realized that you were talking to a certain someone and ful Ty ly gasped. âOh my god. Are you two finally dating and I interruptedâ AH!â He was interrupted by your elbow hitting his side. Noa and Atenea chuckled behind him.
âNo. Seungmin was just leaving.â You huffed with a frown, but then you smiled, almost excessively, like a small maniac. âRight?â
But before he was able to reply or mock you, Atenea spoke, ruining your chances of kicking him away.
âBut we all have English now,â she said, and if it had been someone else, like Lucas, you wouldâve stepped on his shoe or something. âWeâre going to the same place, we can go together.â
Seungmin felt you stare intensively at him. He smiled at Atenea, finding that he enjoyed having you look at him, reason why he loved annoying the shit out of you.
âSure!â He smiled politely, almost sheepishly, and you bit your lip to hold back the need to scoff at his 'obviously fake' kindness.
Because except for you, the rest of your class âheck, probably the rest of the schoolâ were smitten with Kim Seungmin.
Top of the class, funny, kind, and cutely introverted Kim Seungmin was just a dorky student who tried to get along with everyone.
But that was wrong. And you may not have any proof aside from his mean attitude towards you and only you, but you knew it.
Seungmin had to be more than just a pretty boy with high grades, and it was only with you that he proved you right.
You stayed next to Lucas, hoping that Seungmin would at least stay with your friends and ignore you.
But to your horror, he smiled at you, a pink dust on his cheeks. âIf you donât mind?â
Oh, son of a bitch.
âNo⊠itâs whatever.â You huffed.
Because against his dorky self, to the rest of your class âheck, to the rest of the schoolâ you were the quote on quote âbad student.â
Troublesome, mean, class clown? Check. You laughed at teachers in class with Lucas far more than what could be ignored, the dresscode had always been more of a guide in what to wear, unlike what most students usually followed, and you may have been expelled a bunch of times.
Even if you were somewhat kind to the people in school, and even if they all knew your rivalry with Seungmin, God forbid you were mean to him.
You wouldnât see the end of it.
And he knew it.
Bitch.
So there you were, walking to English class with your friends plus innocent Seungmin âwho no one had called, not even the ghostbustersâ, who was snickering and giggling with Atenea about who-gives-a-shit. Something class-related. You couldnât be bothered to listen.
Lucas chuckled next to you.
âCareful, Spongebob.â He laughed. âSome could say you seem jealous.â
âŠWHAT?!
âOf⊠of Kim Seungmin?â You snorted. âAre you on drugs?â
He ruffled your hair. âSure, sure, keep lying to yourself, shortie.â
Finally, you arrived to class, but before you stepped inside, Seungmin stopped you, whispering in your ear.
âYeah, shortie.â He teased, his lips almost grazing the shell of your ear. âDonât be too jealous. We wouldnât want everyone to know you love me.â
His whisper wouldâve been almost enticing if it werenât for the fact that it was Kim Seungmin the man in question, and he snickered, pushing his glasses back.
But then someone cleared his throat behind you two.
âCare to sit down? I donât have all day.â Mister Holmes grunted, carrying a monster drink and a coffe at the same time.
That mas was slightly terryifing.
You squinted at Seungmin and then walked to your place at the back of the class, hoping that your cheeks felt warm because of how the teacher had startled you and definetely not your classmateâs honey-like voice.
âPssst. Heeey,â Noa smiled teasingly, whispering with a smirk. âPssst. Youâre blushingâŠ!â
âShut up!â You frowned at her, but you were unable to hold back a smile. But it was because of your friend Noa. Not Kim Seungmin.
Mr Holmes cleared his throat, and finished off his monster, throwing it to the bin.
âSo. Iâve been hearing from some students in the hallways that youâre all excited for saint valentinesâ day.â He stated in a strong voice, one that filled the class with little to no effort. âAnd sadly so, I was thinking of putting an exam that WednesdayâŠâ he faked a sigh, and you had to hold back a laugh, contrary to the frowns and groans that appeared in your classmates faces. Pfft, what a character. âUnless⊠you guys want to do something in true valentines fashion.â
Mr Holmes crossed his arms, laying back on his chair, his stare cold and face lacking any kind of emotions.
âSay⊠any ideas, Mr⊠Kim?â
Seungmin sat up straight at his name being mentioned, and you rolled your eyes, holding back a mocking smirk.
âI ugh⊠I wouldnât want to bother my classmates with a lot of work, sir⊠but maybe⊠maybe a writing assingment related to the topic would be⊠enough?â Seungmin stated, his tone soft and shy, and there was even a blush that trailed up from his neck, but he stayed staight and firm as he spoke.
âA valentine-themed task.â Mr Holmes enunciated as he pondered. âItâs a⊠decent idea. Any complaints?â
You felt some of your classmatesâ eyes on you, and you sighed, crossing your arms in front of you, remaining silent. As long as it wasnât an exam, youâd accept whatever.
âWith that settled, Iâll upload the task online this afternoon, but itâll have to be written by hand. Be sure to hand in a picture of your assignment on time, or your final grade will be affected.â The teacher turned on his laptop, and started taking assistance.

Time had passed dreadfully slowly, until the bell rang and Mr Holmes dissmissed all of you so everyone could leave for the day.
âA valentine-themed task.â You huffed in annoyance as you stuffed your locker with books you werenât going to take home.
âI thought it was original.â A voice snickered lowly behind you, and you slapped your locker close, smiling at him.
âWell, Henry. Itâs no surprise your taste sucks.â
You chuckled when he rolled his eyes.
âI was waiting for your reply,â he mentioned with a soft tone.
You closed your locker, and you two started walking together. âOh, sorry, I totally forgot,â you apologized with a smile, but he brushed it off. âYeah, I was with Lucifer earlier. Sheâs making me work with Seungmin for this termâs assignments.â
Henry frowned. âAnd we hate that guy⊠rightâŠâ you chuckled.
âExactly. We donât like him.â
âSo then, donât do it. You were going to meet him to study, right?â You nodded, smirking slightly at him.
âWe agreeded to meet on Friday to start, in the library.â You added, watching his smirk widen. âWhat are you thinking?â
He stopped walking, smiling at you. âThereâs this club that opened recently. Been wanting to go have a look. Apparently, itâs like exclusive and shit. And itâs Friday.â His light-coloured eyes shined as he looked at you. âMeet me there?â
You grinned cheekily.
âSure. Canât wait.â

You hadnât noticed Seungmin on the school bus until this year.
Because he had made himself noticeable, sitting at the back of the bus, a couple seats away from you, but oh, dorky Seungmin was always friend of everyone, sheepishly starting conversation with any kinds of people in the bus, no matter the year they were in.
Before his text, you had even thought he was cute as he gingerly chatted with a group of kids who were probably starting high school.
âIs it too difficult?â A little girl asked.
And it surprised you how he turned to her and smiled, almost tugging at your heart strings, eyes like crescent moons.
âItâs only difficult if you stop trying. And we donât give up, right?â He stated cheerfuly, and all the kids shined at his sheepish and bashful brightness, high-fiving the girl that talked to him.
You forced yourself to shove those memories to the back of your mind. That Seungmin wasnât real. And you didnât like him. The real him. Right?
âOi, Kim Seungmin.â You called, as it was only you two left on the bus.
He was surprised at your call, but only side-eyed at you, lazily raising his brows, signalling that he was listening. You frowned.
See? You thought to yourself. Heâs mean. He isnât sweet, nor cute. Focus.
âWhat kind of lame ass idea was that?â You huffed with a mean smile. âA valentine-themed assignment.â You snorted.
His bus stop was close, so he ignored you as he picked up his coat and backpack, but you kept on talking. âYou know? Hallmark office called, they want their boring clichĂ©s back,â you mocked, laughing.
Backpack on and coat hanging on his arm, he stared at you, and waited for a red light to walk to your seat.
He settled next to you, still staring at you as you chimed mean remarks about his originality and such and such.
âAnything else to mumble? I couldnât hear you from down there.â He snorted meanly, and you were too focused on annoying him that you didnât notice his stare at your lips as he licked his own.
You rolled your eyes. âYouâre such a lame guy. He gave you the chance to choose, and you chose that piece ofâ?!â
His lips tasted as sweet as his voice that day with those little kids.
You felt his hand slowly creep up and cradle your face, his eyes closed as he kissed you, and slowly, your eyes closed too.
It was sweet. So sweet. But what was it? It was a flavour that you knew. Its sweetness was so familiar, but you couldnât seem to figure out what was it.
You kissed him back, and he let out a surprised whine as you sighed, your hands, which had been frozen on his shoulders, waiting for your order to push him away, slowly followed up and remained on his face, your thumbs almost stroking his cheeks.
You wanted needed to know what he tasted like.
But it was when your hands went into his hair that he sighed too, melting under your touch, that your brain clicked.
âŠ
what were you doing?
âŠ
WHAT WERE YOU DOING?!
You pushed him away, and your breath hitched.
He didnât look like fake Seungmin.
In front of you was not the innocent boy who had straight Aâs and was shy enough to not be able to say no to a lot of things, who sheepishly spoke up in class, or who treated everyone with a bashful kindness that was so endearing.
This Seungmin was different. His glasses had a bit of a fog in them, his hair was all messed up, and his lips were plush, pink from your tinted gloss and slightly swollen from your kiss.
This Seungmin was a wreck, all flustered and kissable, and he looked like a mess.
But it felt real.
And for a second, you wanted to kiss him again, yearning to figure what that kiss tasted like, the word for it almost in the tip of your tongue.
He panted, struggling to catch his breath.
âFinally,â he huffed with a smile, but his dark eyes didnât match the mocking in his tone. A small part of your mind thought that they looked prettier than any light eyes you had ever seen. âSo you were able to shut up, after all.â He gulped, still panting.
He moved away from you slowly, as you remained there, frozen, like a piece of art in front of him, cheeks blushed, lips flushed and parted as your eyes stared at him, an emotion much different from this evening.
He found himself enjoying this one even more.
âEh⊠T-this is my bus stop.â He muttered when the bus stopped. Maybe it wasnât, but he didnât care. He felt like he would have the energy to run home if needed. âI-Iâll⊠see you tomorrow.â
You blinked as he stood up and walked away.
WhatâŠ
What had just happened?

{ACT 2: UNDER THE STREETLIGHT}
After avoiding Seungmin like the plague all Thursday, only looking at his back when you zoned off in class, Friday arrived earlier than expected.
You hadnât been able to concentrate at all, the thought of his sweet taste lingering in your mouth, almost letting you feel the ghost of his lips pressed against yours.
âHello? Earth to⊠oh, youâre awake, Jesus.â Abril looked at you with a smile, but she was unable to hide her worried look.
âOf course I am,â you mumbled, shaking your head sideways. âWhatâs going on?â
âYou havenât even touched your delicious and totally-not-overcooked pasta.â Lara mentioned the cafeteria lunch as she poked it whith her fork, full of humour. âIt leads to believe that youâre dealing with something far more interesting that the technical drawing homework, thatâs for sure.â
You bit your lip, hesitating.
âIs it because Henry Li has been ignoring you?â Noa mentioned softly.
You blinked, puzzled. âHuh?â
Heâd been ignoring you? Now that she had mentioned, maybe that couldâve happened. Maybe you wouldâve realized if you hadnât been so focused on Seungmin and whatever-happened-that-cannot-and-should-not-be-remembered-every-five-minutesâŠ
âŠor maybe you should look for an easier name for it.
âUh, no, he invited me to this new place today, actually,â you brushed your hair with your hand mindlessly. âBut Iâm fine. Really. Just tired.â You smiled at the girls, and joined in at their conversation.
After lunch, you separated from Lara and Noa, who had literature, and Abril, who had been hanging out with a guy called Jeongin from her photography club recently, and so you headed to the study room.
It was a quiet place, quieter that what you had initially expected for a high school study room. Matter of fact, you thought it was a pity that the school closed it after class, considering that in that case you wouldnât have to walk to the public library.
You opened the door silently, finding that there were barely any students, only three or four people studying silently. You were heading towards a lonely corner so you could listen to music in a high volume without having to pay attention if it could be heard through your headphones. Or maybe, considering that it hadnât been a lie and that you had slept like four hours maximum, you could probably rest there until the bell rang.
You snickered when you looked to your right, finding someone struggling with the technical drawing homework that had been assigned that morning, the one that Lara and Noa had been talking about.
You gently tapped the guyâs shoulder, but spoke before he even turned.
âYouâre missing this incline here,â you whispered on his ear, your arms coming above his shoulders, placing your hands above his, placing the square and bevel on the right angle. âIt should be seen, but with dotted lines, get it? That way the side-view makes sense.â You added with a soft giggle.
âOh, right. T-thank youâŠâ he mumbled, not facing you.
You brushed it off as weird, but your sleepy self wasnât bothered enough to notice or pry, and instead smiled, ruffled his hair and settled in your cozy little corner, placing your scarf in between your arms and rested your head on it, merely âresting your eyesâ, but only if a teacher happened to come and check on the students.
Seungmin stared at your sleeping figure, eyes almost wide. He felt like his heart was going to explode underneath the layers of flesh. His hands tingled, his usually warm and sweaty palms missing the comfortable coldness of yours, so soothing and relaxing.
Either you had completely gone crazy, or he had fallen asleep trying to complete the stupid assignment. He knew you were good at technical drawing, it was one of the subjects were he wasnât. It wasnât a surprise when several students started asking you for help on their papers and assignments, considering that you were one of the few who was able to receive praise from the teacher, a middle-aged man with no kind of vocation with kids or teaching, by any means.
But it had never happened when he was the one in need of help, had you ever considered the idea of helping him.
He watched you, puzzled, as he had never done before, and maybe it would be the first time of many because Seungmin found himself liking what he was seeing, dare I say mesmerized by the image before him.
By you.
Your sleepy figure was as calm as he had ever seen from you, sleeping with little to no care in the world. Your hair remained stuck in a ponytail, which allowed Seungmin to notice that it left the skin of your neck visible, and despite the voice on his head saying that it was a behaviour quite like a man from the Modern Ages, just being so fixated at that small bit of skin, he couldnât help but feel bashfully amazed.
Suddenly, he noticed you licked your lips, your eyes still closed and your small smile never faltering, but that made something start to flutter in his stomach, as if a whole lot of butterflies had been awaken at the sight of you, tranquil, and sweet, and cute, and he forced himself to stop looking at you abruptly, wondering why he had done that in the first place.
Licking your lips only made Seungmin aware of how dry his were, and action plus the thought of your lips immediately brought back what had happened on Wednesday.
Crazy. Heâd gone completely crazy.
He felt his hand slowly approach his lips and he grazed them with his fingers, almost able to taste your chapstick back on his lips. Because he had been able. All Wednesday night. And a small part of him wanted more of it.
He blushed, scratching his eyes. He hadnât slept shit, his mind betraying him every time he attempted to close his eyes instantly going back to the memory of how you stared at him after your kiss, dark pupils, and red lips, and so ridiculously gorgeous that it made Seungmin wonder why whenever he saw you he resorted to his first line in code: being mean.
He never used that side with anyone. It wasnât as if he hadnât tried, because small, teasing and slightly unhinged Kim Seungmin had tried to be himself in middle school, and⊠well.
Letâs just say that it didnât work like expected.
But everyone loved dorky, funny and sweet Seungmin. Even with the difference with grades, that had definetely not been appreciated in his early years, nowadays people would see that as a part of him, and he recieved praise for it, not only from teachers, but also nice classmates, who sometimes went to seek help from him.
He just needed to pretend for a bit. Smile here and there, and put on a sheepish act of bashfulness that despite it not being natural, it wasnât totally bad. It wasnât like middle school.
But then you came in the picture.
Something about you made Seungmin want to tease you. To see you finally look at him after battling in your head if you even should, and then, sometimes when you were mad enough, youâd glare at him, and he couldnât help but grin. Your cheeks flushed in anger that creeped up your body, how you looked at him through your lashes or how youâd tease him back. The first time you had done that, his brainâs chemistry had changed, he was sure of that.
He didnât care about the mean remarks, and that now seemed almost obvious, considering what had happened almost two days ago in the school bus.
But it got impossible to miss when Seungmin noticed your sleepy self shivering in your slumber. With a mental groan, careful of not making any kind of loud noise in the study room, he slowly got closer to your corner, and tried to close the windows near it. And failed, because the stupid windows were old and rusty, only able to move them a bit.
He bit his lip, arguing in his head. Would that be enough? No, it probably wasnât, right? Yeah, it couldnât be. Considering that you always wore thin clothing, always borrowing your matesâ jacketsâŠ
âŠit couldnât possibly hurt to do a bit more, right?
Seungmin approached you further, and shook a hand close to your face, but you were dead, as still as a fallen tree, despite the sunlight that enetered throught the windows glowing on your face, the Sun in winter, that brought little to no warmth, made you shine in his eyes.
Heâd see you in the public library a couple of hours later. It didnât mean anything. He could probably tease you for sleeping in school later. Yeah. And then heâd ask for his jacket back.
Seungmin was lost in his thoughts as he carefully settled his jacket over your shoulders, and he froze when you sighed deeply, surrounded by a familiar warmth and a cozy scent that you didnât know you had missed or needed until then, but you didnât wake up.
He blinked when he noticed your phone in your hand, the screen suddenly turning on. He giggled at your wallpaper, which had a silly joke on it and a funny doodle of a banana.
But then his eyes trailed down to the notification that had made the phone turn on.
[3 new messages from: henry liđ«§]
> sorry i didnât get to see u yesterday, had to sort smth out!
> guys.its.totally.a.real.address.wdym.lol
> itâs the address for later, shortcake đâ€ïž
âŠhuh?
Seungmin blinked once. Twice. Nah, his glasses had to be deceiving him. Then, another notification popped up.
> canât wait to see you â€ïžâđ„â€ïžâđ„â€ïžâđ„
He winced silently.
Ugh. What a cringy choice of emojis.
Did you really like this guy?
He frowned, going back to his place in the study room.
Ugh.
He didnât care, obviously. Why would he care? That wasnât his business. Never was, never would be. Not like he was interested. Pffft, no. Not at all. Yeah, nah. That kiss had been a one time thing. Totally. 100%. He wasnât thinking about it again. Nope. Nor did he want to kiss you again. Not in a chance.
Just⊠ugh.
It was just that⊠no. Scratch that. No further comments.
He sighed as he went back to his work, feeling a sudden inspiration hit him as he took out a blank paper for the English class valentineâs assignment, but not before he looked at you again, then shook his head, turning the music back on in his headphones. He started writing, drafting, and throwing papers away, getting slightly desperate at his perfectionism.
He sighed. His eyes trailed off towards you.
Slowly, words started to flow in his head. Pretty sentences, things that he had kept hidden in the back of his mind. Maybe it could be good to let it all out. It couldnât hurt. Yeah.
So he stared writing. Vomiting word after word. And he finished earlier than expected, with two papers.
One was perfect for the english assignment. It was boring and dull enough to be handed in for a school work, but good enough for his perfectionism.
And the other⊠was something different.
Something that had only happened because you were there, in front of him.
He stood up, letter on his hand. He leaned against the table you were sleeping in, and settled the jacket further on your shoulders. He sighed, grabbing a pen from his pencil case, folding the letter and signed it.
Maybe it was a bad idea, he thought as he picked up his stuff from the table and adjusted his glasses on the bridge of his nose.
He looked at your figure once more before heading out.
It had been to check if you were still asleep, of course.
Just to check.
Yeah.
[ââ
đ·â
â]
Your phone vibrated in your hand again.
And again.
And again.
With a groan, you silently accepted that there was no way you could fool an inanimate object into believing that you were still asleep.
But when you yawned and looked around and didnât find the posters in your room, but rather a whole bunch of tables and chairs, your eyes widened.
It hadnât been your alarm but a phone call that had awoken you.
âY-yeah?â You mumbled, picking up the call and quickly taking your backpack and scarf and rushing out of the study room, taking a quick scan and making sure you werenât leaving anything behind.
âIâm heading to the club now, shortcake.â A low voice greeted. âAre you getting ready?â
Who
âH-henry?â You frowned slightly.
You heard him snicker through the other side. âYeah?â
Fuck, shit, fuck.
âN-nothing! Nothing, I, uh, I was just doing my make up. Y-you know.â
What? You frowned, even more this time. No, that didnât make any sense. You always blabbered about how you never did your make up for clubbing because the one you owned was cheap and never stayed on anyways.
âSure, yeah.â
It didnât seem like he had noticed.
âYou can head there before me. Iâll go there eventually, yeah?â
You heard him snicker on the other side of the phone call. âOk, baby.â He cleared his throat, stuttering a bit. âY-yeah, I mean, Iâll uh⊠get there in a bit. Donât rush.â
Only then you felt that the wind from outside wasnât freezing your bones like usual. You squinted at the jacket you were wearing.
âHenry, did youâŠ?â But he hung up.
It probably was him. Yeah. Thatâs why he had called you. To make sure youâd wake up.
Besides, there were little to no people whoâd do such a kind gesture towards you, and even if the jacket was pretty much your style and it smelled like heaven, it didnât feel like something any of the girls would keep around.
So, why didnât it made you feel giddy that Henry had given you his jacket?
You kept on running through the hallways and catched the bus that was usually there for students who had extracurricular classes, unlucky people who had to stay in school late in Fridays. You never had, using Fridays to be a bit lazy or to start homework sooner just to hand it in earlier than Seungmin.
Oh.
Friday.
Seungmin.
The library.
You bit your nails, staring through the window.
Would he wait there for long?
What was he going to do once he figured you werenât going to show up?
Were you⊠feeling guilty?
No⊠that⊠that couldnât be, you chuckled dryly. Mean decisions against Kim Seungmin didnât spend too much time on the judgmental side of your brain. You just⊠teased him back. And heâd take it. And double it. And so on.
So why did this feel too mean?
Could it be because of whatever-happened-that-cannot-and-should-not-be-remembered-every-five-minutes?
Could the fact that it had been the best thing that had happened in a long while?
Well, fine.
Not just âthingâ.
A kiss.
And for fuckâs sake, what kiss.
You groaned and grunted, sprinting home as soon as the bus stopped.
Why did it always have to be him?
You entered your room and burst open your closet. The jacket was cool, you thought. And if you were going to see Henry, you could just wear it and hand it back to him in the club.
It was vintage, but its warmth engulfed you as if it had been handmade. Its funky designs and patterns looked cute, and its grey color contrasted well with it. You chose the first dress you saw, a tight black dress with no sleeves that you wouldâve discarded as too short if you had more time, but it wasnât exactly something you couldâve bragged about.
Jacket, dress, high socks, boots, wallet, phone, keys, headphones⊠yeah. You nodded, checking all of the boxes in your mental list, and started hurriedly walking to the address he had sent.
You hoped you werenât going to be too late.
[ââ
đ·â
â]
âPick up, pick up, pick upâŠâ
âThe number you are trying to call is turned off or out of coverage. Please, leave your message after theââ
You hang up, tired of hearing that mechanic voice over and over again.
You looked around you, and there was nothing that looked like a club. You had tried to enter the building that the address lead to, but it hadnât got well.
A strange figure opened a small window and gave you a look, almost disgusted. It took you a second to understand that they were wearing a mask, with dark lace and other colours. But just when you were about to speak, the window slammed close.
You blinked, puzzled. Where the fuck was Henry sending you? What kind of club was this?
You had started to roam around the building, trying to call him âand failing misserably, because the damn guy couldnât pick up the fucking phone for the life of himâ, but now you were starting to run out of ideas.
It was past 12pm, your legs shivered with every slight wind that swooshed your way, and there was no one that was going to pick up the phone. Not Henry, that ridiculous imbecile, not Lucas, who always bragged about having his phone in night mode, so nothing would get to him until morning, and not the girls, because Noa had her phone turned off, Atenea was most likely sleeping, Abril and Lara hadnât picked up either, and your list of close friends who could possibly pick up was⊠that.
And no one was picking up the fucking phone.
You were about to keep on ranting about how disgustingly bad this was turning out to be, but you heard footsteps coming your way. You looked around, but didnât find the source. With a frown, you walked to the building again
Placing your hand on one of the windows, who were dark and almost impossible to see through, you could notice that in the dim light from what could be seen outside, Henry was well entertained with a certain kind of company, so much that he couldnât even pick up your phone.
You closed your eyes and leaned your forehead against the tinted glass. Of course. Yeah. That made total sense. It was Henry, after all. He had always been known to be kind of an asshole anyways. It couldnât possibly come out as a surprise the fact that he actually was.
You shook your head and mentally mocked him and the blond girl he was kissing.
Henry Li could go to Hell.
Guess there was nothing left to do now. You had dumped Seungmin, and Henry had dumped you. It was an ass move over an ass move. Maybe you kinda deserved it.
But then your thoughts ended in a halt, because you swore you could feel a shadow starting to follow you from a distance.
They were behind you, but not too close, and due to their hoodie it was imposible to distinguish their face.
So you started walking. Turning left. Right. Left again. Right. Just kept on walking. Donât look behind you. Theyâd probably just leave. This had to be your imagination, 100%.
But when you took a peak, the silhouette was not only still behind you, slowly walking towards you, but a slight bit closer this time.
You swallowed dry, gulped, even. Your heart tightened in your chest. What kind of joke was this? Your eyes were tearing up. You were tired, and this was mental. Adrenaline rumped through your body, and even if you were already lost, you kept on walking.
You took your phone from your pocket. Think, think, think. Who could you call? Who could pick up at one am? You scrolled down your list of contacts, until for a reason you donât fully get, your eyes stopped at a certain name.
â> seungmeannie
It couldnât possibly hurt to try⊠right?
You sniffed almost silently, and pressed call.
One beep.
Two beeps.
Three beeps.
You started crying a bit louder, unable to hold it back.
âEh, hiâŠ?â
âS-seungmin!â You sobbed, smiling. It was the first time in your life you had been that happy just from being able to hear his voice, raspy and low.
âW-what?â He stopped talking, and you guessed that it was because he hadnât figured out who was calling him so late at night. âDo you know what time it is, you fun-sized dingus?â He groaned sleepily at the phone.
You bit your lip and sniffed.
âWait. Are you⊠crying?â His tone had changed.
âI-iâm sorry about t-this eve-ening.â You sobbed, failing to hold back the tears, hugging the jacket that was still on your shoulders.
âAre you drunk, little one?â You never thought your shoulders could relax as fast as they had when his soft tone of voice called you that stupid nickname.
âN-no, I⊠I went to this stupid club, with-â
âWith Henry, yeah.â The way he said his name, as if he wanted to put that stupid bitch in a box and send him to the end of the world took you by surprise.
âB-but um, heâs not picking up my phone and IâŠâ you gulped. Taking a peek behind you, you shivered. âI think someoneâs following me.â
âWait, what?â Seungmin had never stood up from bed as fast as he had done that night. âWhere are you?â He asked to the phone as he randomly picked a sweater and his glasses, biting his lip as he struggled to put on his shoes.
âI⊠I donât know.â You sobbed. âI started walking away so heâd go, but it didnât work.â You mumbled, sniffing. You felt so stupid.
âEverythingâs going to be fine, yeah?â It was the first time in the whole afternoon that you felt like that statement could be true. Because Seungmin was going to help you. âDonât hang up. Tell me what buildings can you see. Try heading away from small alleys. Iâll find you.â
Seungmin rushed out of his appartment, not before scribbling down what was happening in a post it note and left it on his motherâs bedside table.
âT-there are some restaurants, but theyâre all closed.â You started, dubious as how was this going to work. âThereâs a road to my left.â
âCan you name any of the restaurants, little one?â Seungmin had a hunch, and he huffed, sprinting to the plaza closest to his appartment.
âI just passed by a Mexican, I think.â You sniffed, Seungminâs soothing voice working like a charm and calming you down slowly. âIn front of me, I think this is a Japanese⊠itâs called Ginza.â
Seungmin chuckled, feeling relief flooding his body. âY-yeah, ok! I- god, yes, I know where you are. Keep walking straight ahead. There should be a park, right?â He started running, hiding the fact that heâd have to rush and make the usual fifteen minutes it could take him to arrive where you were and make them five.
He needed to see you and make sure you were safe.
âI⊠shit, yeah! I can see it!â You went back to crying, a smile planted in your features.
âIâm almost there. Youâre doing so well, little one.â
You felt your cheeks getting warmer at that. Walking a bit faster, you looked behind you, finding that the silhouette was still there.
But Seungmin was close. Seungmin said everything would be fine.
âS-seungmin?â You mumbled at the phone, wanting to hear his voice, so soothing and warm.
âUnder the streetlight, silly.â
You heard the beep that sounded when Seungmin ended the call, but he was there, tangible, a couple of meters away from you.
You chuckled, happy to see him for the first time ever, and crying away the pent up stress and worry, you ran off to him, and clung your arms around his neck tightly, unbothered at the need to stand on the tips of your toes to do so.
Seungmin stuttered, still panting from the marathon he had ran to get there, 100% baffled at this. But it was ok. You were there. You were safe.
âT-theyâre still behind me.â You whispered against his chest.
He could feel your nervousness on your tone, how scared you were judging by how strongly your arms closed behind his neck, and hesitated for a second before hugging you back, his arms pulling you closer by your lower back, keeping you grounded and so weirdly safe in his grasp, and it felt so strangely comforting coming from him that your eyes swelled with more tears.
You couldnât see or feel the person behind you anymore, but Seungmin did, somewhat clearly.
The only thing that his mind made up that moment is that for the person to leave, theyâd have to believe you two did know each other.
And Seungminâs heart beated loudly in his chest when your grasp loosened and you stood back on your feet, allowing him to see how your lip trembled, how you were holding back tears and how you looked at him with a million emotions hidden in the colour of your eyes. He had never seen you cry before.
His hands itched to touch you again, a sudden need to comfort you that overwhelmed him.
So he did.
His hands cradled your cheeks, his thumbs brushing away your tears, and he pecked your lips softly, smiling at your baffled face. His arms engulfed you in a comforting hug that smelled so much like the jacket you were wearing.
He looked behind you, and the silhouette was nowhere to be found. As if it had never been there before.
âItâs ok.â Seungmin whispered in your ear. âIâm here now. Youâre safe. Theyâre gone, yeah?â His arms rested on your shoulders as his slender hands stroked your hair. âNo oneâs gonna hurt you now, pretty.â
And you started to cry on his shoulder, because not only then you realized how bad you had needed a hug, and not even the fact that it had been a hug from him that you had secretly yearned for, but because none of your excuses made sense now.
There was no âfakeâ or ârealâ Seungmin.
Whatever he was, fake or not, stood in front of you as he hugged you under the streetlight.
And you sighed as he cooed at you softly, because deep down you had known for a while.
It was time you came to terms with it.

{ACT 3: WINDOWS, LETTERS AND POEMS}
Wednesday. 9:56 am. 14th February.
Most of your classmates were still arriving from their next class as you stared at two papers in your hands slightly from afar, pencil in your lips.
You had discarded most of your creations all Monday and Tuesday when you finally ended with a draft you liked for the stupid english homework. It was nothing out of the ordinary.
But the letter in your other hand, however, was something you had never done before.
âWhatâs that you got there?â
Any kind of bubbly and nervous emption you had vanished at the sound of that low voice.
âFuck off, Li.â You grunted in a husky tone, frowning at him and grabbing back the letter from his hands.
âIs it a love letter for me?â He chuckled, ignoring your behaviour.
âWhy the fuck would I write that, huh?â You laughed, a chuckle full of acid, one that had much more hatred that you had ever said before.
Henry brushed a hand through his hair, and you couldnât help but think he looked stupid. You had liked this guy? Ugh.
âBecause today is valentineâs day, shortcake.â
You squinted and frowned at him.
âSwishing those dyed and damaged locks like a Loreal advert wonât make anyone fall in love with you.â You snorted, and realized the people in the hallway had fallen into silence, listening to your conversation. âOr maybe it worked with that blond girl in the club?â You pretended to ponder out loud, leaning against the locker behind you, facing him with confidence.
âWait, what?â He mumbled.
You snickered, taking him by surprise. âOh, silly. I was never going to date you. I kept hearing that you were an ass and figured that was right, because aside from me, little to no people talked to you. I guess I just felt pityful.â You faked a pout.
He clenched his fists, his shoulders tense.
âYouâre lying.â He grunted.
You chuckled. âYou wish I was. That blond girl didnât steal my man. She stole my problem.â You heard some gasps from the people in the corridor, as they had formed some kind of circle around you two.
But then, Henry snorted, and cleared his throat, talking with a much louder voice. âSo youâre not going to let everyone know about you and Seungmin?â He smirked. âI feel like thatâs a bit unfair. Making it seem like Iâm the bad guy and all.â
You tried hard to make it seem like that hadnât surprised you. You were so surprised by it that you didnât have time to react when he yanked your letter from your hand.
âSuch sweet words, all dedicated to him,â he mocked. âI think these people want to know.â
âGive it back!â You clenched your jaw, your eyes dull with embarassment.
Even if he wasnât as tall as Seungmin, there was still a decent difference between you and him. And with a sly grin, he raised the paper above your head.
You licked your lips, anger filling your body.
âGive. It. Back.â
But then he started reading.
âI looked at him as if he were the Sun, in that I never looked at him except in frustration.â He read out loud, moving the paper from your reach everytime you tried to reach. âI seeked his warmth, I complained when he was gone, but I never looked, not until I noticed he was leaving, and in the beauty of the sunset, I wondered how I had never seen him before.â
You stared at the floor, a blush spreading through your cheeks, coming from your neck.
âAnd thatâs basically what happened.â You mumbled to Abril and Lucas over at a bench in the school grounds, hours after that whole thing had happened.
âWhat?!â You flinched at Abrilâs loud voice. âIâm going to kill him. I am so going to murder that nasty ass bitch.â She threatened to stand up, but Lucas grabbed her forearm.
âAnd what about Seungmin?â He questioned softly, a lot more gentle that what you usually would expect.
You felt heat rush to your cheeks.
âI havenât spoken to him since Fridayâ You stared at him with a weakness you had never felt before. âItâs like he doesnât want to talk to me, IâŠâ you sighed. âI donât know what to think anymore.â You sniffed.
You had to stay in the study room for the afternoon, waiting for Atenea to get out of the club she was in so you could head to the library together like you had promised, but as you studied in silence, someone sat in the chair in front of you, frowning at you.
You took your headphones off and scratched your eyes. âEh⊠Hyunjin?â
âAbril told Lara and she told me,â he mentioned in a huff. âAnd Iâve known Seungmin for many years. Heâs not an impulsive guy. He hasnât treated anyone like how he treats you.â
You blinked, puzzled, but frowned at him. âAre you going to scold me?â
âYou better believe I am!â He scoffed. âWould you like me to politely tell you that youâve behaved like a total idiot around him?â
âWhat are youâ?!â
âYou simply never bothered to talk to Seungmin about any of what Lara told me!â He stated with force, and you didnât think to tell him to shut up, considering that the study room was empty that time.
âDo you really expect me to understand whatever was happening and tell him right away?â You blurted out with anger, a bit shocked at his rough approach. âHad I had the opportunity I would have!
He rolled his eyes, passing a hand over his face in a sign of desperation.
âYou had every opportunity! For months!â He left his hand on the table, and started tapping at it with force, trying to make a point. âAdmit it. Seungmin has been in your head ever since we both changed from the other class and you two started bickering.â Hyunjinâs eyes stared at you with a fierce glare that almost threatened to pierce holes through your skull.
âThatâs bullshit!â You spitted out defensively.
âOh, spare me!â He brushed it off. âThere have been countless clues! Your stupid need to make everything a competition when it comes to him is infuriating. He talks to me about these things, you know?â He swallowed, and you leaned back in surprise, but he kept on going. âHow you look at him when youâre angry, or how you mock and tease him back. Itâs stupid!â He cursed out loud. âAnd these last two weeks have only made it so much worse.â
âWhat do you mean, worse?â You pondered softly, slowly taking in Hyunjinâs dramatic act.
âI mean, you were totally smitten by how he ridiculously kissed you at the back of the bus last week, considering that you kissed him back.â He stated clearly. âAnd he wouldnât shut up about it and how you were ignoring him after, which, great fucking work, by the way, the dude wouldnât shut up about you.â Hyunjin blinked slowly, trying to recall and voice what he was thinking. âAnd then he lends you his jacket when a mystery debutant shows up.â
âAâa what?â
âMotherfucker, eh, that Henry asshole.â Hyunjin rubbed his eyes. âI had to endure him talking shit about him for an hour because he saw him texting you some weird shit with cringe emojis.â The exasperation on his tone rendered you almost speechless. âAnd even then he struggled to admit how fucking jealous he was about that guy. He had your attention. He had your smile. You looked at Henry, not at Seungmin, and ah, for fuckâs sake.â Hyunjin covered his face with his hands. âHe felt so ridiculously powerless that he talked to me about it. Heâs never done that before!â
You were only able to blink, struggling to grasp everything he was saying.
âAnd then, with no word of warning, you called him, at, what, like, one in the morning?â Hyunjin said in a huff, the thought of that bringing back his anger, making him stare at you with a frown again. âHe, jesus, he talked for AGES about how you hugged him, and the fact that you were wearing his jacket, likeâ like youâre doing now, what the fuck.ïżœïżœïżœ He stopped mid-scolding, staring at you with confusion.
âItâs⊠itâs his?â
Hyunjinâs eyes widened slightly as he nodded. âWhat, you didnât know? You helped him with tecnical drawing, he gave you his jacket, bla bla bla. That whole thing?â
You blushed, shaking your head sideways. You had done what?
âNevermind. You can talk to him about that later.â
It was your turn to scoff now. âJudging by the fact that he sent you, I donât think he would like to see me anytime soon.â
Hyunjin chuckled dryly.
âDonât you even dare keep ignoring him. This stupid game has lasted for too long. Besides, he doesnât know Iâm here. He thinks Iâm in dance practice, but whatever. You needed to know, because heâs a mess.â Hyunjin stated, passing a hand through his hair. âHe canât sleep well, he canât concentrate, he canât do anything.â
It looked like the scolding was over, but there was a remaining anger that came back to him as a memory struck.
âAnd, moreover, you callously ignored the letter Seungmin wrote you, even though he told you he loved you!â
You were looking at your notebook on the table, halfly staring at your nails and fidgeting with them, but your head almost snapped when you stared at him.
âWhat letter?â You muttered, your eyes locked on his. He frowned, his eyes slightly widening.
Your heart started beating faster, almost so loud you could hear it in your head.
âHyunjin, what letter?!â
[ââ

â]
Seungmin felt his lungs on fire.
Run, run, run.
His feet were hurting, because his old ass shoes were busted enough that their insides were almost destroyed from everyday use.
But he needed to find you.
Maybe it was because it was Valentineâs day, despite the obvious influence that a certain friend of yours had done.
âWait, youâ you missed school this morning?â Lucas had muttered with a puzzled look, eyes wide.
âI had to go to the dentist to take my braces off. Yeah.â Seungmin stated again. âSo whatever you meant by âbeing an ignoring bitch this morningâ, I know nothing about it.â
And then someone next to them had chimed in. âYouâre talking about Henry and what happened this morning withââ
âYeah. Why?â Seungmin had interrupted, frowning slightly.
âThereâs a video of it.â
Run, run, run.
The look in your eyes when you spoke with Henry. Your smug smile when you caught him by surprise.
Your poem.
His eyes had widened when Henry started reading it in the video.
Was it
Could it
Could it really be for him?
He wanted needed to find out.
He needed to find you.
âWatch where youâre going!â A man grunted at him, and Seungmin quickly apologized, running off.
Run, run, run.
He knew where you lived just because of Friday, when you had asked him if he could head towards your house with you, still a bit scared from what had happened. He accepted in a heartbeat, reassuring you that it was fine with a million smiles.
His hand had never left yours. Your touch, colder than his, had something so adicting to it that he didnât want to let go.
Time seemed to pass slowlier when he recognized your neighbourhood. He was about to ring on your floor, but then, your silhouette got out of the elevators, and you both blinked at each other, staring through the glass door.
You opened it slowly, approaching him.
The look in your eyes was different than what Seungmin was used to.
It wasnât similar to how you had looked at him ever since the school year started, with a shimmer of anger that turned your cheeks pink. Or how you had looked at him that afternoon in the back of the school bus, pupils dark and lips red and slightly swollen from kissing. Or how your eyes glowed in hope and comfort that Friday night.
It was different. He wanted to savour it. He wanted to see every detail of it.
He walked towards you and cradled your face in his hands.
âWait.â He muttered in a whisper, taking off his glasses in a movement that to you felt almost enticing.
âWhat is it?â You whispered back.
He blinked at you as he cleaned his glasses with the hem of his shirt.
âYouâre fucking blurry.â He snickered softly, with a sheepish smile that tinted his cheeks pink.
You giggled.
He settled his glasses back in place, and smiled when your image made sense before him.
âBetter.â He muttered.
âSeungmin, Iââ
But you stopped speaking when his lips crashed against yours.
There it was. He tasted sweet like how hot chocolate tastes in a rainy day. You smiled at your discovery, wanting to taste it for hours.
He wanted to kiss you for days to come, even if there was a million things left for both of you to say.
âIâm sorry.â Kiss. âI wasnât in school this morning.â Kiss. âBut I saw a video of it.â Kiss. âAnd I needed toââ
You giggled, taking his glasses and settling them on the top of his head.
âWe can do the talking later.â You smiled, your cheeks red as your hands grabbed him by the collar of his shirt.
âAre you sure?â He gulped, blushing too as he mumbled.
âYeah.â You smiled even more. âIâd rather do the kissing now.â
You'd never know what happened with his letter. But considering where that had lead you, maybe it wasn't totally bad that the wind had carried it out the window.

The King of Asgard (Loki x fem! Reader Oneshot)
Synopsis: As the wife of Prince Loki of Asgard, you suddenly discover that Odin and Thor are gone. You are made queen and your dear husband is king. But a king needs an heir...
Word Count: 5K
Warnings: SMUT Y'ALL!!! 18+ Breeding Kink and Vanilla P in V sex and dirty talk. Some angst in the beginning but lots of hurt/comfort regarding his discovery about being a Frost Giant. Some married fluff. I use the canon events in Thor 1 but stretch out the timeline because it's my fic and I can do what I want. References to fairy tales because I'm a slut for literary references.
A03//My Ko-Fi//My Etsy Shop//Masterlist//Wattpad
A/N: Since seeing Thor 1 in its completion this has been in my head. I don't usually write for the big man Loki himself too often- but it's a treat to do so! Maybe I will do more of this stuff if I get more ideas! REBLOGS, COMMENTS, DMS, AND ASKS ABOUT MY WORK ARE ALWAYS APPRECIATED! Also, I don't know if Frigga is also Freya the goddess of love and sex in this universe when I wrote this but her character is clearly more FRIGGA than Freya...so yeah...mea culpa
Taglist: @evelyn-kingsley @jennyggggrrr @five-miles-over @fictive-sl0th @ladycamillewrites @villainousshakespeare @holdmytesseract @eleniblue @twhxhck @lokisgoodgirl @lovelysizzlingbluebird @raqnarokr @holymultiplefandomsbatman @michelleleewise @wolfsmom1 @infinitystoner @littlespaceyelf @superficialdomina (since all the way back you asked to be tagged! Ta da! Here it is!!)
You had many regrets in your life. But marrying Prince Loki was not one of them. Â When he asked you, you threw your arms around him and kissed him repeating one word- âYes!â
You never regretted the day you wore a jeweled veil and walked down that aisle. You never regretted vowing before all the gods that you were his and he was yours. You never regretted becoming Princess of Asgard. Not if it meant the love of your life could become your husband.
Some whispered that your choice was unusual. That it was the wrong prince. That you should have married Thor. After all, it seemed obvious he was going to be the heir. But things did not happen in your heart the way they did. Thor was jovial and friendly to you. But before your betrothal, he liked you as a sister. No more, no less. Even if Odin commanded it, Thor would object to the match. If Thor learned to reign in his arrogance someday, you thought, he would make a fine lover to some lucky person!
Other than being the most beautiful man you had ever beheld, Loki was intelligent. Full of elegance as well as guile. Well-read, polite, patient, and charming, but could hold his own in any battle. It seemed you were one of the few people who recognized that. That was one of many reasons why he loved you.
You both attended feasts side by side. He would flirt with you even though you were still about a year into marriage.
âWhy, it is too bad that such loveliness is sitting by herself tonight! May I have the seat next to her?â Loki would croon as he sat in the chair next to you.
You danced every dance together at balls. You especially loved spending free hours exploring the Asgardian library together. Reading works from all Nine Realms. Sometimes until you both fell asleep by the fireplace. Not to mention his finesse in the bedroom.
Loki confessed of his wedding day nerves to you in private. He fearedâŠdispleasing you on your wedding night. But your mutual passion and reverence for each other won over all else. Every time you coupled, you brought each other to Valhalla and back again. You learned about each otherâs bodies like studying maps. Each minute of lovemaking was both exploration and worship of each other.
Lately, the two of you were careful. You had your own special tea to drink before or after it happened. At most, he would spill his seed somewhere that wasnât between your legs. You knew so much was happening. Becoming a parent would put more stress on both of you. Especially considering Odin was about to name his heir.
Though you both did hope someday to have a child. You knew Loki would be a wonderful father and you wanted to be a mother. You wanted a family. You wanted to have a sweet baby (or two) of your own to cuddle and kiss. To hear it laugh when you tickled it. To welcome their first steps with open arms. To watch it grow. To leave your own mark- a person who was both Loki and you.
Now wasnât the right time, both of you knew it. When you would sigh about it, he would hug you.
âWe will wait, my loveâŠtime is our friendâŠâ heâd assure you.
There were worse things in life. And you might as well enjoy what you had now before it was too late. You were lucky to have him. Many couples lived happy, long lives together without children. You were fortunate to have a man who you could confide anything to. And he in turn confided all his worries to you.
The ceremony arrived. And it was not Loki who was named heir as he hoped. It was Thor.
As you stood next to Loki, you felt him stiffen. Thor smiled and held up Mjonir as the kingdom cheered for him. Looking at your husband, you took his hand. You heard him take in a deep sigh through his nose.
âI know you wanted itâŠIâm so sorryâŠâ you whispered to him, rubbing a thumb over his palm.
âââ  ïœĄïŸâ: *.✠.* :âïŸ. âââ
One evening when you walked about the garden. The sun was setting and while there was some light, you wanted to admire the roses Frigga grew. Dressed in your golden dress, you knelt to sniff a few red ones. Admiring her work and the peace of the place. You jumped when a guard ran over to you.
âThe Prince Loki requests your presence immediately in the castle vaults,â he reported.
Picking up your skirts, you hurried there.
âLoki, where are you? Are you hurt?â you asked as you entered.
He was standing on the steps before the Tesseractâs section. He looked up at the sound of your voice. There were tears in his eyes.
âIâŠI just spoke with fatherâŠâ he said.
âWhat did he say this time?â you asked.
He took a step towards you. More tears fell down his cheeks.
âY/NâŠI am so sorry. I shouldnât have married you, shouldnât have made you my prisonerâŠâ he said.
Pain curled up in your chest at the words. Their grip tightened your throat and your eyes watered as well as his.
âPrisoner!?! What are you talking about, Loki? You cannot believe every word Odin says! I will talk to him myself right away! How dare he say such cruel things to you! You do deserve me! You do!â you cried.
You reached over to grab his hands and he jerked them back.
âNo Asgardian maiden deserves to be sold and made wife to a Frost Giant!â He blurted.
You paused.
âFrost Giant?â you repeated.
All your life you heard whispers of the land of the Frost Giants, or Jotenheim. And they were always violent tales of terror. The large, ice creatures were longtime enemies of your kingdom. It was typical for Thor to boast about how much he would slay if given the chance.
âStay hereâŠand watchâŠâ Loki instructed.
He put his hand on the Tesseract. Upon contact, his skin turned blue and his eyes red. A frost giant if you ever saw one.
Your eyes widened and you gasped in response, a hand flew over your mouth. Shock made your body lock in place. But you did not turn your eyes from him.
âOh, Loki!â you cried.
You did not flee. No, you would not. Instead, you ran up and embraced him. He felt cold to the touch. As his hands released the Tesseract you felt him warm up in your arms as his skin turned back to ivory. They curled around your back, and he buried himself in your touch. You felt him shaking. Despite your own surprise, you would not abandon him. Never.
âItâs alrightâŠitâs alright, Iâm right hereâŠthis is a lot, I knowâŠâ you consoled as he cried.
He explained to you that years ago, Odin found an abandoned Frost Giant baby in Jotenheim. He took in the infant to be raised as one of his own. But never telling that young prince the truth about his parentage. Not until an accidental discovery. In a recent battle a Frost Gant touched your husbandâs arm, changing your princeâs skin to blue beneath his grip. And blue skin could not lie.
âDo you know what I am, Y/N? I am a monster! Thatâs who you are married to! A monster!â Loki mourned.
You glanced at the door, then back to him. An idea from a recent library read growing in your head.
âAre you familiar with Midgard Fairy Tales? The ones for children?â you asked.
âNo,â he answered.
âYou donât?â you asked.
âMidgard never interested me beforeâŠâ
Taking him by the hand, you led him back to the library. You found a collection of Midgard Fairy Tales left on your favorite chair. You brought it to him and opened it up, flipping the pages. You then pointed to one story. The first page was illustrated with a ship on the ocean, then a rose, and a grand castle.
âYou should read this one right here. It was written years ago by a lady. It is a Midgard Fairy Story called La Belle et La Bete or Beauty and The BeastâŠâ you explained.
Loki took the book. He then flipped the page to see a picture of the eponymous beast.
âI know enough of fairy tales. Theyâre all the same. Thereâs some giant or creature whoâs always the villain. Kidnapping unwilling maidens and hoarding gold. That is until a prince skewers them. Then thereâs great celebration over the killing,â he dismissed.
You placed a hand on the page before he could close it.
âYouâre right about one thing. There is a beast in this oneâŠâ you continued.
âOh, and heâs there to do those things so babes will grow up learning to hate me,â Loki complained.
âNo! Not in this one heâs not!â you objected.
You turned the page. It showed the Beast smiling with a lady in a rose garden.
âYes, he is a beast. But do you know what he also is? He is the prince in the story! He might look frightening to some, but beneath it, he is kind and generous! He falls in love and marries a woman who sees that in the end! She doesnât focus on what makes him monstrous and different- she accepts who he is!â
You set the book down and cupped his face.
 âBecause she loves him!â
His jaw dropped, speaking nothing. He leaned into your hand.
âA Frost Giant? Yes. I will learn to adjust to the blue skinâŠbut you are my husband. I could not ask for a better one. And I love you. No matter whatâŠâ you said.
He embraced you again and you both cried. Tears of happiness and of sorrow. Blue skin or white. Yellow eyes or blue ones. He was Loki. He was your husband, and you would always stay with him. Besides, itâs what he would have done for you.
âââ  ïœĄïŸâ: *.✠.* :âïŸ. âââ
When you went to bed that night, you expected tomorrow to be a day like any other. But instead, you were shaken out of sleep.
âLoki, what is it? Itâs too earlyâŠâ you murmured, half-awake.
You felt your bedside but did not feel the lump of his body.
Wakefulness creeping on you, you saw the guards and a few servants in your bedchambers. You jumped to sit up. You held onto the blankets, your knuckles popping in your grip.
âWhere is my husband? Is he alright? Whatâs going on?â you questioned.
Their eyes were all wide. One servant stepped forward and spoke with gravity.
âThe prince Thor is banished. And Odin has fallen into his Odinsleep. Loki is now King of Asgard. And you are itâs Queen.â
It was only four sentences. But it felt like something from a dream. You jolted out of bed to stand. You barely opened your mouth to respond when the servant knelt before you. He took your hand and kissed it in reverence.
âYour highness! Queen of Asgard!â he announced.
All bowed before you in your room.
You expected many things when you married the god of mischief. Just not this! It felt like one of those Midgard Fairytales happening to you.
When you dressed and hurried to your husband in the throne room. You forgot your new role and froze your steps. He sat on a throne, legs deliciously apart. He took up space now. The throne was entirely his and he was going to use every inch of it. He was decked in the robe of a ruler, not a prince destined to wait in the wings all his life. He had power in him, and you had to confess the aura of it wasâŠ. doing something for you. Your legs were buckling beneath your dress. There was that infamous, mischievous smile on him. It made you shiver. Already morning and desire swirled inside you. When his head turned to see you, he lit up. He got up from his throne and walked down. Per habit, you curtsied low. Then, placing a finger beneath your chin, he led you to standing. Your sex beneath your legs clenched at the gesture.
He then grabbed you and lifted you up in a hug where your feet didnât touch the ground.
âY/NâŠdarling!â he greeted.
He put you down and placed a kiss on your lips.
âButâŠare you ready to rule? It wonât be easyâŠâ you worried.
âIt will not. But at last, think of everything I could doâŠlead armiesâŠunite kingdomsâŠâ
Even Jotenheim and Asgard if he decreed it so, you noted. You then smiled at him. He was glowing from pride and joy. He took your hand and kissed it.
âIf weâre together through thisâŠwe can handle itâŠâ he said.
They placed you to stand by his side on the throne.
Frigga entered. She bowed to you. Your own knees bucked a little out of habit. Usually you were the one bowing to her! You walked down to her, taking her shoulders.
âQueen motherâŠIâŠIâm speechless! âŠI donât know how I could ever be a queen as well as you!â you confessed to her.
She kissed your cheek and gave you a patient smile.
âDonât worry, I will help you. Day by day, step by step, you will learn how.â
âThank youâŠwhat do I do now?â
âYou will be crowned this afternoon. The kingdom will be watching. Look at them, your people. And show them you careâŠâ she advised.
The hour arrived for them all. Swarms of people broke in like a flood to the throne room. You felt every eye as a golden crown was placed on your head and as his familiar helmet was placed on Loki.
Remembering Friggaâs advice, you looked down on them. You allowed a smile to grow on you. You smiled as you heard your name being chanted along with your husband's name.
They cheered and bowed to you. Flags were waved and confetti fell like snow across the palace. Â Loki got took your hand and lifted it up before them. They began to cry out.
âHail the King Loki! Hail the Queen Y/N!â
âââ  ïœĄïŸâ: *.✠.* :âïŸ. âââ
When the sun began to set, a familiar servant ran up to you.
âThe King sends his regrets that duties require his immediate attention. He asked for the cooks to go ahead and serve you dinner in his absence,â she announced.
âThank you,â you replied. An attempt at a regal tone of voice new to you.
The servant bowed and left. She didnât do that as reverently when you were a mere princess. You ate your dinner alone and then took a rosewater bath right after. You noticed several stray petals floating around in the tub.
Once you finished, you returned to your chambers. It seemed they would stay the same for now. The Kingâs room was for the Odinsleep. Drying yourself you picked a nightgown. Tonight, it was a white one with a silvery tone to it. It had long sleeves that draped down and had beautiful beading around the bodice. The neckline dipped down to the clasp that secured it. Some might consider it immodest, but it was too beautiful for your resistance. It gave you some very sensual cleavage that you loved (and so would your husband). The skirt then dipped down to the floor, making it feel like a robe, but the material was not so thick that it felt too hot.
If you dressed more like a queen, even at night, you would feel more apt to the role.
What a day it had been. Part of your body ached after such excitement. You sat by your vanity on a cushion. Flowers (including the roses you liked) from the gardens in vases bedecked it. By the candlelight you checked your hair. Sighing in, you relaxed on the seat, admiring the glimpse of the kingdom at night from your curtains. Enjoying a moment of peace.
You then heard his voice outside the door.
âI am now going to bed. Do not disturb us unless there is an emergency,â Loki ordered the servants and guards. Already he was speaking more like a king.
The doors creaked as he opened it and walked inside. Though he was in his own green bedrobes, there was a bounce and urgency to his step. Then he approached you as you sat on the cushion before the vanity. Though his blue eyes did wander hungrily to your low neckline. They then returned up to your face in the mirrorâs reflection.
âHow is my pretty queen tonight?â he asked.
âIâm goodâŠâ you answered.
âAre you tired?â he asked with a tone of concern.
He placed a hand on your shoulder, fingers drumming in anticipation. Was there some old prank he was going to pull that he wanted you to see? What was he going to say?
âOnly a littleâŠIâm still taking it inâŠâ you replied.
He embraced you from behind, nuzzling into your neck. You smiled at the contact of feeling his nose against your skin. He smiled as he looked at you in the mirror.
âYou always were a queen to me, my dearâŠ.â He said.
He kissed your cheek and then lowered his lips to your neck. You smiled, enjoying the increasingly amorous gesture. You felt the tickle of his breath. His soft lips made another kiss in between your neck and clavicle. You melted into it.
âMy, Freya has gotten someone enchantedâŠâ you teased.
âItâs not Freya who enchants meâŠâ he husked.
He then turned you around and led you to stand. And laid a desperate kiss on your lips. You wrapped your arms around him. He slid in his tongue. A hand of his crept to hold your back to him. You groaned into it. Already, arousal began its long, sinful climb with its wet signal between your legs. You released lips with a satisfying smack.
âIf you continue this, Iâll ring for that teaâŠâ you said.
âNoâŠâ he voiced.
âHmm?â
He held your hands down.
âYou wonât need that tea tonight. Or for a whileâŠâ he said.
You blinked.
âHow come?â
He gave you a smile, looking in your eyes.
âI must tell youâŠthe council has given me much advice. To secure myself as king, there are a few things I can do. Enact laws. Silence any rebellions or refusals. And, since Iâm already married...â
He paused.
âSire an heir.â
You felt your breath stop in your throat. Your eyes widened. His smile went down to a smirk. A glint in his eye as he went to you. His eyes roaming down your exposed chest. His hands wandered down, staring to hike a little of your skirt.
âSo, youâre sayingâŠâ you stuttered.
âY/N, IâŠI need you tonightâŠtonightâŠIâll give you a child, an heir, someone to carry on my reign, and keep me as kingâŠWould you like that?â he asked.
He leaned closer. Wanting to kiss you, then pausing. You could feel his breath just on your lips, making you dizzy. He placed his hips against yours. You felt a moan shudder out of you. Your answer was an easy one.
âYes, yes I would.â
He swept you up in his arms, strong despite his lean frame. Â Your heart raced so hard you felt it would burst out of you. He laid you on the bed then crawled over you. You felt yourself trembling like it was the first time. He cupped your cheek and leaned over to kiss you.
âMy queen, my darlingâŠâ
You wrapped your arms around him.
âAnd my Prince made King,â you said back.
Intuitively, he ground his hips on yours. A small shudder went through you, coming out as a sigh. You reached a hand to run it through his hair as he kissed you again. Combing through those dark curls you loved so much. Because they were a part of him. His crown that never left him. You gave him another, harder kiss. He then looked down at your robe. He slid a hand over the beading, over your chest.
âA lady beautiful as you could doesnât need such âŠembellishmentsâŠâ he growled.
He removed his hand to lift it in the air. He flicked it and a green light began at the tips of your toes and then worked its way up your legs and through your body. Your evening robes for sleeping vanished and instead was your skin. He wetted his lips at the sight of your nakedness.
âIâve longed to see this, to touch you for hoursâŠâ
He went up to your bare breasts. You gulped as he began to kiss it. Your back arched on impulse, tensing already. As he worked his way to the center, you felt yourself tensing already. Smiling at the pleasure as he used his tongue, swirling your nipple. Chills ran over you. He released his mouth to whisper.
âIâve missed your breasts. The shape. The softness. Feeling youâŠâ
He replaced it with his large hand. He gently squeezed and groped both around. You exhaled out another sound coming out of you. Not a polite one.
âPerfection-perfect for my hands. And perfect to nurse my heirâŠâ
He then lowered himself down, kissing your stomach. Tracing your hips. He then kissed your bellybutton, dipping his tongue into the hole of it. Only a symbol of what was next. A delicious forewarning. Preparation. You grew wetter with the feeling of something soft and wet inside a hole of yours.
âLokiâŠLoki, my dearâŠhusbandâŠâ you whimpered.
He held your hips down, tracing it and feeling them again. How they curved up to where they made your waist. His fingers sprawled possessively over your flesh. Then back down to your hips. Looking down, there was a bulge getting bigger against his green robe.
âAnd theseâŠperfect. Perfect for what I put between them. For my mouth, my fingers, my cock, and my childâŠâ
He pulled his head up, then you put your finger to his lips. Giggling lightly, as did he.
âYou talk so much. But youâve yet to bare yourself too, my love,â you teased.
With a cocky half-smile, all he did was tilt his head. The seidr ran down from the forehead to the toes, and the smooth robe was replaced with his warm skin. He was so beautiful. Every time he took off his clothes, it was everything in you not to stare. He had a broad, ivory chest so large and enveloping. It was like a blanket when you rested your head on them or when he thrust on top of you. You put a hand to explore the crevices, going through the patch of hairs on him. His muscular shoulders, perfect for digging your nails in. His abdominals-both soft and strong. For he was both at the center of his heart as well. Thighs made thick from running, jumping, and everything a warrior did.
He ground against you. His cock, already hard, teased your stomach. He leaned up to kiss your neck in its small soft spot. A hand returning to your breast.
âYou will look wonderful engorged with a babeâŠa childâŠa part of you that will always be there, a trace of us together.â
âLokiâŠmy dear husbandâŠI love youâŠâ you voiced.
He smiled, inching close.
âAnd I love you when youâre screaming beneath meâŠâ
With one long, beautiful hand, he took the outside of your legs. He traced his fingers down from thigh to knee. Ghosting against the upper flesh of your skin. As tenderly as if you were the brightest, most precious jewel kept in his treasury. In seas of coins, rubies, and diamondsâŠit was you, you out of everything else, that mattered to him.
He took his large, beautiful hands and then moved them to the inside of your knees. You bit back a moan, leaning your head into the pillow as you felt it.
Using both his hands, he then spread you apart, wide open. He looked down at you and grinned. He had seen, felt, penetrated, and tasted your pussy like an addict. Always hungry for more. Even if you were poison, he would consider it the sweetest way to die. He placed himself back up. The tip just teasing your entrance. Every nerve inside you screamed. It brushed against you, never plunging in.
âYouâre a banquet all for me, my dearâŠnowâŠare you ready?â he whispered.
âOh, pleaseâŠ. stop tormenting me⊠I want a childâŠand I want youâŠgive meâŠgive me one, LokiâŠâ you begged.
âLet meâŠlet me feel your sweet warmth and take your kingâs shaftâŠâ Loki husked.
He plunged into you slowly. Part of you panted through your nose. You felt him climb inside, inch by agonizing inch. This was a ceremony, sacred as any other rite in a royal bedroom. As if everything had to be right. Yet there was beauty-there was divinity. An ecstasy of reaching something otherworldly in between each otherâs legs. You let out a loud gasp when he placed all of you inside him. You grabbed onto him.
He then retracted his hips, and he began to thrust into you. Grinding you right into the bed. Writhing as you accepted his largeness like it was new. Each gasp from his breath, each pant from each thrust. You could feel one muscular arm of your husbands touched the headboard, keeping him steady against you. You felt your back and ass slide against the silk sheets. He was slow, but eager.
âYesâŠI promised you⊠when we marriedâŠIâd give you-nrgh-Iâd give-give you everything-fuck-everything youâd ever want-godsâŠyes, gods, yes!â he whimpered as he thrusted.
You let out a moan with each thrust, your own breasts bouncing slowly with the movement. He looked down, releasing the hand on the headboard to slap them.
You let out a gasp- âL-Loki-you-you-you beast!â
âI thought you figured that out already, darlingâŠâ he whispered with a chuckle.
You felt his other hand wander to touch your back. You writhed under him. Â He then slid his hand under his hips guide you up. His strength held you steady. He hit a different angle and you let out a cry-it was deeper, and his cock had found itâs way to your bud. Already sensitive and shaking.
âL-Loki! There! Please! There!â Â you begged as he kept thrusting.
âAs my queen commandsâŠâ
You saw the veins in his neck tightening as he kept on. His black curls messed around him- wild and free. A creature claiming his prize for the night. How beautiful he looked. You returned a hand back up and pulled him down. You kissed him with such fervor as he thrust that he stayed for only a second inside you, pausing, catching a breath. What breath there was, anyway.
Then he picked up the pace slightly. You were starting to see stars. That sweet angle where he got your clit. You felt pleasure rise  in you. Yes, it was arriving. You moved your hands down from his shoulders, down his triangular back. Once you found his soft, perfect ass you pushed him in again.
âLoki IâmâŠIâmâŠIâm closeâŠoh norns- IâmâŠIâm going to cum!â you pleaded.
âSoâŠam I-nrg-Call me king, call me king again andâŠandâŠIâll-Iâll drive you there with me âŠâ
He lowered his voice. Guttural and demanding.
âCall- me- your- king.â
He even got his free hand inside, speeding you up as he too sped up. You felt it-the breaking point.
âYes-please-my- my king! My king!â you cried.
He let out a shout and you felt his hot seed spurt inside you. Your own climax then broke upon you. Thw words repeated out of you in a whisper.
âMy kingâŠmyâŠmyâŠâ
It was the climax where it spun inside you. You felt your whole-body lock. Your quim felt as if it was spinning, sputtering with the pleasure. As well as his seed. You groaned as it washed you down and you felt it. Your eyes teared up. His stayed inside, spurting like mad. Free and plentiful after starvation. A broken dam. He stayed inside. Not wasting one drip of him. You accepted it, every bit of it. Not one drop would go to waste. You felt your body buzz. Vibrating on the inside though you were still. Still except for your own breasts heaving with the breath you caught. You felt him catch his breath on top of you too.
He then cupped your cheek. His curls fell before his face. But his smile and blue eyes glowing from them.
âI couldnât have asked for better. A better broodmare. A better wife. A better queen by my sideâŠâ he said.
Playfully, you went up and kissed the tip of his nose. He grinned at it and then embraced you. Arms flinging around each other. His own sweaty, earthy scent mixed with the rosewater bath you had earlier.
His cock still twitched inside you. Then you felt a final hot release of him and there was no more. He pulled out. Once it left you, you felt a cold space in your quim. Like it was an empty niche, something that needed filling. So much was he a part of you. You reached up your hand to brush his curls back. Seeing his face. Seeing him.
He then went down to your stomach, kissing it.
âI think if itâs a boyâŠwe should call him TuckâŠand if itâs a girl...IdonaâŠâ you then told him.
He rolled over to lay his head on the pillow. Then he turned over. You hummed at the sight of him- oh Hela, his beautiful profile was art itself!
âAnd what if we have twins?â he asked.
âIâll figure it out, later!â you replied with a small laugh.
You placed your head on his chest and looked up and he down.
âI hope youâve forgiven me for missing dinnerâŠweâll eat together tomorrow night; Iâll make it up to youâŠâ he said.
âOf course, I forgive you. You had duties of your ownâŠâ you whispered.
He then gave a smile with the familiar, delicious darkness in his eyes.
âIt might take more than once. We will try for an heir no matter how many times it takes. Iâd like to have you on that very table like a meal of my own to devour. And Iâll have you on the library walls. On each rug. On each column. So, rest wellâŠyou have several duties of your own tomorrow.â

Christmas Eve was always such a magical time. It was the time of year that always filled you with warmth, regardless of how cold it was outside. From driving around to see all the houses decorated with lights to spending quality time with family you don't get to see often, you wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.
After hearing your excitement about the holiday season, Seungmin was insistent that it was time to meet your family. You two had started dating in April of this year. You had bumped into each other while grabbing coffee, nearly spilling on one another. Who would have thought that, that encounter would lead to you being with the love of your life.
"Are you positive you want to meet my family? Like it's not just going to be my parents, pretty much everyone is going to be there." "Y/n, sweetie, I want go. I mean, we've been together for more than half of the year. Don't you think it's time to meet your parents? You met mine."
Seungmin had a point. And he knew he did too. You were prideful in being able to call Seungmin yours, and you wanted everyone to know it. You were just a bit anxious because you know how big of a deal it is to bring your significant other for the very first time especially during the holidays.
However, all your worries melted away when you saw how naturally Seungmin slipped into conversations with your relatives and parents. He was mingling with everyone while you took the opportunity to catch up with your cousins. Everyone seemed captivated by him.
At the moment, you were sitting at the dining table with your sister and her fiancé, enjoying a cup of white wine. Seungmin was in the kitchen, with your mother, helping clean up after the feast she made. She tried insisting that she didn't need the assistance, but Seungmin wouldn't take no as an answer. The sight of them chatting and laughing warmed your heart from your position at the table.
"So, little sis, are you happy?"
You had to take your gaze off of your boyfriend to look at your sister. Both her and her fiancé had wide, somewhat suspicious grins on their faces which caused you to raise an eyebrow.
"Of course I am. I'm so happy I was able to fly home to be with everyone. It's been long overdue!" "You know that's not what I'm talking about," she responded.
You tilted your head in silent confusion. What was your sister talking about? Seungmin always adored that habit of yours, always teasing you that he only liked you because you resembled a puppy.
"You know, with Seungmin? Do you think he is the one?" Her fiancé blurted out.
Your eyes went wide, mouth falling a bit open from the shock. Your sister turned around to smack him on the shoulder. "So much for being subtle," she murmured. She looked back at you, smiling apologetically before turning towards you fully.
"Um, well for your information, I do really like him. He is someone that I feel very comfortable with, that I can laugh and cry with. He's my first real relationship in some regards. The guys I dated in the past just don't compare to him. We're able to talk things out, able to be real with each other. He's just so different, but I don't think we're at that stage where we're thinking about that kind of grown up stuff," I laughed, trying to ease my own nerves. "Well, I hate to break it to you, little sis, but you both are adults now, and I don't mean to cause a panic or anything. I was just curious, you know? This is the first guy you've been eager to show off. I figured there had to be something different."
She was right. Seungmin was different, not even comparable to your exes. He was a guy with ambition, but always sought out new opportunities. He never settled for doing the expected. You found his charm and his wit some of your favorite qualities about him. While you two might have disagreements every now and then, Seungmin tried is best not to let it go into an argument. He wanted to talk things out first before it got to that level of escalation. He was mature yet had a playful side that his friends, family, and now you knew very well.
"All I'm saying is that it is nice to see you happy, y/n," your sister's fiancé commented. "And if it means anything, we all approve of him."
You couldn't help but grin at his words before looking at the two of them. "Really? You guys actually like him?" They nodded their heads quickly, almost to the point you were concerned their heads were going to pop off. Both of them began to list the qualities that they liked about Seungmin - mentioning his humor to the way he wanted to help out all your family members, even thought it was his first time meeting them. He just fit into the family so naturally.
You glanced over towards the kitchen where Seungmin was. You couldn't help but blush a bit, hoping that Seungmin wasn't overhearing the conversation that was going on between you and your sister. However, much to your surprise, you saw Seungmin laughing with your mom before she hugged him. The sight alone melted your heart, especially since you and your mom were close. Her approving of him meant the world to you and it looked like he sealed the deal.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It was a tradition in your house that family sticks around in your parents' house so everyone could be in for Christmas morning. Especially now that you and your siblings were of drinking age, it was important more than ever to your parents that you guys stayed the night.
You were under the assumption that your parents would want separate bedrooms for the couples. Honestly, you were excited to have a sleepover with your sister for the first time since you guys were little. But once again, you were surprised by the actions of your mom. She had matching pajamas resting on your childhood bed - one for you and one for Seungmin. They were plaid pants with a long sleeve shirt that had a puppy wearing a Santa hat on it. Seungmin was over the moon to say the least.
Everyone was getting situated into their respective beds for the evening. You were brushing your teeth, doing the last bits of your skincare routine. Seungmin was sitting in bed, back against the headboard, and scrolling through his phone. He probably was catching up with the rest of the guys to see how their holidays have been so far.
"So be honest with me. What do you think of my family? I'm sorry if they are a bit much, but I did get you a fair warning." "Baby, after meeting them, I love you even more," Seungmin said, almost too calmly.
It was having the opposite reaction for you as the words really sunk in. Love me more? Your heart was racing out of your chest, and your body felt warm and fuzzy.
With urgency, you finished your nighttime routine. You had to find out what Seungmin meant by that. There was no way after meeting your family that Seungmin isn't overwhelmed. Your father decided to ask him every question under the sun about his job, his preferences, his intentions with you - he got a deep interrogation. Your mother took a gentler approach but still wanted to get to know him. Your younger cousins wanted to play with Seungmin, almost hanging onto him until he gave him. You were even exhausted.
You leaned against the threshold of the bathroom, looking into your room. You had your arms crossed over your chest as you looked at Seungmin. He was truly someone you didn't want to imagine life without. The reason why you were so hesitant about letting Seungmin deeper into your world was because you didn't want to scare him off. Things were going so well between the two of you. You didn't want to risk ruining what you had going on, whatever it may lead to.
"Why are you looking at me like I grew a second head?" He laughed. "Because I'm afraid you're sick. Are you sure you feel ok?" You laughed. "I mean, come on. I know meeting someone's family can be overwhelming, so there is no need to sugar coat."
It was then that Seungmin let out a sigh. Yet he kept a smile on his face. You were getting mixed signals from him, but that was Kim Seungmin for you. He was a man who never liked letting people know his next move. He shook his head playfully before setting down his phone on the bedside table. Here comes Mr. Serious. He had pushed the covers away from his lap. You thought for a second he was going to meet you halfway.
Turning to face you, he opened his arms towards you. That was your cue to head towards him and not ask questions. Seungmin was always the guy who knew what to do to ease your racing heart. Maybe he could sense the way you were nervous to the point your heart was ready to leap out of your chest. You shuffled over before you found yourself by his side of the bed.
Once you were within arms length, Seungmin did waste time. He wrapped his arms around you and pulled you down onto the bed. That immediately sent you into a fit of laughter which caused him to laugh as well. God, that laugh. It was heavenly. His grip around you was tight, just enough so you knew that you weren't expected to go anywhere else. It was loose enough that you could at least adjust to a comfortable position. With Seungmin's back against the headboard, you were sat in his lap.
"Now, y/n, sweet girl," he hummed. "Do you really think I'd lie to you?" "No, I don't but-" "No buts," he laughed.
With one arm wrapped securely around you, the other took a gentle hold of your chin. He tilted your head up so you had to look in his eyes, so you knew how serious he was being.
"Your family is loud, but they are very friendly. They made so much effort to ensure I felt comfortable. I felt like I was a part of the family already. Why were you so hesitant about me meeting them? Hmm?"
You let out a shaky sigh. Seungmin always had a way of pulling the truth out of you one way or another. He went above and beyond to create an environment that made you feel safe and loved. Which also meant that you could never lie to him.
"Because I thought you were moving too fast. I didn't think we were at that phase where I introduced you to my family because I didn't want you to be scared off by the line of questions you might receive, especially from my parents. I know they mean well, but I didn't ruin what is happening between us if people were eager to know when we might get married or when we might have babies or do all that sort of adult milestones." For a moment, it was silent. You bit your lip and quickly looked away from him. Fuck, did I say too much? Did I place unnecessary anxiety into his mind?
"And where do you think things are going between us, angel?" You looked up at him slowly. He was looking at you like you were the most important thing in the world. Because you were to him. He hated to see you troubled by anxiety, especially when the holidays re meant to be full of joy. If talking it out is what you needed to do right now, he was prepared to listen for however long you needed him.
"I don't know exactly, Minnie," you confessed. You looked him dead in the eye. He froze a bit, almost looked a bit let down.
"I don't know because I like not knowing. We don't know what is going to happen tomorrow morning let alone in a year from now. What I do know is that I really like you Seungmin and I really like where we are at the moment." Seungmin smiled in response to your words. The worry that flashed in his eyes at the beginning of your ramble was completely forgotten about. It was now twinkling with happiness and excitement. It looked like you had given him the greatest gift of all time.
"Oh, sweetie. That's all I needed this whole time. I want to continue to get to know you and get to know the woman whom I want to experience it all with. That includes meeting your family, you know," he chuckled. "And we might not know what the future holds for the two of us, but what I do know is that I love you. And I'm excited about what the next month, next year might hold for us."
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Note: Just a little something for the holidays! Whether you celebrate Christmas or not, I hope your season is filled with joy and light. đ©·

RAST is my current obsession, thank you v much for your service!! i love love LOVE how uncomfortable and how unsettling you've written it out to be, i swear i've reread it everyday since you've posted it, i fall in love w your writing a bit more each time <3 i can only imagine what would happen in miss gem pissed off the two BAD. more than just consistent attempts to run off, just plainly... not accepting them as 'her own' or stuff that'd be most likely to set them off without her knowing, maybe she's just so withdrawn all the time that it's getting on satoru's nerves... suguru's no longer keeping a leash on satoru, who's less than merciful regarding miss gem's acting out, and it makes me akhskajd what's something miss gem does that could really get them mad? i'm genuinely curious about how far the two would go if their patiences were to be tested. (and at any point, would it lead to any gunplay in... intimacy? more punishing than anything?)
god i should've put gunplay in the fic. now that i think about it my smut fics are getting a little bland i gotta kick it up a notch.
anywayyy tyyyy for like the fic!! regarding pushing them...hmm. Let's say Miss Gem does run away one time too many. Suguru thinks you just need another chance to prove yourself. Satoru thinks you need a wake-up call. Just this once, Suguru releases the reigns.
The handcuffs, the lectures, are all nothing compared to the wide grin on Satoru's face as he glides the cold metal across your neck, up to your cheek. He giggles at your pleas and sobs. When you look at Suguru, hoping he'll pull Satoru out of his mania, the man just stands there, leaning against the wall. He's not here to help. He just wants to watch.
Satoru doesn't stop until you apologize until you're barely garbling out words anymore. He doesn't stop until he's sure you've learned your lesson.
When you pass out, he'll toss the prop away, complaining it doesn't feel real without bullets. Suguru will chide him for going too far but even he's impressed by the effectiveness.
You don't run after that.

Hi! I see you've been writing some stuff for Tfp humans and because I'm a Tfp human enjoyer I thought I could request something:)) (I personally cannot write so yeahh)
Fell free to do it and feel free to not do it if you don't feel like it :))
So,
How about an AU where June and Fowler (due to some relic to stuff) get aged back to when they were 16/17. They were probably wildly different than their adult versions and seeing kids interact with 80's teenagers would be fun (I personally hc Fowler & June to be in their late 30s like 39 so if Tfp is in 2011 yeah they would be teens in the 80s)
Also, here are some of my personal hcs for teenage June & Fowler which you can use but if you feel like they would be different feel free to do that too :))
Fowler was kinda the high school jock/a chad as one could call it. Also probably smoked even though he was under age lol. Probably a rock fan who plays the guitar to impress girls lol
As for June,I see her to be a rebel who wanted to be in a biker gang/generally into motorcycles. Probably like Miko but more reserved :)).
Also have my teenage Fowler doodle as an add on cause it's relevant
Sorry that the ask is so long btw I feel strongly about tfp humans đ
Feel free to take anything/nothing into consideration for the main scenario :))
EXCELLENT ART!!! SORRY THIS TOOK TEN BILLION YEARS TO GET TO!!!
ââââââ â â â ââââââââââââ â â â
Relics are not known to mess with age. The few that have such properties do little to harm a mech aside from possibly get rid of a beloved mod or engraving. As such, the team left one of their various collected relics just... laying on Ratchet's workbench. It wasn't particularly dangerous, and Optimus's memories of the archives stated that it had slight rejuvenation properties. That was all. It was essentially a small healing device meant to be applied to minor wounds.
But of course, anything minor to Cybertronians tends to be definitively less so to humans.
June and Fowler were left to keep a vague eye on the relic while the team performed other tasks. They chatted and overall relaxed, but at some point, Fowler noticed the relic was a little too close to the edge of the table for his liking. Sure the thing was almost as big as he was, but in his mind, with the help of June, they could push it back onto the table proper and rest easy knowing there would be no surprise clank to startle them or upset Ratchet. Their attempt to be helpful very quickly ended with a flash of light, every living being in the base hurrying toward two sets of screams, and gasps of horror all around.
June and Fowler were younger, WAY younger. Upon analysis, both were in their late teens biologically. Ratchet and Optimus argued over what to do, and upon seeing the relic, the overall consensus was that the two rejuvenated humans would have to remain at base until Ratchet could figure out a way to reverse the effects. It was not ideal, but a few calls later, things were organized enough. The military would cover for the loss of both Agent Fowler and June for the time being, and the team would get to work.
The team got busy and went about their work and June and Fowler stayed put... mostly. Despite having memories and experiences to match their adult selves, both teens had opinions and feelings regarding things. All three of the kids collectively decided they did not in fact enjoy these younger versions of the adults they knew within... about two minutes.
Fowler was a piece of work. He paraded around like he was in charge, but had the unfortunate habit of shoving Jack around for the kick of it. He didn't mean it maliciously, but the constant shoving did get on nerves. It did not help that Fowler used his spare time to work out now that his back was not murdering him every two steps. A definitive six pack most certainly did not endear him to Jack with his twiggy body. Fowler tried to get along with them by playing the adult, but being young again put a certain spring in his step and before long, he was off to cause problems. Lifting weights and wearing absolutely cringe worthy headbands, Fowler took off gleefully. The children avoided him like the plague, especially when he tried to rope them into his terrible 80s workout video exercise routine.
June was arguably worse in that while she wasn't outright cringy, she did have a few... habits. Her haircut was enough for even Miko to look away in shame. June's choice of clothing prompted three in sync face palms. And to add to it, she was absolutely determined to continue being the adult in the room even upon immediately getting distracted with video games and Fowler himself. Her use of 80s slang and her determination to ignore the rules just enough to be annoying quickly got on the nerves of everyone, especially the kids. Don't touch that? Oh she didn't touch it, she just got really REALLY close to it while making direct eye contact. Don't bother Ratchet? Well guess what, Ratchet gets a few dozen questions anyway.
Both were menaces to society just by existing. The team personally didn't mind all that much. What difference did personality shifts in small squishies mean to them? However even Bumblebee cringed internally as he watched the various scenes with the duo play out. Arcee for her part got several pleas from June to let her try Arcee's alt mode. Fowler may or may not have also tried to get Bulkhead to let him use the forklift to play lob ball, kind of.
Chaotic monsters all around.
Jack could do nothing but pray for the team to work quickly for the sake of his sanity. Miko is enough trouble on her own.

Lucky Charm
⣠For my sweet love @sweetracha - thank you for indulging me in this AU, I hope you like it! âŁ
⣠Summary: Racer! AU - Its the first race of the season, and what's a better way to start it off without a little visit from Jisung's lucky charm? âŁÂ ⣠Word Count: 1.1k ⣠Warnings: Racecar Driver! Jisung, Racer Crew! OT8, Jisung's a bit cocky but in a lovable way, established relationship, hinted smut, fluff, humor, kissing, Seungmin is a menace to Changbin, Jeongin is a menace to Minho, Jisung is a menace to Reader âŁÂ ⣠Female! Reader [No use of Y/N] | You/Your pronouns âŁÂ ⣠Additional Tags: Han is referred to as Jisung, Han, and Mr. Flirt, sort of slice of life style but I love it ⣠Stray Kids Masterlist ⣠General Masterlist
âSeungmin, stop hiding my tools!â
âIâll stop hiding them when you stop calling me a dog!â
You watched as Changbin wrangled the younger into a chokehold - putting no power behind it, of course - and continued spewing on about how heâll continue being a dog if he keeps hiding his stuff.Â
âTheyâre still at it?âÂ
Breaking you from the ever so entertaining view, you turned your head to see Chris walking over to you, black headset donned around his neck in preparation for the race.Â
âMhm - you know, for the pit leader and star of the crew, they really canât get past this fake sibling rivalry.âÂ
âIt keeps them entertained and out of my hair, as long as they donât kill each other then so be it.âÂ
Nodding in agreement, you snuck a peek at the pair once again; Seungmin now, miraculously, out of the hold and taunting Changbin over something entirely new.Â
It was race day, the first race of the season and the starting line for the journey to the silver cup, so it was understandable why they seemed to have more energy than before - honestly, you were surprised they werenât chasing each other around by this point.Â
âWhereâs the rest of the gang?â You mused, noting the lack of a few familiar faces amongst the pit crew that filled the assigned stadium garage.Â
Chris leaned against the table you were sitting on, crossing his arms over his t-shirt clad chest, âWell, Minhoâs doing a pre recorded interview - he brought Jeongin along to âshow him how it's doneâ, Hyunjin is out getting some pictures of the stadium, Felix is getting the final lineup of the race, and Iâm sure you know where Jisung is.â
Ah, right - the man of the hour and the reason why youâre all gathered today - Han Jisung, the person taking up this seasonâs race in the SKZ name. This was far from his first race, or course, but it still held importance; this was his shot at a third consecutive win following his overly successful season last year, taking over for Minho as he took on the responsibility of training Jeongin with Chris, and you were here to hopefully witness his first win of the circuit.
Picking aimlessly at the fabric of your skirt, you regarded the eldest with a soft look, âYou think heâs nervous?â
âYeah.â He unfolded his arms, resting his hands on the edge of the table, âBut you know how he is, nerves are only fuel to him - keeps telling me how he knows what heâs doing and that heâs bringing back another trophy for the garage.â
You stifled a laugh, shaking your head in amusement - cocky as ever.
The sound of the door squeaking open drew your attention, easily recognizing the faces coming through the door.
âYou can ignore me all you want - that interviewer was so into you!â Jeongin beamed, following closely behind a nonplussed Minho.
âChan, get this child away from me, now.â
âSeriously! How could you not see it?! She was a hundred perfect fucking you with her eyes-â
âChan!â
âShit- okay! Innie, you keep testing him and he might actually kill you this time.â Chris launched himself from his position on the table, leaving you to watch as he dragged the youngest driver away from the veteran - but not without attracting the attention of the two lead pit crew members eager for the tea.
In the midst of the action, the door opened once again - Jisung walked through wearing his racing jumpsuit decorated in various sponsorship patches heâd earned throughout the years. He went to jump into the ruckus until he spotted you on the table, laughing at whatever threat Minho famously came up with this time, his heart fluttering and feet leading him straight to your side.
âYou must really love me if youâre willing to deal with these guys,â he hummed nonchalantly, not missing the way you jumped at his sudden presence, head whipping toward him in surprise.
Rolling your eyes, a soft smile quickly replaced your shock, âYou must really love me if youâre willing to let me deal with these guys.â You watched as he saddled himself in front of you, caging you in against the table with a sideways smirk.
âOf course I love you,â pressing a chaste kiss to your lips, a bright smile blossomed on his lips, âyou shouldâve told me you were here already, I wouldâve gotten ready faster!â
âTodayâs an important day, you really think Iâm gonna rush you just to see me?â Your fingers danced their way up the fabric of his jumpsuit, tracing along the various seams and straps before finding home on his shoulders.
âIâm always in a rush to see you, why do you think I always finish in first?â
You scoffed out a laugh, eyes glittering with mirth, âOkay, Mr. Flirt, letâs get our heads in the game here.â
âHan! Weâve gotta start getting ready soon!â
A wave of anxious excitement washed over you at Chrisâ time call, and you could see the spark of determination flash behind Jisungâs eyes - this was it.
âOne last kiss from my lucky charm?â Jisung hummed softly, his hands sliding to cradle the outside of your thighs, fingers fiddling with your skirt.
Nodding curtly, you took his face in your hands, gently turning his head to the right, âBe smart-â you murmured before kissing his cheek and turning his head to the left, âbe safe-â planting another kiss, you turned him one final time to face you, âbe fast-â pecking his lips, you leveled him with a soft stare, âand come back to me.â
âAlways.â He promised, as always, finishing the ritual with a solid kiss to your lips in return, pulling back with a cocky grin, âIâll make sure to come back for my second checkered flag, too.â
Your eyebrows furrowed for a second before your gaze dropped to where he was currently squeezing your thighs and- of course, in addition to wearing a custom shirt with his racing number and name, youâd opted for a black and white checker patterned skirt to tie the look together.
A new rush of heat ran through you as you mushed his face with your hands, embarrassed giggles escaping you all the while, âHan Jisung get away from me!â
You could feel him kiss the palm of your hand with a triumphant laugh, taking your wrist to move your hand, âYou know you love me!â
âYeah, I love you, now go!â
Successfully shooing him away, you watched as he went to huddle with the rest of his team - now noticing the arrival of Felix amongst the group, and Hyunjin with his camera in hand, snapping pictures of the first huddle of the season.
You knew heâd give it his all, he always did, but a little intentionally unintentional enticement never hurt anyone - you were his lucky charm after all, and if that helped him have another reason to bring back the gold then who were you to stop it?

was reading this one fic where vox accidentally goes to heaven after dying saving valentino: https://archiveofourown.org/works/53808826/chapters/136190737 and although it mostly focuses on vox in heaven, it made me wonder
how do you think the other vees would react if one of their own died? (for any sort of combination of that, be it vox dying and val and velvette dealing with the aftermath, val dying and vox and velvette dealing with it, velvette dying and vox and val dealing with it)
don't have to answer all the combinations if you can't, mostly curious about your thoughts regarding val and velvette's reactions and the aftermath of a hypothetical vox death
(don't have to read the fic to answer this ask, just thought I'd leave it there since it inspired the thought process)
Oh boy, I've already talked about what Valentino might do if Vox died. I don't think my ideas are super original. In that scenario, Valentino and Velvette would probably drift apartânot forever, but for a bit. Velvette probably can't handle Valentino's meltdowns as good as Vox, so she'd likely step back to deal with her own stuff without the extra stress of his.
If Velvette died, Vox would try to handle Valentino's emotions because he's good at not getting caught up in his own. If Vel were murdered, Vox would find it easy to pull Valentino into some revenge plan that would keep them both busy. It'd be a total bloodshed, like "Kill Bill" but with two super angry and sadistic demons. If there were no one to blame, though, it'd be way harder because there'd be no revenge to fill that void, not even slightest bit of agency left in Vox's hands. That might drive him crazy depressive and Val would have to take care of him instead. Vox can't deal with stagnancy and helplessness.
If Valentino died, Vox and Velvette would go after whoever was responsible (if there were anyone involved), and then they'd try to act like everything's normal, like "death happens," and just keep on with their businesses. They'd probably be too scared of falling apart to even say Valentino's name, pretending like he might just show up again. But they're both have enough nerve and audacity to one day just say, "You know, I don't think death is the end. We should see if we can talk to God and make a deal." Even if it's a delusional madman talk, they'd have to at least try.
(it's just from top of my mind, unfortunately I didn't read fanfic because i barely have any fee time :c)
