didnt go well (not finished yet tho) . that's what happens when u bake in an unfamiliar kitchen/oven in an old house in the middle of nowhere with 0 machinery (making shortbread(?is that the right word) by hand is hellish) . anyway the pie crust is very ... toasted. a lil bit ugly. but it's OK raspberries will never taste bad .
