so what does it mean if i feel totally normal when i wear my orthotics but without them i have debilitating foot pain and my feet feel weird and tingly when i lay down
#the difference is insane#it's definitely nerve issues from my hip muscles improvising everything right#the thing is everything is SO normal when i wear my orthotics so i prob wont go to the doctor for a while#sounds like a personal problem
