If I see one more skinny actor fancast for Jamie Reynolds (a canon plus-sized character), I'm gonna go bananas.

Listen, I've done it as well because it had slipped my mind that Jamie was canonically plus-sized when I first read ggbb. However, ever since rereading it, I've realised that he is plus-sized and should be cast with a plus-sized actor. I think a lot of people are too focused on fancasting someone who looks like Jude (Connor in the show) that they are forgetting that Jamie is not skinny.

Remember: fancasting is fun, but take into consideration significant attributes when fancasting. To put it bluntly: Jamie Reynolds is not skinny. Hope this helps!

sorry i sound like such a rabid fangirl but this is so soso important to me. like i feel actually crazy about the fact that by the time of asia circuit kai now feels comfortable enough just drop by aichis house to cardfight him. the fact that the protag thinks hes joking about visiting aichis house is killing me bc kais like "😐 i'm too busy to make jokes. clearly i am going to his house for real. you can tag along i guess" in response. he is not playing abt this he is so srs. also the rest of the scene is basically you third wheeling kaichi as kai inspects your deck and tells you to fix it with some cards while he fights aichi

- next up is: nagisa making a bento so spicy it literally knocks out kamui COLD.

I just wanted to pop in and tell you again how much I adored The Hedgehog’s Dilemma and Flightless Birds. Truly they are two of my favorite fics to come out of this fandom. I’m so excited for everything else you’re working on and I just know they’re going to pleasantly destroy me <3

Thank you!! It’s still amazing to me that something I’ve written is favourite fic-worthy, especially when there’s so many talented writers in the fandom. As for the end of semester marking: I'm at paper 50/101 and answering this ask to procrastinate before I start my marking for the day. Because the papers are all answering the same prompt and it's making me feel a bit like I'm stuck in a time loop, here's a snippet from Wrong Answers Only from Ted's first day in the time loop, before he realizes it's a time loop — from his perspective, he's just invited Jamie back and is expecting him at Nelson Road, but from Jamie's, they haven't met up yet.

Out in the hall, he opened his call history, but the glitch that was affecting the rest of his phone had got to that and his messages, too.
