#i’m safe#but#tw sh#tw self harm#tw anxiety#so I guess I’m having a panic attack or smth right now#i guess it’s a form of trigger and maybe flashback#but it’s this feeling#and warning I’m about to get descriptive#it’s this feeling of wanting to scratch at my arms until I’m bleedjng#the urge to tear myself apart#it comes out of nowhere sometkmes and I’m blindsided#i don’t need a savior but sometimes It’s Just Nice to say it. sometimes I have to feel like I could be helped#because lately i feel helpless. and i hate the feeling..
