We made a sweet potato pound cake bc we had leftover sweet potato and it was a mix of orange and purple sweet potato so it turned green bc of a reaction between purple sweet potato and baking powder and baking soda. and it called for shredded coconut but we only had large flakes

Anyways tastes good but I’m calling it Shrek’s Toenail Clippings Cake
