Arrow: Crisis on Infinite Earths Part 4 & Legends of Tomorrow: Crisis on Infinite Earths Part 5

Ok lets see how this ends, how they gets the Earth’s back and how they deal with the new Paragon. 

Look the Monitor’s planet and he had a wife, so this is going to go bad. This is all the Monitor’s fault. That is why you don’t go to see the dawn of time.

What is with that deep voice, Oliver sounds like the Monitor. He might want to lose that voice because he sounds like a demon. Yea, if I was them I would have freaked out if I saw Oliver because he sounds like a demon and kinda looks like one.

Wow, all it takes to unlock someone's potential a boop on the head.

Basically they have to change history. Well that usually turns out bad for Barry but sure let try it, maybe it won’t go wrong.

They lost Lex and Barry is in some weird place in the speed force. Oliver’s voice sounds normal. Great, Barry you lost people in the speed force. It shouldn’t be to hard to find them just use your brain.

OMG DC movies Flash. That was kinda awesome and that is exactly how the DC movie Barry would have acted. The cameo’s keep coming.

Really Lex, you have powers now. Why did anyone let him near that book? Also Jon Cryer is an amazing Lex Luther.

It’s just Up, Up and Away. Also they are really lucky that planet is similar to earth with gravity and oxygen.

I love Lois, “Barry did you go shopping for a new costume while you were suppose to the saving the world.”

Basically this episode is going to be Barry running around the speed force into random moments from Arrow. While Kara and Ryan try to stop Lex from being Lex.

Listen to Ryan because we don’t need this whole Crisis to happen. Great so there will always be a Monitor who will travel to the dawn of time and cause the Crisis. Well there goes that plan, some how I knew it wouldn’t work. What have we always been told on Flash don’t change time because bad things happen when you do and somethings are inevitable.

I like that, if I knew I would tell you but I don’t know. I trust you will know when the time is right. They are going to let Oliver do whatever it is that he needs to do. Also it’s probably good Lex got powers for this moment.

Looks like Oliver might have gotten some powers too. “You have failed this Universe”.

Are they going to Care Bear Stare? Seriously they basically did a stare down and that is all they had to do? Am I the only one who feels like that was anticlimactic.

Was Barry telling Oliver that him dying is a cop-out? That is what I got from its worse for those of us who live because we have to keep going and be the hero’s. I am pretty sure there was no avoiding Oliver dying there. I bet that is not what they were trying to imply but that’s what I got from the moment. Really took away from what should have been a sad moment. Also did Oliver just die again?  

Wait everything is back? I feel like there has to be more in the last episode. Otherwise there wouldn’t be a need for a 5th episode to the crossover.

What did you do Lex? We all know you are not the good guy, Unless him being the hero really got to his head. If Lena and Lex advocate for Supergirl does that mean no more crazy Lena? While I wanted crazy Lena to stop it feels like a cop-out and way too easy. Also what was the point of the beginning on the season if that got erased. I really need the next episode of Supergirl for answers.

Is there 1 Earth? Either this gets fixed or there is just one Earth. You know that wouldn’t be the worst thing. Really what is having infinite Earth’s giving us? The ability to “bring people back from the dead”. It’s really was just a way for us to tie in all the shows and movies in.

Looks like Nash is back to normal. I guess that means that Lyla is back to normal. J’onn really enjoyed giving Nash those memories. Also should we put all the blame on Nash. Yes, he should’ve have let the Antimonitor out but The Monitor shouldn’t have started it all in the first place by going to the dawn of time. How about we be pissed off at both of them. Is anyone upset that J’onn is giving them all the memories.

OMG Beebo. Omg Mick is doing book signings. Really Ray a selfie? Mick is pissed this interrupted his signings. Also I am a going to miss Snart AI. Apparently Beebo is sacred.

I get it that everyone is really upset about Oliver dying. Somehow when they all happened that memory or knowledge was taken away. It is something Team Arrow had been preparing for the fact that Oliver was not suppose to survive the Crisis. Some of them where there when he died the first time. I understand that people thought that he would be alive when everything got fixed. The Monitor was very always said that Oliver was going to die very specific about that. Even with Barry he said The Flash, so it could be a different one. He always said Oliver had to die.

There is still antimatter in the city? Ok, so what are they going to do about it. I had been wondering about Ryan because no one mentioned him. Once they realized that Paragons remembered everything I feel like they should have checked on him. I am sure he is trying to figure what is going on as well. Wow, Ryan and Ray were nerding out hard core.

Hello Black Lighting, I guess you would be on this Earth as well. Also love the Mick and Frost banter. I would be so here to see that more often. Can Frost do a cameo on Legends?

“We will not fail this world,” nice reference to Oliver’s phrase. Barry does have fast hands. Did anyone really think that Barry was going to press the button. He is not that dumb. Doesn’t he have a multiple degrees?

Oh no, angry Kara. Throw it like a girl, not sure how I feel about that phrase. I know they didn't mean in the bad way but I kinda feel like they didn’t have to say it.

Wait did Diggle get his daughter back? The one that turned into JJ when Barry changed time. Wait Superman has more than one son? Did this merge things from multiples Earths? How does Clark remember having only one child but Lois does’t? Is it because of the him being given all the memories? Wouldn't those have merged when J’onn did the memory thing? I have some questions about this moment.

There still is a multiverses out there just all the CW shows now exist on one Earth. Hello Titans (which I have now seen), Green Lantern, Swamp Thing, Brandon Routh Superman, Doom Patrol, and Star Girl and the Justice Society.

Black Lighting you have no idea Is that like a Justice League table? Was that the Hall of Justice?

Stargirl is getting her own show? I guess that is why we had so see her team on Earth-2. CW is about to become the DC superhero network. Also just learned about the green light for Lois and Clark’s show. Which I am going to so watch because I love her as Lois. I like her better as Lois then her character on Grimm.  Also Gleek as in Gleek who hung out with the Wonder Twins? Does that mean the Wonder Twins are going to come in at some point.   

Well I am here for Earth-Prime it will make the crossovers so much easier. Can we have more cameos like they do on Chicago PD, Fire and Med? I would like to see slight cameos from people once in awhile.

I have to say this was the best crossover. I had thought that about last years. Yes, were there some issues with this crossover of course. I could have done without the whole having to find people on the speed force and had more with battling the Antimonitor. The whole Care Bear stare was just dumb. Some of the cameos were just done as fan service and had not point. If none of those people were going to Paragons then it was like why did you even bother with them? At the same time I loved them so I can’t complain too bad. Yes, if they took somethings out it would have been a shorter show. There was quite a bit of filler bit it was enjoyable fillers. It would have been nice to see more characters in the 5th episode. Where was Mia, William, Connor, Ralph, Cisco, Brainy, and others? With all that being said it was really ambious to do and they did a good job with it. It was an enjoyable crossover.

I am curious to see what they do for next years crossover because it will have to be huge. Someone might have to die 3 times. I am curious to see what these changes are going to do for the upcoming seasons. Somethings will not be how we left them. Also can someone tell me where Felicity went at the end of Arrow with the Monitor? Oliver died twice so where did she go to see him?

Asylum Of The Daleks - Doctor Who blog (Steven Moffat Fucks Up The Daleks)

(SPOILER WARNING: The following is an in-depth critical analysis. If you haven’t seen this episode yet, you may want to before reading this review)

Series 7. Where Steven Moffat seemingly dispensed with the whole idea of a series arc and announced that each episode will be its own standalone mini-blockbuster. So lets start with Asylum Of The Dalek. Was it any good? Well funnily enough... No it wasn’t. Not even half good. It was fucking awful. Anyone with a brain could see how bloody terrible this was, or at least that’s what I assumed in my naivety. 

Yes, critical and fan reception at the time was overwhelmingly positive for Asylum Of The Daleks. Some even going so far as to call it one of the best Dalek stories ever written. But for the life of me I can’t see how they could possibly think that. Not only is Asylum of The Daleks another example of just how bad a writer Steven Moffat is and always has been, it’s quite possibly one of the worst stories Doctor Who has ever produced. And I’m not just saying that for effect. This story fails at a most basic level and quite frankly I’m astounded that anyone could possibly look at this and go ‘yeah, this is good. One of Moffat’s best in fact. Eggs anyone?’ Obviously this was back in 2012 where people were still willingly drinking Moffat’s Kool-Aid and deluding themselves into thinking he was actually clever (as opposed to, you know, a pretentious moron).

There’s so much wrong with this episode, it’s hard to know where to start. Well from the beginning I suppose. Yes, let’s start there.

The episode starts on Skaro... and immediately I’ve got questions. Didn’t they say Skaro was destroyed in the Time War? How did the Daleks resurrect it? How come the Doctor isn’t surprised that Skaro still exists? And why in God’s name would the Daleks build a giant statue of themselves?

The Doctor, Amy and Rory get captured by humans who have been Dalek-ified (I imagine Moffat thinks this is incredibly scary, but in reality it’s just really silly with the eye-stalks poking out of their foreheads and everything) and are taken to the... smirk... Parliament of the Daleks and speak to the... the... LOL! PRIME MINISTER of the Daleks!

OMG! Forgive me. I’ve always had some difficulty taking the Daleks seriously as villains, but this just takes the cake. PRIME MINISTER of the Daleks?! What, do the Daleks trundle along into voting booths and polling stations every five years? Are there Tory Daleks and Lib Dem Daleks? Are there some Daleks campaigning for cuts to immigration and others campaigning for bigger plungers? Do the Daleks have their own versions of satirical panel shows like Mock The Week and Have I Got News For You? Do the Daleks have a Monster Raving Looney Party? Please tell me the Daleks have a Monster Raving Looney Party!

And speaking of monster raving loonies, it turns out the Daleks have an asylum full of insane Daleks. Oh boy, what’s the best way to unpack this nonsense? Well let’s start with the obvious. Why would the Daleks have an insane asylum? Why not just kill the insane Daleks? That’s usually their MO, isn’t it? Anything less than pure gets exterminated, right? Well according to the Prime Minister of the Daleks (snigger), it is offensive to them to extinguish such divine hatred. Oh! Really?! Perhaps you should tell that to the Daleks who have killed members of their own species in the past for being fractionally impure. I don’t think they got the memo darling. 

And it just gets stupider and stupider the more it goes along. They want to cleanse the Asylum because a spaceship crash-landed on it and now they’re worried the insane Daleks are going to escape. Well why didn’t you just kill them in the first sodding place? And didn’t you just say a few seconds ago it was offensive to extinguish such divine hatred? Make your minds up guys! But then it turns out they can’t actually destroy the Asylum because it’s covered by an impenetrable forcefield. But hold on, it can’t be that impenetrable. A pissing spaceship just crash-landed on it. So they send the Doctor (yes the Daleks have asked their greatest enemy for help. No I don’t get it either. Just go along with it) inside the Asylum to turn the forcefield off. That’s the impenetrable forcefield that can only be turned off from the inside of the fully automated Asylum that doesn’t require a Dalek to operate it. In other words, the insane Daleks have complete unrestricted access to their own forcefield and teleporter that no one from the outside can possibly get into (unless they’re in a crashing spaceship for some reason). That’s basically like giving the prisoners the keys to their own cells.

Moffat fans, are you sure this is one of the best Dalek stories ever. Because from what I can see, this episode is a complete and utter shambles, and we’re only 5 or 10 minutes in.

Let’s quickly talk about the insane Daleks. You know, the ones the Daleks are afraid of? Must be some dangerous, homicidal nutters in that Asylum, mustn’t there? So what do they do that makes them so frightening? Well they’re incredibly slow, have really bad aim and screech the word ‘Eggs’ a lot.

Um... how is that scary? Why would the Daleks be frightened of them?... WATCH OUT! THAT DALEK IS COMPLETELY INEFFECTUAL! ARRRRRRRGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!

Now here’s something that will get hardcore Whovians excited. Apparently there are some classic series Daleks that will be playing a big part in this episode. Awesome! Let’s see if we can find them, shall we?

Right then, well... there was that Jon Pertwee era Dalek spinning around in the background in that one scene, and um.... oh I did see that Special Weapons Dalek briefly for a couple of seconds... um... No. Actually that’s about it. So when Moffat said that classic series Daleks would be playing a part in the episode, he just meant one or two of them would make cameo appearances. Well that’s underwhelming at best and blatant false advertising at worst. What’s even weirder is that at one point the Doctor meets Dalek survivors from previous encounters he had with them like on Spirodon and Kembel and so on, but the Daleks we see are post 2005 Daleks rather than classic series Daleks from their respective eras. Whoops.

But that’s not the only thing Moffat fucks up. There’s also Amy and Rory’s marriage. Remember when we last saw them in The Doctor, The Widow, And The Wardrobe? They were sitting down for Christmas dinner, looking very happy. Now all of a sudden, they’re getting a divorce.

Now I’m sure this bizarre tonal shift wasn’t quite as noticeable at the time because there were months between the Christmas special and this episode, but if you’ve been watching each episode one after the other like I’ve been doing, it’s incredibly jarring. What the fuck happened? It just feels so utterly random.

So why did Amy and Rory split up? Because Amy is sterile now apparently. Yes, she’s utterly barren now and so she pushed Rory away for his own good. Okay. There’s a LOT wrong with this. The casual sexism for one thing, with Moffat once again implying that the only strength or worth a woman has is in her uterus. Rory’s total lack of agency is another issue. Amy just kicks Rory out of the house without telling him what the problem is or giving him a chance to decide for himself. Oh and I could do without the spousal abuse being disguised as girl power thing. Amy slapping Rory isn’t cute and sexy. It’s assault and battery. In fact it actually gets more uncomfortable than that as you realise that not only does Moffat seem to be medically incapable of writing a healthy relationship, he honestly believes this is a healthy relationship. Let me put it this way. I can understand Amy and Rory wanting to take some time apart to reevaluate things, but do you know how long it usually takes to finalise a divorce here in the UK? Four months. Are you seriously telling me that Amy and Rory never talked about this FOR FOUR MONTHS?! Do they even want to be together?! And just when you think this couldn’t get any more insulting, it turns out all their marital troubles are solved in the end thanks to a two minute conversation. So it was all basically just a gigantic waste of time. This is a real emotional tragedy a lot of couples go through and Moffat has just pulled it out of his arse in order to add to some artificial tension to his shit story. And people wonder why I hate him so much.

Dear God, this is fucking terrible. Can this episode possibly get any worse?

Well, well, well. My arch-nemesis. At last we finally meet.

Oswin is without a doubt the worst character Moffat has ever written. In fact she’s not even a character. That would be too generous. She’s a Mary Sue with no interesting personality traits and whose dialogue can easily be interchanged with River’s or Amy’s or every other female character Moffat has ever written. She’s a ‘strong female character’ in inverted commas only. There’s no effort to actually develop her character or to make her come across as a relatable or believable human being. She’s just yet another Moffat siren. Plus she just irradiates smug. I can’t tell if it’s the writing or Jenna Coleman’s performance, but she just gets under my skin. There’s just something about her I find profoundly irritating. Maybe it’s the fact that all her dialogue consists of nothing but unfunny wisecracks, patronising nicknames  and sexual innuendos. Maybe it’s the fact that despite being in mortal peril, she never reacts in a believable way, instead acting like a total smartarse. Maybe it’s the fact that her deus ex machina powers effectively reduce the Doctor to a secondary character in his own show. Do you know that feeling you get when someone scrapes their nails across a chalkboard? Well Oswin is the physical manifestation of that. She’s just incredibly obnoxious. So you can imagine my joy when she got killed off at the end. That was a happy relief. I mean can you imagine what it would have been like if they made her a companion? Now that would have been unbearable. Good thing that’s never going to happen, right?... Ri... Right?

So at the end it’s revealed that Oswin has been a Dalek all along, which would have been a tragic twist if I actually gave a shit about her and if it weren’t so utterly stupid. What’s the point of that nano-cloud? Why would the Daleks need a nano-cloud to convert humans? How are humans supposed to get into the Asylum if it’s covered by an IMPENETRABLE forcefield? How come the Daleks are converting humans in the first place? That’s the Cybermen’s schtick. Again, has Steven Moffat ever actually watched Doctor Who before? And oi, since when have the Daleks been telepathic? That’s the first I’ve heard about it. You’re just making this shit up as you go along, aren’t you Moffat?

And then comes the awful resolution. The cherry on top of the dung heap. Oswin somehow manages to hack into all of the Daleks and make them forget about the Doctor. Putting aside some of the more obvious problems like Moffat stripping everything interesting out of the Doctor and the Daleks’ antagonistic relationship for his stupid twist ending and how the fuck was Oswin, a lone Dalek in a mental asylum, able to make every single Dalek in the universe forget about him, what’s truly horrific about this is the return of the dreaded ‘Doctor who?’ It was bad enough when a chorus of Daleks was squawking it ad nauseam, but when the Doctor started chanting it too in the final scene, it became too much to bear. PLEASE GOD, SOMEONE, MAKE IT STOP!

Asylum Of The Daleks is an absolute train wreck from start to finish. It’s absolutely littered with plot holes and continuity errors, the characterisation is beyond atrocious, the villains are stupid and ineffectual, and the so called emotional core of the story is pointless, misogynistic and nonsensical. And apparently it’s one of the best Dalek stories ever written? I don’t know which version of the story you lot have been watching, but I would love to see it. I’m afraid the version I’ve just watched was complete and utter shite.

GoT Afterthoughts 7x04 The Spoils Of War (Jonsa Edition) SPOILERS

Ugh ...so much drama with the leaking of this episode. It was extremely hard to keep myself unspoiled, but I managed (mostly). I know a lot of you have been waiting for this recap, so let's get down to business .....

Wow. This episode felt so rushed! For the life of me, I will never understand D&D's logic for cutting this season and the next short, for all the content they need to cram into them.

So, with that being said, we start this weeks episode off in High Garden (or is it Highgarden?). The Lannister and Tarly soldiers have cleaned out High Garden's riches and food supply and have a caravan headed back to Kings Landing. Jamie gives Bronn his big bag of gold because "a Lannister always pays his debts" but Bronn still wants his castle. lol After poking fun at Jamie's sour mood despite their victory, Bronn goes with Lord Tarly and Dickon to assist in getting the rest of the harvest. Winter is here, and food is needed.

Side note: I love Bronn. Jamie and Tyrion should totally adopt him when this is all over.

Back in Kings Landing, Cersei is again meeting with the Iron Bank dude, who's happy to continue supporting her ventures, as long as they get their money. She assures him his gold is on the way.

We head to Winterfell (yay!) where LF is busy being fucking creepy, as usual. He gives Bran the dagger that the cutthroat tried to use to assassinate him in the first season. He proceeds to blow smoke up Bran's ass about how he will always protect Cat's children and blah blah blah, sweet Jesus Petyr, we are tired of hearing the same lame shit come out of your mouth! (at least, I am). He tells Bran it's the dagger that essentially started the war of the 5 Kings and that in a way, it made him what he is today.

Some very interesting things I gleaned from this scene:

When Bran asks him if he knows who it belonged to -I believe this was a rhetorical question. I think Bran knows exactly who it belonged to.  

LF is shook when he says the word chaos and Bran claps back with "chaos is a ladder." Mmhmm.  

That is the weapon LF will die by. Without a doubt. (and it's sweet poetic justice).

"I'm not Lord Stark" -another reminder that Sansa is the heir to Winterfell, as Bran will probably slip further into his 3ER role until that's all he is and Bran no longer exists.  

Meera interrupts. She wants to go home and see her family before the Others come. Meera is hurt by how cold and distant Bran is after all she sacrificed for him, and Bran confirms what I said last week -he's NOT Bran anymore. The more he hones his powers, the more the parts of him that are Bran will disappear -which is why he's so void of emotions. It's not trauma (although he's been through and seen some pretty traumatic shit), it's just the part of him that was Bran is literally dying as the 3ER takes over.

And Arya is home!!!!! Omg omg omg!!!

What is it with poor Arya and gate guards keeping her out? Okay, just seeing Arya's face as she glances around Winterfell and looks at the banner -it made me so emotional, my husband laughed at me. He's a dick, what can I say?

The guards let Sansa know about the girl at the gate, and how she's gone now, and once Sansa hears who the girl asked for, she knows it's really Arya and exactly where to find her. She heads to the crypts and there's Arya in front of Ned's statue.

This was a beautiful reunion! I know it wasn't nearly as emotional as Sansa and Jon's -and frankly, I don't think any of them are going to be, and I believe that's intentional, but for the Stark sisters -it suited them, and who they are, and who they've become. There's no hate or animosity here ...they even tease each other a bit, and it's just so lovely and ashgdhjxugyfkcufyskfjcjcaa I AM SO EMOTIONAL!!!!! And we got not just one hug, but two!!! TWO!!!! I said before that D&D had better make this reunion worth while, and for me, they delivered. I love how Arya said that their stories aren't over yet.

A few things that stood out to me in this scene:

Arya telling Sansa that being Lady Stark suited her. I'm not sure this is foreshadowing or just Arya giving her sister some kudos. Either way, it warmed my heart.  

Sansa bringing up Jon, and not only how excited he was about her reunion, but how thrilled he'll be to see Arya too -this served two purposes: Sansa again, bringing up Jon at a time she feels vulnerable/safe, and at the same time validating Arya and how important she is to Jon.  

Arya mentions her kill list, and Sansa thinks she's joking.  

Sansa tells Arya that Bran is home too, and we head out into the Godswood. No matter how unemotional Bran is, it's beautiful to see my Starklings all together in one place again! ❤️ My heart literally grew three times its size!

After a brief hug, Bran tells Arya that he saw her at the crossroads and that he thought she'd go to Kings Landing. Sansa offers that Bran has visions now, and Bran says that Cersei is on her list of names. The look on Sansa's face puzzled me for a minute -because she looks a bit worried, but then she kind of smirks a bit when she asks Arya who else is on her list. Now, I think that the writers want us to think that Sansa suspects she *might* be on that list, but I'm telling you now that's utter bullshit. Lady Stark has taken over her new role in every aspect and that includes mothering her two younger siblings. I believe her look comes more from a parental place of worrying, and I bet the next few episodes will prove me right -ahem, did I not call the whole Bran is no longer Bran thing last week? Thank you.

As Bran pulls out the dagger and gives it to Arya, this only further confirms my feelings. Immediately, Sansa is suspicious. Why? Because she knows LF better than anyone, and she knows he doesn't do anything that won't benefit himself. I suspect she is both worried for her siblings, and thinks LF is trying to sway Bran into taking the Lordship so that he can ask for Sansa's hand in marriage while Jon's away. It's the only thing that makes sense to me in regards to LF visiting Bran earlier in the episode. I also think this is all more fodder for fake ass Starkbowl too -to confuse the viewers.

Some things that stood out in this scene:

Bran gives the dagger to Arya. Arya is going to be the one who kills LF -Bran knows, he's seen it, and that's why he gives the dagger to her.  

My heart -when he says it's wasted on a cripple and Sansa looks down sadly.  

Okay, our Starklings are headed back within Winterfell, and OMG my heart is exploding! And Brienne's heart, too! Podrick tells her she kept her vow to Catelyn and she should be proud, and you can tell that she's not used to being complimented. As usual, LF is creeping in the shadows like the human embodiment of a bloodsucking tick.

Another side note: Podrick is also a precious dewdrop! Put him in the same category with Davos.

Now we're at Dragonstone ..dun dun dunnn. Sigh, well come on, let's get it over with. We start this scene with Missandei insinuating that GW kissed the kitty and Jon interrupts them from below to bring Dany into a cave. Well, how clever. *eyeroll* I mean, you seriously have to laugh at that.

Jon wants to show Dany the dragon glass before they begin mining it, and it is quite lovely. Jon tells her he wants to show her something else, and the two of them head farther into the cave alone. Cramped quarters, and Dany seems winded from the walk up, because she's literally panting. Wtf??

Maybe the airs really thin?

Jon explains that the hieroglyphics on the walls are from the Children of the forest, and Dany seems awed to be standing in the same place. She passes the torch by some stick figures resembling the Children and the first men, and Jon narrates how they fought together against the common enemy, as her torch falls on the drawings of the WW's.

Ummm ........ no?

I mean, I'm pretty sure the Children made them to kill the first men originally, right? But Jon doesn't know that, and he needs Dany on his side, so go ahead and improvise Jonny baby. 😉

Now, I'm assuming that this scene was meant to be romantic because of the sudden romantic music playing in the background and the open stares between them in the soft torchlight. Kit's doing that soft half puppy/half fuck me stare, as Dany sashays slowly towards him.

Annnnnnd there goes Jon's erection. If he had one ... hahahahah! He tells her again that he can't, and then Dany drops the BIGGEST hypocrite bomb EVER - "aren't his people more important than his pride?" Really? No seriously, REALLY? Who's prideful here? Someone get that girl a mirror because she has some serious soul searching to do!

But here's the thing -I went into this scene expecting to be beat over the head with romance tropes and vibes (according to what I've seen you all post over the last few days) and I truly didn't see/feel it. It's not that I didn't want to ... I was really actually trying to, but I felt more like they were once again trying to show us a juxtaposition on who these two people really are.

They emerge from the cave and Tyrion and Varys have good and bad news -they've got Casterly Rock ...but not really. Naturally, Dany is pissed. She demands that Jon and Davos remain while she has her tantrum. She implies that Tyrion is working against her, then gazing ominously out to sea at her Dragons says she's going to fly them to the Red Keep. When Tyrion advises her against it, she asks Jon's opinion. He doesn't want to be involved but she insists.

Jon gives her really good advice, actually. He tells her to BE DIFFERENT. He tells her to be what her people think she is, and not just more of the same shit they're used to. He tells her not to use her Dragons.

Now we're back to Winterfell and Brienne is training Podrick again. Where's Brienne's cheerleader, Tormund? I half expected him to pop out from behind a wagon with heart eyes. lol  Arya wants to train with Brienne -she obviously admires her, and I ship them -my new brotp. 😍

They quick shoot up to Sansa and LF on the battlements and the grain is brought up again. Food is a big theme in this episode, as it's mentioned in the beginning with Jamie, Dany also mentions feeding her army during her tantrum, and now Sansa, too.

She stops in mid sentence to watch what's unfolding below with Arya and Brienne. She gets a worried look and side eyes LF when Arya mentions Brienne swore to serve both of Cat's daughters (again, more writers bait to instill fake mistrust between the sisters -it's more likely that Sansa mistrusts LF and what's currently motivating him).

This fight scene is AMAZING! Two strong, beautiful women -individually talented in their own ways ...this is the shit I live for!!! Arya looks and moves strikingly like Jon (before he took on Ned's persona) -(wo)man bun and all!

Again, Sansa with her odd looks, and her side-eyeing of LF ...they are laying it on thick.

Also, Gendry better watch out -Podrick's got some serious heart eyes for Arya.

We head back to Dragonstone, and Davos and Jon are strolling the grounds (aren't you supposed to be mining, mofo???). Again, I'm going to break away from everyone on the romance vibes here -I think that Davos is being facetious. When he asks Jon what he thinks of Dany, he never tells us what he feels, and when Jon says "she has a good heart", Davis replies with "yeah, I've noticed you've been staring at her good heart", implying that Jon's been looking at her tits. Where's the romance in that? That's not love -that's physical attraction. Let's not mix the two just yet.

Jon immediately rebuffs Davos with -"There's no time for that" the convo switches gears to the NK and how many men they've got up north. And then Davos jumps back to "good hearts" deliberately and LOUDLY, as they approach Missandei. This seems odd to me ... I've already speculated that Jon may go undercover lover on Dany as he did to Ygritte, and many have disagreed with me -but I kind of feel like that might be what they are setting up here ...

Missandei greets them "Ser Davos, Lord Snow" -and immediately Davos puts the brakes on that shit, "it's King Snow, or is it King Jon?" (I love Davos).  We go over the concept of bastard, which leads to how Missandei got to be an advisor to Dany. And here again, I feel is another play on words to show how distrustful of Dany both Jon and Davos are (yet managed to fool everyone into thinking it's ringing romance bells and trying to convince Jon how precious the D is) -Davos reminds her that she's still "serving" Dany (reminiscent of what the Masters in Meereen said to GW) as to which Missandei replies that she does it freely. Jon is skeptical (and really, so am I) and asks if she wanted to leave and sail home to Narth tomorrow ...? Missandei is insistent that Dany would drop her on a boat and wish her good fortune.

Jon (still skeptical): "you believe that?"  

Ohhh, he struck a nerve. Missandei very passionately declares "she knows it" and says that all who followed her (Dany) from Essos followed her because they believe in Dany and chose her as queen (ya know, except for those who didn't). Davos says "would you forgive me if I switch sides?" And again, I can't help thinking  how deliberate that line is -Davos is smart and he's a good talker (as shown throughout the entire series), and I really feel like he's playing them. I could be wrong, but my gut is really just telling me that something is off here.

Ahhh, and the scene I've been waiting for that conveniently comes after all this fake Dany romance BS -a Greyjoy ship is spotted just off the coast! Props to both my boys here, because they played up the tension and emotional angst nicely. Jon moves forward slowly, and then Theon too.

T: Sansa ....she alright?

The minute her name is on Theon's lips, Jon's chest begins to heave and he lunges forward and grabs Theon by the front of his shirt, vehemently stating that "what you did for her is the only reason I'm not killing you."  

WOOT WOOT the murder kitten strikes again! Kit is sooooo good with these emotional facial scenes, my God! Do any of you really doubt this ship????

Jon is fucking in love with Sansa -it is so clearly evident that when he realizes his Starkcest is showing, he abruptly releases Theon, and shoves him away -just in time to zoom in on Davos, and guys -HE KNOWS! DAVOS KNOWS!!!

He (Davos) cleverly shifts the subject to Theon's fleet and Yara. Euron's got her. Theon asks where Dany is and they inform him she's not there.

We jump back over to Jamie and his troops. They are finishing gathering up the harvest (food again) and Lord Tarly suggests flogging any slackers. Jamie is against this -the writers emphasizing yet again that he's a good man/leader -which is emphasized FURTHER when he chats with Dickon about his feelings on his first battle. Dickon admits it was hard killing people he literally grew up with, and Jamie shows empathy -"they didn't deserve to die, but Lady Olenna decided to support the Targaryen girl, so here we are". Jamie may have been a great warrior, but he despises killing innocents, and in essence, that's what a lot of these soldiers are -men forced to fight for the ones who rule them, with really no say in the matter. The scene with Arya and the Lannister soldier boys makes so much more sense now.

A side note: Bronn literally laughed out loud at Dickon's name! lmao

Bronn and Jamie hear hoofbeats, the Dothraki army is coming, and sure enough, Dany's leading them on Drogon. Now, I've seen people's thoughts on this scene floating around Tumblr for days (TAG YOUR SPOILERS lol), but I was NOT prepared for how visually horrifying it truly was.

Another very important side note: the Khaleesi theme song that's usually played for most of Dany's inspiring scenes, has been given a VERY ominous twist. Go back and listen. It's an important detail that many of you might have missed. 😉

The Lannister army scrambles to make a barrier of shields and Dany literally blows them away, ordering Drogon to dracarys the shit out of them. The Dothraki break through, and while they're keeping the soldiers busy, Dany rides Drogon up the wagon line, literally torching all the wagons filled with food! WTF??

They have the giant crossbow with them, and Jamie tells Bronn he has to wield it, because you need two hands. Probably thinking that he doesn't get paid well enough for this bullshit, Bronn races for the weapon, but a Dothraki develops a hard-on for him and gives chase through the burning camp. Bronn loses his horse and his gold, but makes it to the weapon.  Finally riding himself of his Dothraki admirer, he searches the smoke filled sky for Drogon, as Tyrion looks down at the carnage from an overlooking cliff. He has what I perceive to be a regretfully sad/shocked face, as equally sad music plays in the background. The Dothraki warrior beside him comments that "his people can't fight".

They zoom in on Jamie watching the soldiers around him burning to death, and then Drogon reappears and is headed straight for him. He yells for his men to take cover, as Bronn releases an arrow and just barely misses the dragon. He reloads, as Dany zeroes in on him, ordering dracarys as Bronn lets the next arrow fly and it hits Drogon under the wing, I think? Drogon is injured, but recovers just in time to stop in front of the weapon and bathe him in fire, as Bronn dives out of harms way.

Drogon lands and smashes the weapon with his tail, and Dany dismounts to pull the spear from him. Jamie sees an opportunity to take Dany out, and like a gallant knight, races towards her, while Tyrion watches from the cliff, pleading for him not to do it. NOT because he cares about Dany -no, his fear is all for his brother here, I'm sure of it.

Unfortunately, Dani and Drogon see him before he gets close enough, and dracarys again -but Bronn leaps out and knocks Jamie off his horse and they both fall into the water and sink below the surface.

The episode ends with Jamie in heavy armor, sinking like a rock to the bottom of the lake.

No guys, Jamie is not dead. Bronn isn't wearing heavy armor and Bronn will save him. I promise. Jamie's story isn't over yet -he's got a very important role to play in the coming battle ....

A few things to point out that should have been glaringly obvious:

Dany didn't take Jon's advice. If any of you have any doubts on dark!dany, you can toss them out the window -this episode was in NO WAY intent upon bathing her in a good light.

Tyrion is going to jump sides really soon -and probably Varys, too.  

Dany just burned most -if not ALL of the harvest, and now we understand the emphasis on food this episode, and the parallel of Sansa who, ya know -actually gives a fuck about feeding her people.  

I have more thoughts on this episode that I'll share tomorrow, but I know you've all been waiting for this a long time. What can I say? I'm thorough, I'm sorry! Thanks for tuning in, and I'll see you next week with more GoT Afterthoughts.

I mentioned Jon Gabriel before, in at least two of my videos. He influenced me a lot, a few years back. His audio tracks (visualizations, guided meditations) were motivating in times, when i was still addicted to terrible junk foods. He once suggested to associate chocolate with shit and processed starches with cardboard. I did create a photoshopped visualization of how lean i wanted to become. And if i pull my belly in, i look almost like this visualization now. Perhaps my ass is slightly more sagging. But i have just that lean neck and chin and overall lean silhouette.  

I agree with most of what he says, except that he is not quite vegan and high carb enough for my tastes. Perhaps he is just trying to not piss off his rich mainstream audience. Or perhaps he is a different body type and is therefore a better fat burner than me. He seems to be much more of a mesomorph than me. And lives a much more active live-style.

His main argument is, that the major cause of overweight is some kind of hormonal stress. Hardships in life, that are interpreted as a famine because throughout evolution most difficulties in life were correlated with at least a thread of future famine. A body that fears famine will be hungry enough to put on fat. So to loose fat long term, to maintain weight loss, that stress trigger needs to be eliminated. Life needs to be somewhat positive and free of exhausting drugs, like sleep cycle disturbing amounts of caffeine. I think i agree with this completely.  I have tons of anxiety regarding my perspective on survival. Let alone reproduction. This may hold my evolutionary biology back from giving up all of my weight. It may be the main cause for why my body holds on to every single gram of fat (above around 15 grams of fat per day), just to give me hunger for more carbs. This goes hand in hand with what i said about the endomorph type before. Nevertheless, i used to be a huge ball of white trash and now i am more lean and much more healthy than half, if not most of my age peers. Just because of a change of diet, hardly touching the stress aspect, especially the psychological aspect of stress, which is probably getting much worse, as a side effect of me becoming more and more alienated from humanity, due to being a fruitarian at heart. So you cannot say: "Oh, my body wants to be fat, that is the problem, not the junk food i eat - If my body wanted to be lean, it would be lean despite those junk foods i eat" - That isn't even true, because even lean types will become fat, slowly over decades, by eating those fattening, fat containing, calorically dense foods. You do not have to resolve that mythological childhood trauma, that you cannot even remember, in order to have an up to 90% improvement of your life quality. Just change your diet. So this is where i am tempted to disagree with Jon Gabriel a little. What he says about stress is absolutely true and cannot be ignored, if perfect healing is the goal. But he seems to slightly downplay the "nutritionist approach" (tweaking metabolism by smarting up about how different foods and macros digest and burn within the body) in favor of this stress-setpoint-argument. In reality, the priorities are the other way around: You can loose at least half of your weight, by focusing exclusively on the nutritionist approach. Maybe two thirds of your weight. Loosing the rest of your weight will take longer, because mastering the stress-aspect is more challenging. An intellectual change (what foods you consider worthy of your money) is usually happening much more quickly, than a personality and lifestyle change. But if an intellectual change around how the body is affected by shitty food is not even possible, because of dishonest neurotic self sabotage or confusion and attachment to various collective lies, the situation is even worse. This is why i had to become like 30 years old, until i had enough mental clarity to tackle my obesity intellectually. People who are still intellectually compromised can only be helped by authorities telling them the truth.  Mastering both areas, intellectual understanding and stress management, takes much time and the speed of weight loss is limited by how fast you can master weight maintenance at any level. Whenever weight loss exceeds this maintenance mastery, you will just regain the weight. You can always go to 7% bodyfat, by doing a 360 day water fast, or whatever, but that is useless. A waterfast can however be use full to get down to your current set-point, which is your current ability to maintain weight at a certain level, which is your current food choice habits and your current hormonal situation. I did never regain any of the weight i lost during my first 40 day water fast! Quick weight loss does not cause jojo effects! Only the so called "set point" does cause the regaining of weight. Fasting for a first time does probably greatly reduce your setpoint. Because it reduces oxidative stress in the body, by removing body fat and cleaning the lymph system. And it changes your sensibilities, thus improves your food choices (given that you are intellectually prepared for this). But that does not bring the set point all the way down to 7 or so percent bodyfat. I did more water fasts (20 days, 20 days, 30 days), which took me to a lower level of body fat, around 50kg, but i regained that weight every time. I guess this is where i have to spell out that my definition of setpoint is slightly different from that of Jon. I see it as a complex equation of multiple factors coming together, not as an inside job, a program of genes, brain, hormones. For example if a nervousness in your brain drives you to gain weight for 6 dark months of the year, but your food choices allow only 1kg of weight gain per one month, then in my view your setpoint is practically only 6kg higher than in the opposite time of the year. This is why in my view food preferences change the setpoint. A fruitarian who gets nervous about food would switch to foods of higher energy density, perhaps dried fruit. Someone else might introduce overt fats in stead. This person could put on 2kg in one month. Their setpoint would be 12kg higher. They may not even be able to loose those 12kg again, in the opposite half of the year, when they feel safe to do so. One year they are 12kg heavier, but loose only 6kg, next year they add 12, that makes a total of 18kg and so on. Would their brain feel less nervous about survival, would they add less than 12kg in 6 grim months, because they already have 6 extra in the first year, 12 in the second year? Maybe a little less nervous but not totally. Many factors come together in my model and its hard to predict. My experience suggests that just changing objective factors like food choices can make a massive difference to the setpoint. In my view there is a pulling force in the form of cerebral nervousness around food, or carelessness, it pulls weight up or down, through appetite for more or less calories, but does not say how much weight should go up or down, neither in terms of body-fat-percentage nor in terms of total weight in kg. How much weight goes up or down is in my view not decided cerebrally, but in the body, which “decides” mechanically through so many factors: how many fat cells you have, how much nerve energy it takes to keep that huge body alive, how large the stomach is, how much nerve energy it takes to digest your particular food choices. How much weight can you handle? Also on the other hand: how much muscles do you need, to get through the day? How much nerve energy and carbs do those muscles need to run? So how much do you need to eat to carry your weight? This huge complexity of factors is pulled, up or down in terms of mass, like a bag with objects in it. Those objects produce resistance to the pull. To explore the opposite case: weight loss or lowered setpoint - using a different analogy. Like a glass standing on a tilted surface. The glass represents our body fat. There is already a tension from gravity pulling, representing a desire for weight loss, but not enough to pull the glass over the resistance of the surface. Then the surface is tilted just a little more. Gravity did not even change. But the relationship of gravity and surface resistance changes, resistance is lowered. The glass starts to glide and falls off the surface. More tilt is an analogy to a low GI diet, since fat is more easily burned, when muscles are not instantly stuffed with carbs on all occasions. Setpoint or gravity did not change, but a change of diet triggered weight loss. This analogy implies, that gravity, representing a lower setpoint, was necessary for weight loss. Does this analogy hold true? Is it impossible to loose weight, when there is no lowered setpoint? Not quite, the analogy has it’s limits, you can of course starve off the weight, but may gain it back. My main point with this analogy is, that the initial weight was much higher than “gravity” wanted it to be. That glass was just standing there on the slightly tilted surface, not moving one damn bit. There was a surface resistance holding the glass in place and it was the diet choices alone, in this case a theoretical high GI diet, such as when you eat a 1000kcal bowl of oatmeal for breakfast, instead of four bananas.  My current setpoint is roughly at 58kg at 167cm (its a good BMI but includes much fat in my case). This could be stress related or it could have something to do with my lower than ideal lean body mass. Perhaps my evolutionary intelligence is simply stressed out by this crippling weakness, around my spine and shoulders, which also involves chronic inflammation of some joints. And evolution gives me an extra appetite for it. But building up bones and cartilage and tendons and ligaments happens so slowly. Unsurprisingly my body could easily store much body fat in the process of eating for lean mass gain, given how many effective fat cells i have. So i take my protein need serious. And avoid bone loss causing substances like salt and phosphoric acid (found in coke, energy drinks, as stabilizer for some hydrogen peroxide solutions). And this is also something Jon would agree with. He recommends protein for breakfast. Whatever the hell that is supposed to mean. I can’t load up my belly with slow digesting chickpeas in the morning. How am i supposed to digest fruit then? I will have my protein in the evening. The body can store amino acids and builds up muscles during sleep anyways. Protein in the morning may reduce overall appetite, but that is not a strong enough argument to justify indigestion of fruit. If only there were affordable vegan protein powders without toxic fat and without pollution.

Season 7, Episode 3, “The Queen's Justice" Review

This week on Game of Thrones, Ice and Fire come together for real as Jon arrives at Dragonstone. Meanwhile Sansa shows her leadership skills at Winterfell and a familiar face returns. Jorah departs the Citadel in good health, Euron presents Cersei with the spoils of war and Jaime leads the Lannister army to Highgarden.

Virginia: I was actually somewhat disappointed by the meeting of Jon and Daenerys. She was really getting on my nerves with the way she was talking to him. I know, I know, it’s her birth right. Just like it’s everyone’s birth right; since the show’s beginning, that’s what everyone’s been arguing about. That being said, she was really pissing me off.

Alex: I never thought I’d say this in a Daenerys Targaryen vs. Jon Snow scene, but I agree. It felt like her character had regressed back to the crazed conqueror she’d seemed to have mostly gotten past last year. There’s always room for a little regression, but her insistence that Jon “bend the knee” got a little grating. I’m glad they’re dealing with it, though, and pointing out that she’s acting like the lesser of two evils rather than the breaker of chains.

V: I don’t think the old system of one ruler of seven kingdoms is going to work, or ever be the case again.

A: That’s what I figured the ending would be, but I was hoping she was already on that page. It’s funny, because the rest of the show is really steamrolling ahead, but this feels a little like wheel spinning.

V: it’s true. Her behavior towards Jon and Davos seems like something out of last season, something we should have been done with by now.

A: On the plus side, it lead to some good stuff from Tyrion. Instead of working his diplomatic gifts on their enemies, he’s now trying to negotiate peace between the good guys. He’s stuck between a rock and a hard place, but it’s fun watching him get them each to give a little.

V: There hasn’t been enough Tyrion this season. I hope later episodes give him more focus. It was a little humorous to hear Dany’s introduction followed by Davos simply naming Jon.

A: That had me rolling. Davos is perfect for deadpan humor. I hope Tyrion has more to do going forward too, and I imagine he will. If Daenerys’ numbers keep getting depleted at the rate they’ve been, maybe he’ll be forced into the field again like in the Battle of Blackwater.

V: although she didn’t get a lot of focus, this was a good week for Sansa. It was great to see her shine in giving directions in Jon’s absence.

A: She’s really stepping up. The previous couple of episodes showed that she’s grown harder than Jon, and she may be a necessary balance to him, just as Jon and Daenerys likely are for each other.

V: that reminds me, a lot of people online and some people I know personally think those two will end up together. However, last season they implied that Rhaegar was Jon’s father. We’ve had incest before obviously, but always with villains. Surely they wouldn’t pair two of the most popular characters who happen to be related?

A: I don’t think so, and I certainly don’t want them to. I don’t really know who I think will be paired – I actually wouldn’t mind if they resisted the urge to pair everyone up with someone in the end – but I can’t see her with Jon. The family link makes it creepy, and I think it would detract from them learning to work together if they just became lovers. But honestly, the only guy I’m 100% sure won’t end up with Daenerys is Jorah.

V: oh, definitely. He’s so far in the friend zone that even Sam can’t help him. I don’t see it as being very likely anyway, as this isn’t a show about people being happy or living in wedded bliss. I don’t think Dany will find love again, and why should she? Although Jon deserves a second chance, as Ygritte was a bitch anyway.

A: I’d be fine with either one of them finding someone if it felt natural and right, I just don’t know who it would be for either of them. Outside of Ygritte (and I agree, I didn’t like her much either), the only woman he’s spent much time with is his sister. There was the Wildling girl in “Hardholme” that I really liked, but she’s a White Walker now, or a White Walker zombie henchman or whatever they turned her into. He’s shared all of five contentious minutes with Daenerys; if they put those two together it would feel like fan service.

V: I also feel like she’d be the dominant partner in any such union, and that kind of creeps me out. All of the scenes involving the Lannisters were amazing this week. And like you said earlier, that’s not something I ever imagined myself saying.

A: Oh, boy, were they! I love Cersei as a villain, and one of my favorite things about her is that they often put her in a situation where you’re actually rooting for her, despite how evil she is. They did it last year and the year before with the Sparrows (although that was all really her fault anyway), and this week they did it with Ellaria.

V: she couldn’t do anything to those bitches that would make me feel sorry for them. I was waiting for Ellaria to die, but this was so much more satisfying. And what you say is true of a lot of the show’s villains, including Ellaria. Although in her case, knowing her motivation doesn’t make her any less intolerable.

A: That scene was brilliant because, while it was obviously reminiscent of Cersei’s revenge against the Sparrow nun, replete with the Mountain standing there to intimidate, it also acts as a mirror to Cersei’s imprisonment by the Sparrows. Ellaria brought this on herself by poisoning an innocent girl, and she was so full of herself she never thought she’d have to answer for it, as Cersei did when she let the Sparrows loose. And, again like Cersei, her children are paying for her sins.

V: that’s a running theme in this show, people suffering thanks to their families. And in this episode they stated outright that you can’t judge someone for their family’s behavior. As an aside, this was the first time Jim Broadbent’s character said anything nice to Sam.

A: I like how that played out. It would be a little hard to swallow if he completely berated a guy who just revolutionized modern (for them) medicine and cured an incurable disease.

V: at first, I thought that’s exactly what he was going to do. One of my favorite characters died this week. Olenna Tyrell is the only one I can remember who died and yet still seemed to be the winner. Did you see Jaime’s face?

A: That was terrific! It was exactly the way she’d go out too; making sure it was as painless as possible for her and as painful as possible for her killers. It’s a real shame to see her go; she was always fun when she showed up, and I liked her being part of Daenerys’ team.

V: me too. And I loved the way she talked down to annoying people. She never disappointed. At the same time though, she was probably OK with dying. Her whole family is gone.

A: That’s true. It’s sad to think about; she lived through both of her grandchildren dying, and now the people responsible for it are killing her. Her parting shot at Jamie is all the revenge she’s able to muster.

V: and even something so simple as telling the truth was so satisfying.

A: A Quantum of Solace, to invoke another franchise involving Diana Rigg.

V: Speaking of her death, wasn’t that magnificent when Jaime led the troops to Highgarden? So well shot, and the music was positively haunting.

A: That whole sequence was wonderfully played. It’s excellent writing too. At the end of last season they ended on a note that made it seem like Daenerys was going to swoop in and annihilate evil as easily as she’d done in in those slaver cities. Between Euron taking out the Greyjoys and the Sand Snakes, and now Jamie playing bait and switch with them to destroy the Tyrells, the heroes have become the underdogs while the Lannisters have been revealed as a threat unlike anything Dany’s ever faced. That’s as it should be, and I imagine after her attitude towards Jon this week her ego will be put in check a little bit.

V: and that’s going to be quite cathartic when it happens. This season has to be a reversal of last year’s setup or else next season couldn’t exist. However, I must say that I was genuinely shocked when the Unsullied were surrounded by the Greyjoy navy.  By the way, Bran’s back and he sucks.

A: That was so lame. It was treated like this huge deal, but Brann is so goddamn weird. He talked to Sansa like he was a serial killer or something.

V: that was sooo creepy. I get that he’s a god or whatever, but this lack of empathy for his sister isn’t cool at all. We have to deal with this kid’s boring story for years and this was the payoff? Boo!

A: Now that he’s back at Winterfell, II hope he just kind of fades into the background until he has an actual purpose to serve. Something other than getting innocent people killed to protect his own boring ass would be nice.

V: I hated that last season. I understand that was supposed to be this grand reveal, and I was shocked. But it just made me hate Bran.

A: Same for me, and I was never even much of a Hodor fan. It isn’t even just that Hodor sacrificed himself, but he spent his whole life knowing that was what he was there for, and Brann went back and did it to him in the first place. I never cared for Brann before, but when that happened I started actively hating him. Jamie was right to push him out that window.

V: again, making us sympathize with the villains. I never thought much about Hodor until then. What bothers me is that he didn’t volunteer his own life, Bran mind-raped him into the situation. What the fuck.

A: That’s exactly it. And now he’s acting like a pretentious, entitled little jerk on top of it.
