#it’s fucking velvet and the slipperiest fabric ever#and they’re vastly different weights and the velvet is stretchy and they both fray and shed#and the construction is so confusing i think i’ve got it now but i just had to undo like an hour of work#i love hand sewing i promise#sewing machines are the devil’s machines they’re scary and i hate them#<]:)
