#and what gives is that the owner refuses to turn up the fuckin AC because it would cost too much#it’s a brick oven pizza place. there’s an open-front oven running at 650+ degrees constantly for 14 hours every day.#anyways general manager thinks the crew is ‘complaining to complain’#and told one guy to ‘just drink more water’ and he won’t overheat. in 80 degree conditions in front of a 650 degree oven. yeah sure#and the owner’s here approximately every other leap year so he doesn’t give a shit how hot it is#I’m fine in the heat but not everybody is. plus I’m making shit tips because nobody wants to come eat in an 80 degree restaurant#really shows how much they don’t give a shit about us that they can’t even be bothered to turn up the AC. not even for customers
