no hazing in hockey of course! just veterans pressuring rookies to do something unsafe and pay thousands of dollars in fines for the privilege. nothing to consider here, hockey culture’s doing great.

#like……… obviously the odds of something going wrong are very low #and it’s not that much money #or not much for bedsy at least #it’ll sting more for korch if he’s back in the dub a month from now #and i love a no bucket warmup as much as the next girl #but little stuff like this is culturally indicative #especially for a team that has more reason than most to re-examine its embrace of and role in hockey culture
