ok one of the few things i miss about living in Canada was the ubiquity of banana bread everywhere

i could easily count on going into any cafe and seeing banana bread on the menu

banana bread is consistent in taste and texture, which is great for my very autistic taste buds

and they're just a great go to whenever i needed something to eat on the go
