I’m gonna miss Frida 💙 💛 💙 she is one of my favourite skiers ever (ahhh so many of my faves are retiring this season)

But she had such a good career and I’m so happy that, in the era of Mikaela’s absolute domination, Frida managed to win two most important trophies a slalom skier can get: the Slalom Crystal Globe and the Olympic Gold.

I still remember how nervous I was when Frida was fighting for that Slalom Globe. Mikeala got injured and I knew this was Frida’s only chance ever to get the globe and she deserved it so much because she was always second behind Miki. And it was a tough fight with Veronika, but omg she did it and I was so so happy.

And also that Olympic Gold! Like, I totally expected Frida to grab silver or bronze but omg she won gold! She always wins exactly one (1) race in a season and this time it was at the Olympics and it was so beautiful!

(But omg that winning exactly one (1) race per season is just... so many times she was 2nd behind Miki, but then with Miki’s absence she still won exactly one (1) race, like... that’s crazy xD but I love Frida so much 💙 💛 💙)
