today's jpop playlist is truly truly excellent .... thank u for fueling my 1 hour workout
#it's hit after hit after HIT#it was a good workout. unfortunately i still could not get the deadlift right#i used to .... i literally unlocked it like a month ago. i actually felt it work the way it's supposed to#but since then i just haven't been able to feel it in my glutes At All. it's so frustrating#it was so amazing to actually feel my glutes working during it hgjdhfh idk what's happening now#is it a lack of energy or.....#it's so funny. i was doing it wrong for MONTHS AND MONTHS and then last month i finally got it#i realized activating glutes is actually really hard. i actually really have to focus on the mind muscle connection#oh well. i did glute bridges instead. the burn was great#hopefully i can do the deadlift properly again soon it's such a great feeling. i feel so accomplished#i also did tricep kickbacks. OUCH. my triceps are screaming at me now but i love it#ANYWAY. this playlist is exceptional. the songs and their layout.....chefs kiss
