Just saw someone on IG say they wanted a non-monogamous relationship because they "want another pair of hands around the house" like on one hand believe me I get it but on the other hand not to be conspiracy brained but I genuienly think that if we ever actually build communities and come up with a fair and non-exhausting division of domestic labour for groups......family and romantic relationships could be so much happier and healthier.........

#it was probs a jokey caption but I THINK IT REFLECTS A REAL UNDERLYING ISSUE #its one of the reasons im so hesitant to get into a relationship with a guy #i know ill be a dissapointment on the domestic labour front and i DONT WANNA SHOULDER THAT RESPONSIBILITY #and also i know a guy is likely not going to be an extra helpful pair of hands around the house
