Not to mention tinted headlights and the bright, flashing lights that many people are putting around/underneath their cars. I have passed multiple cars with strobing lights coming from LEDs plastered into the cars, and they make it incredibly difficult to drive. They are prevalent even in areas where these modifications are illegal, making driving in the dark a nightmare in some places. Many of these same cars have headlights that are colored, not well positioned, and too bright. I passed a vehicle with blaring neon yellow headlights that were fully forward facing, not pointed at all towards the road. The entire space in front of me was blindingly highlighter yellow, and I could not see. People don't seem to know or care how dangerous their customizations are, and I have no idea how they drive with them.

Headlights are just too bright now. We gotta regulate them.

(And before anyone says it’s just an aiming problem - no. Like I apologize to the headlight aficionados clearly lusting after lighthouses, chernobyl, or the death star, but no amount of aiming is gonna fix the fact that the moment your car encounters any kind of hill, curve, or bump, my retinas are vaporized by a shade of blue-white previously known only to god. Just accept your limits and settle for a soft orange like the rest of us)
