#it was from portage in Newfoundland and it was tuna tartare with Jerusalem artichoke chips#and i also had beets with pears and blue cheese#and a parsnip creme caramel with parsnip chips#the other best meal of my life was at wild caraway in Nova Scotia and it was a stinging nettle gnocchi with fiddleheads and asparagus#and i had a similar creme caramel there it was a Jerusalem Artichoke one with artichoke chips#and the third best meal of my life was in NYC at Veselka#it was just chicken noodle soup and pierogies and it ruled#hell yea#recs
