post season 2 where he rests in bilgewater his hallucinations have lessened significantly since he separated himself from the arcane but there are days worse than others like to the point where he envisions the rune still embedded in his wrist and he claws at it desperately to try and get it out but he snaps out of it and all he sees is blood that spot that the arcane corrupted

these hallucinations include haunting whispers, screams, and begging in that au piltover of victims that were subjected by viktor that only rly affects him when hes alone, visions of mel, viktor, his mother, vi, and caitlyn like them sitting next to him just chilling like theyre literally in the room with him or laying beside him when he cant sleep or just sitting at a table to keep him company it gets rly bad when he cant sleep which is more often than not he has conversations with these hallucinations which is just his mind trying to trick him so he doesnt fall for it

also not to mention the corruption from the arcane etched on his body which is mainly seen from his left wrist spread to his elbow, his back, and left leg as proof that he was there and suffered its consequences

#self harm tw #im going to talk about this deeper in my meta post but like u know #hes learned to adapt but these hallucinations haunt him in different ways #mel in companionship and his sanctuary surrounding her now being corrupted #viktor in basically everything he had to offer but his voice suggesting he should end it all to join him + he failed him #vi because he gave his invention turned weapon to her like shes taunting him and laughing knowing the fact it still exists #caitlyn thats his literal sister and even tho he knows shes grown she hears her small voice often with curiosity #and his mother ....... like we all know why constant worry #but like he was going to die regardless if he didnt succumb with viktor thanks to the arcane u know that bitch spread like a disease #it was either get eaten alive or join viktors glorious evolution
