most relatable Boba Fett Moment™ in the expanded universe is when he very calmly and curtly walks away from what should be a highly emotional conversation (much to the annoyance and disgust of the person he's speaking to), locks himself in a washroom, then proceeds to have debilitating panic attack for several minutes before standing up, composing himself, and walking out in the exact same unruffled manner like nothing happened :^)

Sketches of design ideas for Daisy's new dorm uniform<33

I'm having a complicated time choosing which one I like best so i'm open to hearing other people's opinions! Also none of these are official I'll have to digitalize a version of this to be official!

(details for my inspo and thought process under the cut!)

Bc Daisy is from the 50s I decided I wanted to use the dresses as inspo! You can see how most of the dresses have like really puffy skirts so I'm using that as a basis... Also I really love that one jacket, but it's just so hard to draw, so I might ignore it 😔 oh and the gloves!! I really like the gloves!! They give a nice touch<3

Daisy is twisted from Cinderella, so I'm also taking inspiration from the way Cinderella's dress is shaped (which, not a surprise since the movie came out in the 50s, is very close to the shape I already had in mind!), I'm also using my own old design as reference to keep the black details underneath the skirt, the bow and the glass slippers which I really like!

Since Daisy is from Ramshackle I'm trying to hint at it with her clothes, I'm trying to see if instead of that saturated dark blue I might try to color it in a similar way to the ghosts' scarves, and I always will make sure to add a bow, because Daisy's supposed to be matching Grim! But overall I'm focusing more on the 50s theme and Cinderella theme than Ramshackle😔🙏🏻

no i just saw one thing by accident and then i thought about other stuff i have seen and i was like i need to talk about it. but i suppose on the subject nobody really says it like that outright in so many words but i literally HATEEEE the implication that eddie needs to like. hand over the reins in his life or let someone else decide what's best for once or like generally that he's interested in doing things "his way." because like yeah it might LOOK like that. especially when other people (shannon, chris) are like Who Asked? but literally the entire thing about eddie is that he's his father's son and he is wholly and completely operating on his someone else's belief system at the expense of what he actually wants like nothing that he does is to control anything for HIMSELF he is literally in a mental labyrinth where his decisions are based on myths someone else fed him!!!!! and he literally does not trust himself enough to do anything else. shannon came in and started saying whatever and he was like yeah true i did that and she is perfect actually. his parents say whatever and he's like yeah true they're right i suck as a father they can take my son before i drag him down with me. his dad tells him to push through and he's like wow this sucks as an experience and now i'm street fighting but it's true. bobby tells him Whatever and he's like bobby's like me so that's true too. and he KNOWS he's not doing anything his way and that this isn't his authentic belief system (he raises christopher COMPLETELY differently! he suffers EVERY TIME!) but it's like who even is eddie. what does he even want. everything he does seems to be in service of protecting everyone around him from HIMSELF. so in that sense him letting go of control literally means doing what he wants for once. it's not letting other people dictate what he should do. but everyone seems to assume that the latter is what will heal him. when i actually think that would drive him batshit insane.

I've been twisting myself in knots thinking about the in universe future of tfone and an eventual end to the war that has just begun

I want to see how Optimus and Megatron ally together despite the painful (and the sickly nostalgic) memories between them

I want to see how they interact when "it's all said and done" and they're picking up the pieces of a broken, divided world

I want to see who they become, and if they can try to repair things between them

‘Twas simple, after that, to fall into the haze of domestic bliss that overcame the two of them for the next few days. Corisande showed her around the island, her hand in theirs as they toured together. They dipped their feet in lily-filled ponds, jumped across the cold streams that carved the land on their way to the sea, stood atop cliffs with beautiful views that Corisande painted for her with words. Corisande pointed out all her favorite spots for foraging, marks on trees that marked her way back to the cabin, and where the island’s animals often liked to gather. They kissed beneath the loud rush of waterfalls, in the mouth of caves home to glowing crystal formations sprouting from the ground, under leafy palm trees, their backs pressed to the rough bark. They spent much of their time on the beach. Corisande packed lunch and they sprawled across a blanket on the shifting sand. They ate, read, lay together under the sun, the breeze lifting off the sea enough to keep the heat at bay. Sometimes they walked, hand in hand, the tide washing over their footsteps; other times, Corisande swam while Y’shtola read, waiting for the moment they returned and pressed their cool body to hers, both of them laughing when Y’shtola tossed her book to the side. They talked, as well, of course, about the usual things. Books they had read recently, recipes Corisande wanted to cook for Y’shtola to try, the progress on Y’shtola’s book and what the other Scions were doing with their newfound free time. There were topics they did not discuss, things that made Corisande pause, disquiet, before kissing the back of Y’shtola’s hand and leading her somewhere new. When the conversation brushed against them, Y’shtola did not pry. She let herself be pulled into their lap, pressed into the blanket, the sand warm beneath her, their lips and hands temporarily eliding her concerns. Corisande would come to her when she was ready.

you know what, I actually will talk about this because it's bothering me. The issue with focussing so heavily on syd and carmy's potential for a romantic relationship isn't that there's something inherently unintellectual about romance or whatever, it's that a lot of people seem incapable of doing that without immediately flattening the story and ignoring or intentionally misreading any and all nuance for the sake of that romance. Every scene suddenly becomes about how it impacts their relationship, every analysis is done through a romantic lens, every frame or line of dialogue becomes about finding some easter egg or hint that "proves" these people should start dating. Their dynamic is absolutely a fundamental part of this show, but if you can only see it as a will-they-won't-they, you miss so much of what the story is actually trying to say with these two.

There are good versions of this story where their relationship is romantic and there are good versions of this story where it isn't, but as soon as you decide them being together is "the point," you lose the ability to actually judge the story for what it is, not what you want it to be.
