#it rivals my 2017-2019 hamilton era in obsession intensity and fandom involvement

the haikyuu resurgence after the movie came out is cool and all but it feels weird to just watch and not being part of that after being such a huge fan in the 2020-2022 anime era on the internet. it's a show of how time has passed, how i've changed and grown but the characters i used to obsess over haven't aged a day.

i'm not 16 anymore and it doesn't freak me out as much as i thought it would. if anything i feel pangs of sad nostalgia that i find i don't want to chase.
