Do you ever think Medic has attempted to cook by himself, and I like to think it's like a 50/50 with the guy

He could either make the most amazing dish anyone has ever tasted in their entire life or he sets the kitchen on fire trying to make something as simple as a cupcake (⁠ ⁠；⁠∀⁠；⁠)

of course hes perfectly capable of cooking by and for himself, hes a grown ass man. you are partially right though anon, how good he can cook is a bit of a coin toss.

hes learned to make a pretty decent variety of foods over the years, and certain things he would be pretty good at, like theres one very specific type of sandwich hes always good at making, and he knows how to bake a small handful of pastries, various desserts, and some breads, hed make a decent soup, and sausage is just plain easy, but dont get me wrong he is certainly no master chef....

outside of the things he does know how to make he has pretty limited knowledge about cooking. he knows what he knows but isnt sure where to start outside of that. no he does not use recipes (theyre really more like suggestions to him, he just does what he wants and hopes it turns out good), you should absolutely not trust him to flambé anything, and he would probably fuck up anything too complex but... as long as let him stick to what he knows and dont expect anything gourmet then it wont be so bad!!
