Hey sergle, I'm a fellow okie, though we're on opposite sides of the state it seems. Not sure if it has made it your way, but if you have a Grand mental health (grand really is there name) you might check it out if you're up to it. They do a sliding scale for people without insurance. My fiance makes around $18/hr and gets services for free and only has a $1 co-pay for his meds.

I see that you're struggling a lot and this isn't a "you better go to therapy >:[ " message, I just wanted to offer up the info in case you were interested. Either way, I hope you know that there are a lot of us who care about you 💖
