#when you buy some skincare stuff cuz they promise you a full size gift to go with it#but then they don't put in the gift!!!!#and you message customer support like a sad clown and they are like well i guess we're out of that gift thingy!!#and I'm like it still shows up on the site though?#it just mysteriously disappears from the cart if you have an uneven number of items in your cart????#but if the number of items is even then it's there?? like it seems like a weird bug on your site??#and the customer support girlie was like well idk and also the second part of your order is cancelled :)#joke's on me honestly but also I WILL complain about it#val talks
