#i hate being so stuck in my head but sitting down and explaining what the fuck is going on with me would take away all of my energy#and I need that energy to be able to make art so that I can fix the problems that have put me in this headspace#but those problems make it harder for me to DO anything and#it just becomes a big fucking executive dysfunction loop of bullshit that I’m so fucking tired of#the good news is that I have made a lot of the biggest steps on the path to Un-fucking my headspace#I also made my own goddamn accommodations#so that should help#but I just#getting to the point where I don’t feel like I’m staring at an insurmountable obstacle in the form of ‘Doing Art’ is#Really Difficult.#seb can have many a neuroses. as a Treat
