ah. i do have knees
#it is my own fault. i went for a 2 hr wander before my appointment this morning#good reminder that im not inventing the knees tho#i didnt rly have a problem this morning so i thought maybe it was Only bc of the hills on the other walking route#not so it seems#for todays was flat and now hours later when i go to walk again. knees.
