🏢 Your job / dream job if you don't work

Currently I work part time/seasonal basically just as manual labor helping to assemble textbooks for a small print shop. It's... a little exhausting, standing there doing the exact same thing for six plus hours a shift, but the pay is decent, the owners are nice, n the hours are flexible, so I can't complain too much! I'd really love to do video game design, though Hugo, I'm cOMING FOR YOUR JOB or, short of that, maybe being an author or something. I really just want to tell stories. Got so many worlds n characters n plots in my head and I want to share them! Video games are just the ideal bc they allow for more Interaction and I love that.

👾 Do you believe in aliens?

All the sci-fi stories always go on about how the galactic society is waiting for us, or that whole "humans are space orcs" trope that goes around where we're the odd ones out compared to the other aliens, but like. What if we're the first? Like. Someone has to be the first species to reach out into space. What if we've not been contacted yet because no one out there has the tech to do it yet? What if we're here, toddling around on two legs and clawing our way into the heavens, not to join a preexisting organization of sentient races, but to create it ourselves? So that when the next come, still soft and squishy, crawling fresh from the ocean, looking to the sky with wide and wonderous eyes, we are there to greet them with open arms, guide them so that they need not push their way into the stars through violent, explosive force? The universe is old, older than we can know, but that doesn't mean that everything in it didn't have a start, that it isn't full of firsts. What if we are the first?

🎥 Fave film?

Tbh I'm not much of a movie person; I find it hard to sit still for that long without some additional stimulation like what I would get from a video game. My go-to top movies though I think are... Emperor's New Groove, Megamind, then on the other end of things, The Matrix (only the first one though, never saw the rest,) and 12 Monkeys. I've only watched 12 Monkeys once though bc it's a really good movie but it's so stressful.
