can't stop thinking about my mum's reaction to what i told her was said to me at work yesterday....
#lex waffles#she said something along the lines of she doesn't have time to deal with that right now#and it's like ?????? excuse me#and like that's fine a lot happened yesterday but ???? is that the reaction you have when your CHILD tells you a coworker twice their age#admitted that he tried to ask them out ????#it's worse when you know i work with her so she knows exactly who i'm talking about too#like in some ways i'm not surprised but it's like this why i don't bother saying anything most of the time#and now all i'm thinking about is how i have to go to work and see that person and have to act like that didn't happen yesterday#work saga#family saga#it had to happen when my supervisor is off on holiday too 😬#i'm just very uncomfy now & overthinking every interaction ever 😬
