I'm not going to comment directly on the jvp teacup mikveh discussion because I'm not jewish, and I think that would be an inappropriate place for me to interject, but I do want to say-- as a non-jew, the teakup mikveh comes across, quite frankly, as a mockery of judaism.
#in the same way that i would see cultural appropriation of literally any other culture and raise an eyebrow#not tagging this because again this is a community conversation but these are just my thoughts as an outsider#it gives me the same ick as a certain ethnicity which has a history of bastardizing yoga. just as an example.
