I processed my feelings through art, is this growth?
#I’m honestly really happy with it#I just kept drawing and going as the feelings were going through#and I managed to map out and depict all these emotions and how DID feels for me#I never really like to draw much in terms of my DID#cause it makes it feel more real#but drawing this out and actually trying to process how it comes up#it felt scary and uncomfortable and made me queezy#but once I was done it felt kinda good#idk I’m just rambling#just happy to have been able to process my emotions and feelings and everything without running from it for once#the silence speaks#words lost in the void#am I ever gonna post it?#probably not idk
