Something I will forever adore about judaism is that it's all so so familiar

This past class, the leading rabbi showed us a clip from a movie about someone's bar mitzvah and at the end when they were dressing the torah and starting to parade it and sing it's like... I know how to sing that! It's all the same, I know how to sing that!

I've talked about it before, but I find so much comfort in knowing that no matter where I end up, we'll all be chanting and singing the same songs. We have sung them forever - l'dor vador, we've been singing them for generations
