Say what you will about E. Gadd, but I think it speaks volumes that when King Boo intercepted Luigi mid-teleportation at the end of Luigi's Mansion 2, the professor was so much more upset that Luigi was gone than he was happy that he had the last piece of The Dark Moon in his possession
