#my posts#gameblogging#probably not the best map in existence#but i've come to realize it's really not that bad#i think having each room be represented by a square is an interesting choice#the colour coding based on room completion is very good#it also highlights exits you haven't visited which hk for example doesnt do#my only problem with it is that the different areas aren't colour coded#but it obviously takes a lot of inspiration from sotn's map so#idk i just dont get the hate#once again why are the ppl on r/metroidvania so obsessed with maps#considering the very essence of the genre
