THE BASICS

What is your full name? Alexandra Vasilisa Maximoff

Where and when were you born? I’d tell you but then I’d have to kill you... Why are you looking at me like that? You thought I was serious?

Who are/were your parents? Wanda Maximoff & Vision

Do you have any siblings? What are/were they like? Yes, I do... And how should I know? Do I look like a psychic to you?

Where do you live now, and with whom? I live with my parents when I’m not at the academy. 

What is your occupation? Student, I suppose... If you don’t count that, I suppose you could say that I’m gainfully unemployed.

Do you have any allergies, diseases, or other physical weaknesses? No, no, and that would depend entirely on your definition of weakness. 

Are you right- or left-handed? Ambidextrous... But originally, I was right-handed.

What do you have in your pockets? Condoms... Just kidding. I have candy and an assortment of junk that probably only I would ever fathom bringing along with me...

Do you have any quirks, strange mannerisms, annoying habits, or other defining characteristics? Who doesn’t?

GROWING UP

How would you describe your childhood in general? As good as any kid’s, I guess. I mean, it wasn’t tragic or anything if that’s what you’re asking. 

What is your earliest memory? I was about two or three and my dad did this thing where he’d play rocket ship with us... If you’ve ever seen Daddy Daycare, you’d know what I meant.

While growing up, how did you get along with the other members of your family? We had our ups and downs and our fights but we always made up. I wouldn’t say we hate each other...

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up? Is this the part where I get misty-eyed and tell you that I wanted to be a superhero like my mommy and daddy? 

As a child, what were your favorite activities? Anything that didn’t involve sitting on a couch all damned day.

As a child, what kinds of personality traits did you display? Believe it or not, I was a pretty sweet kid and a bit of a daddy’s girl... But then, I guess, I grew up.

When and with whom was your first kiss? If you’ve ever seen that movie Never Been Kissed, I’m Drew Barrymore and unlike her, I didn’t magically find myself attracted to one of my teachers...

Are you a virgin? If not, when and with whom did you lose your virginity? If I’ve never been kissed, what the hell makes you think I’ve done the deed? You’re a special kind of stupid, aren’t you?

PAST INFLUENCES

What do you consider the most important event of your life so far? The day I was born, probably.

Who has had the most influence on you? My dad... I think. It’s a pretty even match between him and my uncle.

What do you consider your greatest achievement? Not dying would be a start.

What is your greatest regret? I don’t have any regrets.

What is the most evil thing you have ever done? I put a worm in a teacher’s cup of joe once.

Do you have a criminal record of any kind? Not that I’m aware of.

When was the time you were the most frightened? Probably that day I discovered I was a mutant.

If you could change one thing from your past, what would it be, and why? I wouldn’t change anything... You have to regret something in order to want to change something from your past.

What is your best memory? The day I started at the academy... It meant I was finally part of something bigger than myself.

What is your worst memory? When I spilled milk and thought my dad was going to punish me for it... A lot of my bad memories are actually pretty mundane, if I’m being entirely honest.

BELIEFS AND OPINIONS

Are you basically optimistic or pessimistic? I’m a mixture of both, truth be told. It all depends on the situation and how realistic the chances of me getting out unscathed are.

What is your greatest fear? Seeing as how it’s illogical to fear the inevitable, I’d have to say snakes. I honestly have this thing... I think it’s called ophidiophobia.

Are you able to kill? Under what circumstances do you find killing to be acceptable or unacceptable? To quote someone I once read, “It gives me strength to have somebody to fight for; I can never fight for myself, but, for others, I can kill.”

Do you believe in the existence of soul mates and/or true love? Not really, no... There’s how many people in the world and the person you marry is supposedly your soulmate... At least, that’s what you’d like to believe... But how can you be so sure?

What do you believe makes a successful life? Being happy and doing whatever it is that interests you.

How honest are you about your thoughts and feelings? I don’t pull any punches but at the same time, I bite my tongue when necessary.

Do you have any biases or prejudices? Only against Voldemort.

Who or what, if anything, would you die for (or otherwise go to extremes for)? Put it this way... If I had a choice to save myself and save someone that was otherwise defenseless, I’d turn myself into a shield and buy them some time to get away and in the process of being said shield, I’d do everything in my power to take that shagnasty down with me.

RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHERS

Who is the most important person in your life, and why? Probably my dad... I mean, I know that, of my two parents, his job was probably the easiest but if it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t be here.

Who is the person you respect the most, and why? My mom... She’s survived so, so, so much and she’s always managed to keep her head held high... Granted, there have been occasions where my dad has had to talk her down but still...

Have you ever been in love? Nope. 

How close are you to your family? I’d like to think we’re pretty close.

Who would you turn to if you were in desperate need of help? Probably my dad... I’m your typical daddy’s girl, I guess.

Do you trust anyone to protect you? Who, and why? My dad... He’s pretty reliable for an old guy and I’m pretty sure he’d do anything for his kids.

If you died or went missing, who would miss you? My family, I think... I mean, I know I can be a bit of a bitch sometimes but it’s not like families don’t have their differences. It’s whether or not you make up for those differences that counts.

Who is the person you despise the most, and why? I don’t really hate anyone, honestly... At least, not at the moment. I’ll let you know if this changes, though.

Do you tend to argue with people, or avoid conflict? It depends on the scenario. If it’s a battle I know I can’t win, I’ll back down and try again later.

Do you care what others think of you? Not really, no.

LIKES AND DISLIKES

What is/are your favorite hobbies and pastimes? Reading and writing... Occasionally, gaming, as long as I have the appropriate tech.

What is your most treasured possession? This might surprise you but... It’s a locket that contains an old family photo.

What is your favorite color? Black... Like my soul.

What is your favorite food? Lasagna, duh.

What is your idea of good entertainment (consider music, movies, art, etc.)? The written word, usually.

Do you smoke, drink, or use drugs? If so, why? Do you want to quit? I drink on occasion but that’s about it and I never do it on academy grounds. As for quitting, I’ll get back to you on that.

How do you spend a typical Saturday night? Usually in the library, either studying or reading a good book. It suits me because quietude is strictly enforced there.

What makes you laugh? Not much... Usually, people falling down.

What, if anything, shocks or offends you? Not a damned thing.

How do you deal with stress? Go to the gym and go a few rounds with the punching bag.

Are you spontaneous, or do you always need to have a plan? I’d like to think I’m spontaneous but when people spring shit on me, I usually sock them.

What are your pet peeves? Surprises, being tickled, annnnnd... Public displays of affection.

What is your greatest strength as a person? Loyalty.

What is your greatest weakness? Sentiment.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be? My complete social ineptitude. 

Are you generally introverted or extroverted? Introverted but occasionally, depending on the situation and what’s required of me, extroverted...

Are you generally organized or messy? Put it this way... I’m usually an organized mess. It may seem messy to everyone else but I assure you, I know where everything is.

Do you like yourself? Sometimes.

What goal do you most want to accomplish in your lifetime? Live up to the Maximoff name.

If you could choose, how would you want to die? Quietly and in my sleep at a ripe, old age.

If you knew you were going to die in 24 hours, name three things you would do in the time you had left. Read a great book, eat some lasagna, and save the mushy goodbyes for just moments before my death.

What is the one thing for which you would most like to be remembered after your death? My willingness to get back up after getting knocked down.
