incredible how youtube successfully integrated a tiktok-style format that endlessly feeds users algorithmic slop to farm engagement with the website, and then managed to absolutely ruin it by putting ads in it. how fucking stupid do you have to be to put interruptions that make people stop scrolling in the users-scroll-forever media format
