Happy 1st day of October! This month is Breast Cancer Awareness month which is near & dear to my heart 💖 Almost every woman in my family has had some experience with it & I am vigilant about self exams and regular mammogram visits. My Titi Meenie is currently going through chemo and specially requested cotton hats. I gotta day, there was a definite learning curve involved! After 3 frogged projects, I actually got 3 done! So this was one of those times when the yarn inspired the project! 🥰 These groovy colors caught my eye on my weekly @hobbylobby trip and I immediately knew I was going to make a poncho for my Corazón! ♥️♥️ There’s nothing groovier than a poncho, right?! How positively perfect that I finished this little cardi just in time for pride month?! While I enjoy making all the neutral pretties for my other 2 grandnuggets, I’m so ecstatic to get to make rainbow pretties for this one!
